I spent nearly $800 on repairs and wasn't impressed with the quality of work. I had problems when I took the car back and they weren't very helpful or responsive. I also asked for the replacement parts to be returned, that never happened either.

Been taking my car to Bellevue Audi (Barrier) for years. After an exhaust repair that clocked in at $4k I got my car back and the brake light sensor was messed up. Took it back to Bellevue Audi and they said it was buried and would cost $900 to fix. I decided to give European Car Authority a shot and they simply re-tightened and adjusted the sensor. Done in about an hour for $76. Never going to Bellevue Audi again :)

Ken and crew were recommended to my by Millen Autobody in Redmond (also a great place). I took my vintage Mercedes SL to him for a very obscure issue. After going all through the car he found a faulty part in the ignition assembly and replaced it. During the diagnosis, he pointed out several other small issues that were real issues. He wasn't just trying to "sell me the fries". He even found a part for my overly complex soft top assembly that MB wanted $400 for. He did the research and found the same part for $80. He replaced my front struts and did an alignment. After driving it he wasn't happy with the alignment because one of my tires was leaking. He suggested I fix the tire and bring it back and he'd have it aligned again. He treated it like it was his own car. Great guy. Great shop. Great care and fairly priced.

Ken and his crew have always done a great job for me. I've been going to them for several years, I've always found the advice very good and cost to be fair. My most recent experience has prompted me to finally write a review. I had a recurring issue with my vehicle that was very hard to diagnose. They trouble-shot it over a couple of visits fixing items that needed fixing but it didn't cure the issue. This was frustrating to me spending money but not getting to the root issue, but I could honestly say it was just as frustrating to Ken. He asked to have the car from me for a couple days and, having already eliminated a few trouble spots, he went though all of the possibilities. Sure enough they found and solved the issue. I had been there so much and already invested quite a bit of money in the process, but without me needing to ask, Ken took care of the final work for me without charge. There are not many mechanics, or people in any profession, who will personally take your car into their care and make sure you are fully satisfied with the work. I will always take my euros here, the best!

I was greeted at the door. The owner personally handled the whole transaction. His business very clean nice reception area. Cars stalls all clean, and ready for business. I had spoken to him the day before and he was up to date with my cars needs he went out of the way to run some diagnostic tests to make sure the car was running well. I didn't ask for it he just did it at no cost. He diagnosed a tire issue it needed to be addressed. Ken recommended a good tire place. This place is a good option to getting ripped off by overpriced dealers. Plus this man is honest, and not out to gouge like the dealer. Thanks Eropean Car Athority!!!

Another shop sent me here because they weren't able to fix an issue we had with the transmission. I've continued to take my 2004 Cayenne here. Ken is one of the most honest and helpful shop owners I've worked with. I've had mystery problems with the electrical system and Ken's shop replaced the battery a second time at no charge and was eventually able to track it down to a faulty starter. Everything has been running great since.

Amazing customer service, Ken wouldn't give up finding my light issue and was able to fix it. Even with the extra time it took he stood by his original estimate. I wouldn't bring my Porsche anywhere else. He's kind, fair and has the best prices anywhere for top of the rung service. Highly recommend!

This is an easy 5 stars. We have now taken our Volvo and Mercedes here for three services. They have repaired our rear hatch, done a brake job, and replaced a major component in the Volvo engine which was a pretty big job. I found their prices fair. They are experts at their craft. I'm so glad to have discovered European Car Authority.

My family has been bringing our cars to Ken since about 2000. Starting with our 1999 Saab, we have also brought our 2003 Volvo xc70 and 2008 Volvo xc90. Once the factory warranty expires, we get all of our service done here. Ken has always been super helpful, transparent, and much less expensive than getting the work done at the dealer. Our cars have all run for well over 150,000 miles with maintenance from Ken.

Fantastic staff! Very helpful and great communication. Getting a premium car repaired is usually an uneasy experience. However, this team goes out of their way to make you feel like your car is being taken care of! If they are certified to repair Audi R8s with handmade parts, then you should trust them to work on basically anything premium.
