i called 30mins before they closed they let me drop my car off that night & they started looking at it the next day, even with it being holidays they had my car ready for me the day after christmas trustworthy, fast, & made sure i understood my options & what they believed was going on whenever i need more work ill be coming back & recommending them to others(:

Brought in my CRV to have the timing belt, water pump, and vtec actuator replaced. Found out I have a timing chain (my mistake). This shop does a “180 diagnostic” free of charge. Technician, Stephen, would not allow me to speak on the phone, I had to interrupt him to get a word in. Tried to claim my NGK spark plugs were corroded and needed to be replaced with 15k miles on them. Technician then spun his story saying they were “dirty”. Also tried charge me $160 for an oil change, while my oil life was at 70%. Tried to sell me carbon and fuel testing on my 200k mile, commuter car. All this, and the shop did not inspect my water pump, timing chain, or vtec actuator. Nathan, the sales rep, who is nice, said they would look into it while servicing my vehicle. So my $1900 quote just became +$2500. Came in at 8:00 to discuss what was going on. As stated earlier, the technician wouldn’t allow me to speak and tried to freak me out by overloading with information and “issues” At this point, I was distrustful. I took my car back prior to them doing any work to it. (They only inspected) and was planning on doing the work I requested the next week. Scheduled an appointment. Found a better shop that was more trustworthy. This shop called me 4 times regarding the same appointment. Don’t recommend coming here if you have a specific need in mind. They will try and get you for all they can. Don’t let your wives or daughters come here. They will overwhelm them into purchasing more work than they need.

They are the best. The were super detailed the first time I brought my car in few years ago. Even for a rare car and the issue going which made it super stubborn to work with they kept trying till my car accepted the new part. Never once did they give up or tell me the refuse to work on my car. Now I am here for round to , they managed to fit me into their already bust schedule. Super polite and respectful, talked with me about everything. Even made sure me and the mechanic were on the same page by test driving together. Then they gave me straight honesty and help with figuring out my car and what to do. Never once have they pressured me into doing anything . I highly respect this company and will continue to bring my cars there!

This was the worst experience ever, was quoted at one price And got a much higher price told individual not to takeoff a Differential Cover pan He did it anyways nine months later fluid leaking from cover pan, they seal it properly taking off the rear end linkage finding out that I paid for my own parts to be put back on when he charged me for new parts would not recommend this shop at all

This place is an absolute joke. I am a new a driver and female and my very worst nightmare came true. I was way over charged for getting my starter replaced. They claimed they needed to do a $300 diagnostic which I have now found it is not necessary nor the correct price. They tried to tell me I needed over 2,0000.00 worth of work done. I refused it and they still charged me over $800 for getting my starter replaced and they’re super awesome diagnostic. Also I think it’s super cool they got their friends to give them good reviews and lie about what they are really about. Also really funny other reviews are saying they are clean and professional. It stunk like stale cigarettes in there. When I questioned why the diagnostic was so expensive Nathan got very tongue tied and had to hand the phone to Steve the owner who talked over me the entire time I asked a question. So yeah I urge everyone to not go here and I really wish I could rate this place 0 stars.

I’ve trusted Steve, Nathan and the team at Bud’s with my Chevy Tahoe for over three years. They provide consistent quality repairs, routine maintenance like oil change and have competitive prices. They now accept credit cards with no surcharge fee, which was the only bummer about the place. I highly suggest giving them a call if you need a quote or an estimate. They are trustworthy and certified!

This was a professional environment with everybody I talk to being extremely friendly, Steve was honest and straightforward about the issues with my car—he didn’t try to push me into repairs and he was respectful when I decided not to go ahead with the original plan. I really appreciated his professionalism and genuine approach. Highly recommend! And I will definitely be back!

Excellent service! They provide detailed documentation concerning what work should be done and why. They also provide photos and detailed explanations for the work they propose. They were timely and reasonably priced. We will continue to bring our cars to them for maintenance and repair.
