I broke down in the front of buena auto care and the owner was kind enough to come help Ma and not try and take advantage of me by having my car fixed here. I explained I bought the car to sell it so he helped me get the car to where it needed to go. I really want to thank the owner and his crew for being honest. It's hard to find these days. Have made Buena Auto Care my go to service center for all my cars. They are very reasonable, possess an excellent knowledge of all range of cars, and are able to diagnose problems quickly. I have always gotten the truth from them while receiving the care of a local business vs. chain store. Don't normally give recommendations, but, I brought my older car to "Buena Auto Care" and they easily handled my laundry list of repairs. Kyle listened, and performed everything on my list. Fast, competent, and fairly priced. Will be goings back next time and would definitely recommend them with hesitation.

Thanks for trying to fix the errors nonetheless. *Mr. Kevin diagnosed my car with a failing alternator and after paying for it there were several errors. Had to take it to a new mechanic, and in not sure if I will get partial refund at least. Kevin and his employees Marco and Jack did try to amend the errors, as I aforementioned but I was left without my car for an extended period of time and my car turned off several times while I was on the road, thank God I made it alive.

I have to take the time to shout out my car angel Marco for all the support he gave me today. I just bought a new car yesterday and immediately the check engine light came on. I have been dealing with so many car issues recently and felt so overwhelmed that as Marco was explaining the repairs I needed, I fully broke down crying to him lol. He was so kind, checked on me multiple times while I was waiting, super rushed my repairs, and even got it done faster than the time he quoted me. Price wasn’t bad either. The owner Kevin was also so kind! Will definitely come back here for future repairs and appreciate their excellent service and compassion!

Not only have they handled many a routine maintenance for me, they never try to upsell and will tell you what they'd do if it was their own vehicle.
