I emailed to canceled my monthly membership and never heard back, 2 months later I discovered I was still being charged, so i followed up again. I wanted to cancel since the drying time was cut in half and i just didn't think it got anything more than just dust off. The owner then responded saying it was an unmonitored email, I don't believe this to be true as i have emailed him multiple times and he replied multiple times in the same day. He is demanding I come in person but am traveling for work, another reason I wanted to cancel. I have provided my RFID tag number but he is still demanding to come in person. RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT: You never said you would reimburse me for the past months. You said come in to cancel. I said maybe for thanksgiving, but that is looking unsure. If i am not in a system then why am I being charged? If I didn't pay one month im sure that my membership would be stopped, so at the least you can cancel the reoccurring charges. You have claimed your email to be unmonitored but reply to emails hours later each time until I ask a valid question or make a good point, you could have replied to my email on 9/1 requesting it to be canceled and said please stop in and I would have. Your actions have lead to a horrific customer experience, to try to earn a few more bucks for yourself. I have yet to see an apology for your rudeness and actions to me.

Even the basic wash leaves your car nice and shiny. And when i got the 12 dollar wash, it was exactly 12 dollars including tax. A small detail, but one i appreciate and will make me come back every time my car is dirty

Came after hours to get a wash with the touchless, came out and it didn't clean the car AT ALL!! I called the next day and spoke to the owner who apologized, explained the main function of the touchless wash and offered a free express wash. When I got there the 2 attendants were on top of everything and the wash was great! Thank you to Sammy and his crew for exceptional service!

The car wash seemed great. I’ve done the do-it-yourself wash here for over 3 years and it’s great. Low price, nice workers. After I went through the automatic car wash for the first time, the car was very clean but I noticed scratches along the right side of the car that I have never seen before. They run down the whole right side of the car mainly on the rear door. I did have a couple of scratches on the front door already but many new scratches definitely appeared after going through. The left side is ok but I noticed the workers pointing to the right side of the car wash after my car passed through. Not sure if that had to do with anything. If your going to go here, do the touch less because the regular car wash ruined my paint… Edit: After reading the owners response on how this is "impossible" is just very upsetting. I was going to sign up for a monthly plan for my two cars but obviously, there is no remorse regarding any critical review. This is my experience here and it's getting called impossible. I even praised this place's other options like the touchless automatic wash and the DIY wash and I still get no decent replys. I never asked for you to fix it, I just mentioned what happened in a review and if this is the response I get, how can I spend another dollar here. I have been going as my only car wash at the DIY option for over 3 years and will not return anytime soon

Never use multi-colored foam!!! There are still blue marks on my white car, no matter how hard I try to wash it off!!! It's fun until you try to wash it off. Also marks on the hands and feet that cannot be washed off with any soap!!!! The car will have to be taken to a detailer, I hope they can remove these blue spots!!!!!! Overall the place is good, not too many people, good water pressure.

Carwash has had such a downfall, equipment always out of order or barely works, and usually never have workers to assist with equipment failure. Waste of money coming here. Avoid if possible.

the self serve is awful, barely none of the modes actually work and its honestly a waste of money. the rinse or wax wouldnt work after i used the soap that only came out every 5 seconds. i couldnt rinse the car so i decided to go to the touchless car wash after to rinse it off. they have a mode from 7-17$ dollars. the touchless is much better in my opinion so dont use the self serve.

Amazing facilities. I used the touch-less car wash every days and i have not been let down. They have a multitude of self wash bays so you most likely will not have to ever wait to wash your car, plenty of amenities such as rags and cleaners in the dispensers. Love this place!

It's exactly as the title, if you're on a budget, come here, you can vacuum and get your car washed without the schemes and lies of membership prices that the workers sell at Russell Speeder, their vacuum takes quarters, the wash ranges from $7 to about $15 depending on what you want, or you can wash your own car in their individual units and they have a change machine for dollars, they also have a membership you can pay for if you want to with more reasonable prices than Russell, but the fact is you can wash and vacuum without a membership as well, I only gave three stars because the place is not so clean and sometimes getting help is a problem and there are some features I have not tried yet

Great place to get your car washed either self service which A special mat holders different pressure good chemicals and spray really nice job you can do yourself. R through the car wash with somebody will assist you very polite and kind and does a good job every time I go.

Great spot to wash your car if you're a taxi and/or Gig Work (Uber/Lyft) driver. In addition they also have a regular express car wash service for regular cars. Overall, the deluxe service is $10 while their basic is $8. If you have a vehicle that requires a touchless car wash in service, this is definitely a spot you can go-to. I believe this place also do car detailing work as well.

This is the worst car wash I've ever gotten. I had to drive around the place 3 times because of how miserable it is to try to turn into the place and the directions are terrible on how to find the service you are looking for. I finally got into the lot and tried to find any person to ask where I was supposed to go as I've never been here before and none of the signs are clear, and any person I asked just told me they didn't work here, so I don't know if anyone works here. I figured it out myself and then the wash didn't even clean my windshield or most of the dirt on the sides of my car. The directions when you're in the car wash aren't clear either, I don't know if somehow my car was supposed to be dry at the end of the wash, but there definitely wasn't anyone around to let me know. This was a complete waste and I feel like they stole my money since I paid for the highest service and my car wasn't even clean after.

Terrible experiences, will never go back. 2 years ago I signed up for the unlimited washes - 6 months later I cancelled. 4 months later they start charging my card again. I went three times, complained and they promised they would remove me. They supposedly couldn’t find my cancelation request. And the charged again and again every month for 6 months. Without my authorization. That’s credit card fraud. I had to cancel my card and have it replaced or they wouldn’t stop charging. Today, car covered in salt, I decide to give it a quick SINGLE wash. Machine accepts my credit card and displays Wait for an attendant to come assist you. I wait. I honk. No one. I figured it didn’t go through no receipt. I insert cash, it happily accepts it, I proceed through the tunnel, wash. No receipt printed. I check credit card and there it is, they charged $12. I find an employee to ask for a resolution, the machine has not printed any receipts. I am told come back tomorrow morning, and ask for your cash back. Yea right. No receipt no apology. Avoid avoid avoid.
