The service was excellent and professional and courteous. The did a wonderful job with my classic T- Bird it is running smooth with a the tune up and oil change they did. I was in at 8am and they had my classic ready at 11am. Larry was awesome and I will definitely take my classic back for another oil change and tune up if needed. Awesome job !!!

I’m giving them five stars for their honesty and transparency, as well as kindness. Being a lady, I’ve not done much with cars. I was brought in by the coupon in the Snohomish County Mailer, which advertises $31.00 for an oil change. In fine print, it does say that full synthetic is an up charge. I had ONE quart of my own oil (and my car needs full synthetic). I had no idea I needed 4 for my car. Well, I learned. They let me know that would jump the cost of the oil change to around $80-$90. I let them know that I didn’t really have a budget for that. They understood completely and let me know I could bring my car back with 4 quarts and they would use mine, no worries. The front desk lady was friendly. Her crew was friendly. I learned more about cars today. I’ll probably be back with 3 more quarts.

Had stopped in before closing asking to get our brakes checked and had set up an appt for the next morning. Got our brakes checked the next morning and the super nice man that had helped us explained everything that was wrong with our brakes and had said it could be done right then and there in just a few hours. The service was great. I’m not too sure about the price idk anything about cars or brakes so I feel like we paid a reasonable amount! Super thankful to have it fixed!

Larry and Amy in reception are lovely, charming, and knowledgeable. Made me and everyone coming in feel welcome. Great telephone personality. I spent all day at the shop (because I had to wait for my daughter to get off work) and got to witness the care they give everyone. Quality, knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and cost effective, auto-repair shop. Called Larry for diagnosis of fuel issue, (low fuel pressure, fuel pump) & was welcomed to drop off my vehicle overnight to do cold start testing, they even pulled my truck inside the shop overnight. Next morning, After diagnosis, reccomendation, & followthrough, Larry & his crew had my truck running perfectly a couple hours later. Absolutely Awesome, definitely reccomend these gentlemen to family & friends.
