It was New Years Eve & Maryville Raindon Honda was busy! I walked in without an appointment & was immefiately greeted by Osman who was with a client & still said we will be right with you! He was thext representative available & he called me over. Even tho, the phones were ringing & the waiting area was full he patiently managed my needs. He asked me my timeframe in which I needed to be leaving & successfully accomplished all that needed to be completed on my Accord on time!!! Osman is AWESOME!!!

Nicole is awesome to deal with and made my 30k mile service a pleasant experience! I had three hours to kill and Nicole had Hugo(who is also awesome) shuttle me over to Planet Fitness for my workout. Regarding the price I paid I put “not sure” because I was surprised by the cost but without checking with my local mechanic I don’t know what it should be.

was a noise in right vent.. Turned out to be rodent infestation. Fortunately, no major damage ..it was $233 with a new filter because it cost 185 to troubleshoot and clean up the air vent. Seemed reasonably priced for a dealer, but i still don’t like dealer rates. They seem very honest and reliable. in and out in 5 hrs

I had the body control module and a battery cable replaced in my vehicle and paid to have it detailed. The detail was great, except for they left stickers stuck all over the inside window? There was only a few, mostly ripped off already, I was surprised this window wasn't cleaned- or that I wasn't t asked if it should be cleaned for a $399 service... when I picked up my car, I had my spare key on me, and it would not register the car. The tech that helped me was very casual about it, "weird, sometimes key fobs just stop working! Haha" not worried about it at all- later I read that the spare key needs to be synchronized to the new unit. Disappointing and odd they didn't alert me to this and have me bring the spare key before the service was even done. The woman who helped me through the majority of this process was really great and responsive to all my questions and concerns about this expensive and stressful repair. Update- my key was fixed, everyone was very nice. I am still disappointed that this was not something that was addressed during the initial service.

Osman was very professional and very helpful in arranging necessary service of my 2017 Honda CRV: oil change and filter, replacement of transmission fluid, and alignment of the wheels to reduce tire wear. He thoroughly explained each aspect of the service. Osman was the best service technician I have ever had service any of my cars. His outstanding knowledge helped me understand the need for the service. It was also reasonably priced which is unusual today.

Chelsie was great! She was polite, informative and helpful. I was at Honda 2x this week and dealt with her both times. The first visit I was a walk in for a tire check. She was quick to get me assistance for my tire and schedule me for my oil change, I was there less than 10 min 😁. Or my scheduled appointment I walked in and she said “I got her” and I think she had me signed in before I even reached the counter! 😁

Working with Peter was easy and efficient. Realizing that he is only the front end for check in and collecting info, he was good. Didn’t make sure that I understood that a “loaner” (foe which the contract says $0.00) was going to be billed at $40; but in the end he made that charge go away. I’d gladly work with him again. Also, if you have an electric vehicle, be aware that the electric technician is only in on certain days, so your service can take longer than you might expect.

I had an excellent experience. From the very beginning, Ashton was incredibly thorough and helpful. I brought in my 2011 Honda Odyssey and they were able to figure out exactly what was wrong, get the necessary parts, and get the work done. They were very gracious when it came to providing a loaner because it was a holiday week and it was going to take some extra time. Also, in a time where the cost of living in Western Washington is so dramatic, they Gave me competitive prices and the work was done expertly.

I live in Everett and own a Honda. I switched from Klein Honda to Rairdon"s because I didn't like dealing with any of the service department employees, EXCEPT Ali at Klein's. When he wasn't working, my customer service experiences (including with management) led me to find a different service center. Klein's was always busy, so long waits and limited availability of appointments. I get respectful, informative and considerate customer service every time I go to Rairdon's, which is so important to me that I make the half hour drive each way. They also have more timely availability. I spend a lot of money on maintenance on my Honda. I'm not giving my money, time or energy to a company who's employees act as if they're doing me a favor and don't seem to understand that clients have options on where they can go. Rairdon's service associates acknowledge you immediately, listen attentively, answer questions and offer honest recommendations. Ashton was very professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient on my visit today (1-22-26) Employees are courteous and considerate of each other. Very professional in front of customers.

I drove up without an appointment, it was the first opportunity to get there and have my brand new month old 2026 CRV looked At regarding the horrible smell, that started two weeks after purchase!!! Very sad, no more new car smell and a disgusting odor instead! Ashton saw me drive up and asked to help me! He actually walked out to take a look and didn’t even have to get in the car it had such a foul odor! He suspected a rodent had died In my engine or there about!! I didn’t have rodents in my home or garage so where would it come from? Ashton actually said he would see if he could get someone to check it out!! About an hour later he let me know that they found a dead rodent in the filter of my car where the actual filtered air is blowing into the car when turning on the heat!!! They cleaned it all out and replaced the filter for $75.00 I was so very grateful for the fast service and accommodating me on short notice!! It is really a relief knowing the dealership is one we can count on to do right by us and try to help when our needs are rather emergent!! I drove out with fresh air coming out of the vent👍🏼
