I was incredibly shocked by the final cost. My fault entirely for not asking more questions. I thought the air filter change was included but it was actually $35 I could have changed it myself for $10. Also, when giving me the oil type options, I wish regular oil would have been mentioned because that’s what I would have chosen. I went in thinking I was going to pay $69+ tax because of the $10 coupon but it ended up being $121. So $50 more than I had budgeted for. Lesson learned. Everyone was very nice though and I’ll be going back for my next oil change… But better prepared with what I actually want done.

They replaced my two front tires and were super nice and up front with everything. The tires are still on the car after a couple of days, which is a plus. Nothing wrong has popped up. The shop right next to them (les swab) turned us away, but Jiffy was more than willing to help.
