Very disappointed and will never buy a vehicle from them. I went to echopark.com auto I did get the vehicle I wanted at a much better price then excepted. And was pleased about it.

Bought a brand new 2023 sierra and a week later find out that the 110 outlet doesn't work. Seems like the dealership would test all vehicles to make everything works before selling them. So here I am going to be sitting here all day for them just to look at it.

This has got to be the worst Service center I've ever been to...First off, the customer experience is TERRIBLE, there might be ONE person in there with some semblance of niceness!! They treat the customer like you OWE them something...Was going to give them a try since they are close to my house, personally, after 2 visits id rather drive an hour to go somewhere else...I'll never go back!!

The worst vehicle that I ever had. GM Products is garbage. The second week after I purchase this Buick, I've been having nothing but problems. A year and a half, this vehicle have been in the shop 17 times after I purchased this vehicle. When the warranty and the extended warranty was up, they tried to make me purchase another vehicle. Stay away from GM Products. A brand new vehicle with that many problems is "garbage". Buick Service Department (Gerry Lanes) will not make more money off of me.

I went to Jerry Lane GMC to get an oil change and tire rotation and felt it wasn't done. Mr Clint found out I wasn't satisfied and immediately called and got me to bring my vehicle in, and WE checked my oil and had my tires rotated. Service department changed my oil and a bed cover problem. Attendant called and said truck readyβΉ in 20 minutes. Road my bike back. Where i arrived he said he didn't say that. I saw my truck being driven to ready to pick-up spot.. it sat there for 30 minutes until another Attendant came to check me out!!!!

Had an appointment for 11am for simple software update. Told also had a recall. After waiting 3 hours told no part for recall. Waited 4.5 hours for a software update. Worst service and customer consideration I have ever experienced. I will never go to Gerry Lane again

Oil was spilled onto my oil cap, oil inlet pipe and onto the engine. There was no apparent attempt to clean it up. I have pictures. This was the first oil change for my new GMC truck.

I booked an appointment online and typed everything that I needed fixed along with an oil change. Set at the dealership for 3.5 hours for an oil change and tailgate recall. I asked online to fix my windshield wiper switch because it doesn't work and look at why my onstar doesn't work. After such a long wait I was told my truck was complete. I paid for my service and took off. After driving I noticed that the windshield wipers still didn't work and the onstar still didn't work. I called and they said that I would have to make an appointment for that work. The windshield wipers not working is very dangerous and I'm not very happy that I already had this scheduled and didn't get the work done. Also noticed that I was charged for tire rotation which was not done because they couldn't find the lug nut key. It's a $10 key that most of any shops that deal with tires have.

I got three errors on my 2026 Buick Encore GX on 12/8/25 - change oil, service power steering, and service STABILITRAK. I called the dealership, asked for service, and told the scheduler I wanted to schedule my oil change and also have the mechanic check on the two errors. She said she had openings for 12/11 at 7am and 8am. I told her I would take the 7am. She asked me a few times what the errors were (I told her each time). She asked me my name a few times. I show up at 6:5something Thursday, 12/11 morning. I'm maybe the 5th car there. Once the doors open, we drive in, and employee start taking custody of the vehicles. I had Aubrey. He was great. He asked for my name and what the appointment was for. I told him an oil change and the two errors. That's when my score dropped to a 4. He told me that diagnostics for the two errors required drop-off. The scheduler had not told me that. I took a day off of work with the understanding that my oil would get changed and my errors would be addressed. Now, not only will I have to take time off work again, I will also have to rent a car since I will have to drop my 4-month old 2026 Buick Encore GX for diagnostics. My vehicle is still under warranty, and this is the second time I've had to bring it in for errors. The first time was after I only had the car for a month. My warranty or extended warranty should pay for my rental, or the dealership should provide me with a loaner while my car is diagnosed/repaired since it's starting to look like they sold me a lemon.
