Wife used them n i payed for it in the end thanks to their incompetence. I cost me time n money for not tighting her lug nuts after sell her a tire. Now i gotta buy a new rims. Thanks for all your help 🙏 Edit**** Without a doubt it was ur job n ur fault. Doesn't matter u won't rectify anything to correct what u did n i have to pay for it so bad reviews n phones calls to bbb will have to do for now

Found myself with a flat tire along 75 south. Managed to get off at Corunna Rd and started googling to find help. These guys were so friendly and helpful on the phone. They had Caleb out to me within minutes, attempted to repair tire on site, but, when he couldn’t, he quickly put my spare on and had me follow him back to their store. He repaired my tire within 15-20 minutes, replaced the spare and put my repaired tire back on. All while only charging me a very nominal fee. I couldn’t be happier with their help and kindness. Caleb was so helpful and considerate. I’ve never had such good service before and would go out of my way to bring them business in the future.

Building don't look like the Fancy Tire Stores. I saved about $500.00 dollars on special tire's that they just happened to have in stock. I had a little bit of a wait and let a few impatient customers they had go in front of me as I watched them in action working very efficiently helping assisting One customer after another. I watched a few rude customers and they kept their cool as I observed there was a lot of local people . So the customer service must have been good or the people wouldn't have been lining up to come in there. I met Shane the owner. I give him props. He's definitely using the kiss method. That is keep it simple stupid in the business world. Instead of wasting all these resources on fancy buildings and paint and everything else he's focusing on giving customers what they need good deals they keep everyday people on the road. Budget New & used tire's gave me reassurance that if I get a nail in my tire they'll fix it for me, free tire rotation and advised me to come back in to have my custom rims tighten up to spec's anytime I have them removed or taken off the vehicle after driving 50 or more miles to make sure they stay on the truck secured. I was alarmed when they discovered the lug nuts was loose on the rear wheels. The truck had recently had a brake job done. The wheels were removed. They didn't try to hustle me. They were fun to chat with while they were doing the work they were very professional and friendly. I know A lot of people that would snub their nose at discount tire place like that thinking their customer service isn't any good by appearances. But they just like giving their money away. Shane the owner is for the everyday working guy to keep Flint strong as a business owner. So why not go out and support him people.

Today was my 2nd time coming here and they definitely did not disappoint. They had 4 used tires that fit my vehicle, they put them aside until I got off work. They not only have the best customer service on the phone but they take care of business. I arrived there and they were full, a worker still came up and greeted me right away. I waited maybe 2 minutes and pulled in to get my car worked on. They greeted me again right away and I was in and out within 30 minutes! Definitely top notch all around! Highly recommend. Thank you Budget, you guys are lifesavers.

I called them asking how much it would be to put a tire on a rim gave me price of 25$ I asked if they needed the size they said no hung up. Went there and they said he was supposed to say 45$ and we don’t have the size and it’s not even the right size for the car when it literally is🤦‍♀️👎

Nice guys great tires they are pretty quick and honest guy's. SHANE & DEREK take great care of all my tire needs from auto to truck even my trailer tires . If you have larger nice rims they have you covered and will help you out & take good care of your vehicles TIRES & WHEELS.

They used to be really great & reliable but lately they seem to only be money hungry. A few of their workers will sell you bald & dangerous tires for top dollar. They will also refuse to change your tires solely based on their own personal opinions when it comes to wear and tear. They target elderly people the most. Senior citizens that they can smooth talk more money out of by giving them bad tires so they're forced to return weekly for another replacement. This exact situation happened to a family member of mine & it's beyond disgusting how selfish & greedy society has become. Who cares if you have a random blow out, putting your life at risk, from a botched tire they gave you, as long as you're paying them what they want, its to hell with you and yours. 10/10 highly recommend finding another tire place if you can.

I must say I've worked at a few tire shops even managed a couple but the experience i had here is next to none very quick and they are understandable. Derrick is the one who i dealt with he really helped me out in every way and the prices from all the people I called you can't beat it. And the fact they keep an eye on the date of the tire as well made me very happy. Basically if you need any tires this is the place to come too.

Bought and tipped the guy for a used tire at 9:30/10AM, had it until 12:30 and drove on it for a combined 20 miles and the sidewall blew out. I called the shop to see if they’d replace the faulty tire and same guy said absolutely and that he’d look at it, got to the shop and the dude didn’t even look at the tire and just tried selling me another one. Never had an issue with this shop before but I’m beyond disappointed that they couldn’t rectify the situation given I didn’t even have the tire for 4 hours.

Ended up with a rotation and found additional problems from a previous tire installation different company-try to help me get the rotation done and let me know additional problems need attention immediately. They gave great customer service ,good pricing, fast reliable guys, very knowledgeable.
