My cat had a accident in my truck, and Marcus gave me advice at first to help me remedy the issue. It didn’t work, so Marcus came out the next day to deep clean my truck and the seat the accident happened in. My truck looks brand new and the smell is gone, I was so excited and happy. Marcus and team really took care of my car like their own cars. I haven’t had taken my car into detailing service for many years, and I really wanted to find the local detailing service companies who care! Marcus and the team gave me a warm welcome, great service and maintained a good line of communication throughout the service! My car also suffered from a bad scratch and scrapes from previous accidents, and even those are covered beautifully. Also my car interior was muddied and carpet was molding from many road travels and now it seems like brand new! Fortunate to do a local business with people who care! When you have a car with a white leather interior, you can get pretty picky about who you let detail it. I bought this car 18 months ago and, well, I drive a lot. So it needed some serious TLC on top of me being pretty particular about my details, especially after being broken into a week before my appointment. Marcus did an absolute stellar job! I don't think my car was this clean when I bought it, and I'll absolutely be back in a few months for maintenance on the beautiful clean. Next time I'll take before photos, because you really can't tell what an incredible difference there is! Especially in the center console and shift boot, which is so hard to get clean.

Marcus did an amazing job! It was my first time having my car detailed and overall the experience was wonderful. Marcus was professional and direct yet very friendly once meeting him in person. I’m not exactly sure what’s considered a good price range for detailing but I will say that the overall experience makes it a great value to me in my eyes. His wife even drove me back to my home (she happened to be going that way anyhow) when she did not have to! Very good customer service! I have no problem recommending his services. Quick disclaimer: Once setting up your appointment, Marcus will send you his address along with extra details on how to get to his home, etc. Depending on what map service you use, it can lead you to the wrong area, it does not detract the overall experience I had but is worth noting. Marcus did make it easier to navigate due to the inconvenience. Very satisfied customer!

I'm super happy with my service from Burdy's Auto Detail! First I liked how quick he was to respond to my initial inquiry and how friendly he was on the phone. He explained his process, answered all my questions and offered to come to my place or I could bring the car to him which was much appreciated. I had an interior detail/ cleaning of my Nissan Sport Rogue and it looks brand new on the inside! He got every tiny spot clean, all cat hair out, rugs super clean, seats super clean and zero dust left behind! He is very customer service oriented and put all sorts of small touches into the service of even leaving some candies on my dashboard for when I picked up the car! This is a small business owner that puts his heart and soul into doing an excellent job!!!! I would totally recommend him !!

Hands down the best car detail and service EVER. A car detail is my Mother’s Day gift to myself every year (I’ve used other companies in the past)…. And from the initial phone call to make the appointment through cleaning up, Marcus was personable, thorough, and was not kidding about his level of service. I wish I had before photos of my car, because it was a disaster. Now, it truly looks better than the day I pulled it off the car dealership lot 5 years ago, pre kids. Thanks Marcus.
