Excellent first service visit and first impressions! Went in for an oil/filter service, received a warm welcome, comprehensive review of my vehicle, including estimates on brake life, tire life, etc. to help with planning future service, but also advising on some of the small things I can take care of myself. While waiting for pick up/squaring-up my bill, Mike and his team took a moment to work out some solutions to get another customer's vehicle into working shape and out of the shop with a *lower* bill - again, just "doing right by the customer". Like any great mechanic, they're not the cheapest, but "Wow!", the transparency, honesty, and helpfulness was on-point!

Took my wife’s BMW to this shop after smoke start coming out from under the hood and also a loud rattle. They took the car in service same day and had it picked up the next day - alternator got replaced and car runs great now! As always, these guys are great. Last time I took my car in they let me know they thought I was having an issue with my transfer case. When I called the dealer, the dealer said it was not an issue. Working with Redmond European, I was able to prove I had and issue that led to a warranty replacement! This time I took my car in and they told me what I will need in the future, but told me to sit tight for a while. These guys are trustworthy and friendly!

Let me tell you! A lifesaver indeed. I took my vehicle to Audi Bellevue since I had history with them. Redmond European proved that work performed at Audi Bellevje in the last month was NOT done. Instead of honoring Audi Bellevue quoted me a bill of almost $9000 to change the cooling system that they said the missed inspecting the previous month!! Towed my vehicle to Redmond European, didn't give them a heads up on what the issue was. They found I needed the cooling system changed. The only difference was they weren't changing for a thermostat separately from the water pump since they are the SAME equipment! Crazy right? The other thing is they didn't quote me for work that obviously wasn't needed like changing a fully working duct. Honest, fair, and quick service. I thanked Mike so much because he understood I knew exactly what needed to be done so don't hike the price and tell me I need to do more work than necessary. Car is running smoothly, no issues in the past week. Also he did some carbon cleaning to the car and I kid you not, I went from 340 miles to 400 miles. The vehicle now takes off quicker when I put foot to the gas. Thank you, Mike. A valued customer whom you now will have continued service!

I reached out to Monty as he is well know in the Porsche community and has a great reputation for building high quality Air-Cooled Porsche engines. We talked and I ended up giving him the engine out of my 1971 911t restoration project. I asked him to do a zero-mile perfect restoration on the engine to match the rest of the car which is perfect so far! We worked together as I had the carbs restored as well as the fan and housing and I provided the SSI's, Monty Muffler, Web Cams, 911s P's and C's as well as some other components but they provided lots of misc. parts, oil lines, chains, time-certs, machining and cleaning, etc... as well as Rob did an awesome job assembling everything with very close attention to detail. These aren't cheap but the work is impeccable and my hat is off to Redmond European, Monty, Rob and Mike for all of their hard work! I am sure there are a couple of others at the shop to thank but these are the guys I had personal interaction with and they were great to work with! Redmond European is referred by one of my best friends cuz she has all her cars maintained and repaired here for many years. My first visit was about 2 weeks ago together with my baby girl driving her BMW 430i Xdrive. Mike was so nice and patient to give both of us a free training to help us to get a better understanding of our autos. Today I drove my X5 for a brake fluid flush as required by the BMW Dealer as a must do. Mike asked me to stay with him in the office for a while because he believed it might not be necessary to do it because of the low mileage. His technician gave a check and proved Mike’s saying. They reset all the alerts, including the brake fluid (from this June to Jude 2026) and both of my front and rear brake system (from 3000miles to 6000 &13000mile according to the current situation). And I was discharged without paying a penny! Mike confirmed that they only do what’s needed, though you are ready to pay him hundreds of bucks when scheduling a service. I would say Mike and his teams are the best in the area who really care about your needs and wallet!

Monty and his staff at Redmond European are first class. I discovered them a couple of years ago and won't bring my car to anyone else. I have also referred many friends with Porsche or BMW vehicles to them. Their knowledge and experience with the vehicles is apparent when you start talking with them. I bring my 2021 718 Cayman GTS to them for my regular maintenance. They are fair and honest and perform expert services for a fraction of what a dealer charges. They provide a thorough walk through and will answer any questions you may have. Mike (front desk) and Monty (owner) have even helped me with outstanding referrals for alignment, for body shops and for tires. They have even talked me out of a few more pricey repairs that do not need to immediately be done. Not only do they understand that business is about honest work and repeat business, but they are also a pleasure to work with. This review is long overdue — but it comes from the bottom of my heart. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the leadership and staff at Redmond European for their incredible kindness and professionalism. I sincerely apologize for writing this review late — but their help has stayed in my heart ever since. On June 27th this year, my car’s front shield was accidentally scraped off by a parking stopper at the Costco parking lot. Half of it was hanging down, half dragging on the ground. I drove to Redmond European for help, not knowing what to expect. To my surprise, the team immediately took action. They securely fixed the shield back in place and kindly referred me to a body shop for further repair. The entire process took about 20 minutes — and they refused to take any payment. What touched me even more was what happened later. When I returned to the shop in another car to thank them, the staff noticed that this car’s front shield was also loose. They once again helped me fix it — firmly and safely — and again, refused to accept any money. Having lived in the U.S. for 25 years, I know that it’s only fair to pay when someone provides you a service. But the generosity and genuine care shown by Redmond European completely opened my eyes. Their actions went far beyond ordinary customer service — they showed true kindness, integrity, and a deep sense of community. Thank you, Redmond European, for your exceptional help, your honesty, and your outstanding workmanship. I will never forget what you did for me, and I hope more people in our community know how trustworthy and generous you are.
