Just left Alignment Plus without any service. Wasn't even acknowledged while I wait patiently inside the office. There were 3 people in the garage who saw me and I even called to see if anyone would pick up the phone but, no answer. All I needed was to check the tires and put some air in it, as I was told by my employer this company would be happy to do it if I take the company vehicle by. Well, that was an incorrect statement. First and last time I'll even consider even stopping by Alignments Plus.

I came into alignment plus from a referral from discount tire. I was thinking there was going to be a long wait for my car, etc. going in. I would say all within an hour, discount tire took 1/2 hour to put new tires on then went to alignment plus and was help by Carlos (who is totally awesome) and they fit me right in. Alignment took not even a 1/2 hour to do. They were able to make some slight corrections to my subaru BRZ and bring it back to where it needed to be. Carlos was super friendly and very accomodating to my schedule. Also, spoke with Josh on the phone and he was very good to deal with. Good team here!

I had my Corvette wheels aligned. Few weeks later, I had a chance to take it up to higher speed. That's when I found out the handling did not feel right and felt very unsafe around the corner. With my busy schedule, I did not have a chance to take it back to check it until few months later. They wanted to charge me again to check their work. I did not want to spend more at a place that could not get it right first time. I took my car to alignment specialist in Kirkland, which informed me that alignment was way off!!! Alignment did not even match the numbers on Alignment Plus print out!!! Other place in Kirkland did the work right and my Corvette now feels rock solid around the corner at high speed. I will not waste my time and money here again.

Just spent A thousand dollars in this shop for rear breaks an e break cable and a new radiator. Within hours of leaving the shop my back wheel is grinding. I bring it back in and they say they'll call me back after they look. I get a call only to pick up my vehicle. I was told what it was and that it was fixed. Nobody told me I was charged 300 extra dollars for them to fix there own mistake. Glen the owner personally operated in this manner, he is who I deal with directly. Nobody called to even say they were charging me, and ask if I agree. I have been driving my vehicle with a bad e break cable since January. No issues, no springs "popping". I personally just don't believe its a coincidence that within hours of them replacing my e break cable and rear breaks this spring and kit "just popped because my car is a 2003" as he put it. You really get a feel for someone when you hear them talk while they think they are alone. I had the pleasure of sitting in the unattended lobby for 20 minutes while listening to the owner have personal phone conversations and I'm disgusted. I got exactly what I expected to get after hearing him while I wait. To charge me without even asking before hand is BS. To charge me to fix YOUR mistake is also BS. I work so hard for my families money. I won't be coming back. I came here for free work from discount tire snapping my e break and decided to add on 1000 dollars more of work and business for them and they do this to me. They didn't even seem like a cut throat place at first impression. But after the first time I came in I had a bad feeling. The guy at the front, Ben, is telling me cheaper prices on the phone than what I was charged in person to pick up. He said he knew he quoted me lower but the owner "changed it in the computer." Thanks glen. He said next time just ask for Ben and he'll make sure the cost is down if I pay cash and he'll make it up to me. That's special, thanks. I truly feel so cheated now. I should have stuck with my shop. Now I'm sitting here reading other peoples similar stories of scandalous situations where this shop does not accept any responsibility for their bad work and bad business practices. They get constant new customers from discount tire needing to fix mistakes. If enough people share their experiences getting ripped off then LEGAL ACTION can be taken.

I was told this place would help me with my alignment, and that they did. Carlos worked on my car, he was so excited to let me know what was wrong and what I needed to have a safer ride. He ordered the parts and I left him to work on it and it was done in 2.5 hours. Emily in the front was so helpful and knowledgeable. Nick was the person who I made the appointment with and he could get me in 2 days after I called during my lunch hour. I was very happy with the service here!

This is a worst car repair store I have been to ever. Do not go to there!!! One of their tech named Ben or something is in very very bad attitude! Every time when he talked with me is like everyone own him thousands of dollars. Super Super rude! And they are not take responsibility of their work. My car has AC problem, the first time came there, they confirmed with me no leaking issue only need to refill AC fluid. But guess what? The AC issue came back after only 4 weeks. Now I need to came to their store again to check, and now they confirmed there is a leaking issue and I need to pay them twice to check with same issue. In sum, Do not go to their store!

Awesome Work.I have taken my BMW 325i with Sports Pkg for wheel alignment, after changing my fresh set of new Michelin Pilot Spot AS Plus tires. Discount Tires suggested me this place over my BMW Dealer. I was little skeptical before going to this place, Since they quoted only 70$ (after 20% Discount) ,which is 65% less than my dealer, I thought of give a shot. I scheduled early morning appointment and I went to Alignment plus. The technicians were very friendly. They checked my car and called me inside and showed me on the computer screen that one of my rear wheel was off on the alignment. He fixed in front of me and given me the completed log sheet, which indicated the before and after readings.Also, He explained me how did he fixed the alignment. It's pretty cool to learn.I was really pleased with their service and honesty.I would definitely recommend this place for any alignment issues. You can save lot of money and would give you peace of mind. It's not really a complicated task and you don't need the dealer to do this simple task.I have recommended this place to my friends as well.

They were able to align my car quickly and without trouble after I had new tie rods installed. However, when I went to pay, I found the price was $50 higher than what I was quoted because i had the parts installed somewhere else. I disclosed this information when I got the quote, but the extra amount wasn’t added until i picked the car up. Save yourself $50 and don’t give them any extra information.

Discount Tire in Redmond stripped a lug nut off my car, sent me here to get it fixed. No drop off slips in the box when I got there but luckily I had an envelope. Left my car on Sunday night, was fixed by 10:00 am Monday. You might have to BYOE (Bring your own envelope) but they got the job done & accepted the Discount Tire invoice.

Brought my car in very last minute to have the mechanic repair the underbody protection shield that I tore off going over a parking curb. They got it on a lift and reattached it without charging me anything. Very nice and attentive staff! Highly recommend this place.

We couldn’t be happier with this business. First, a month ago we were helped immediately with an emergency need. While it was not an involved process, we were stunned that the owner of the business, Glenn Connor handled the situation so quickly and to top it off, refused to charge us. A month later, when our car was in need of serious repair, in part due to an improper repair by an earlier mechanic, Alignments Plus solved our problem incredibly quickly. The original computer diagnosis showed potentially multiple issues causing the problem. The shop could’ve charged us to address these multiple concerns. Instead, they advocated taking one step at a time to see if we could avoid more expensive repairs. And they were right, the step one intervention solved the problem for a fraction of what this shop could have charged us. And did I mention the delight that it is to encounter Carlos the mechanic? He clearly loves his work and does everything he can to make the customer comfortable and pay the least possible. I HIGHLY recommend Alignments Plus, for much more than an alignment!

I needed an alignment due to a low wall collision. The guys at Alignments Plus set an appointment fast, checked out my car, saw it needed some replacement parts. They gave me a quote that was reasonable, and had me back on the road the next day. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The shop was very clean, and comfortable. Just took my truck to Alignment Plus because I thought the wheel bearings were going bad. The guys there took it for a test drive and checked the wheel bearings only to realize the issue was due to uneven wear on the tread. Ultimately, the fix was a tire rotation and balancing, rather than pursuing the wheel bearing replacement like other shops may do to earn a quick buck. Very honest shop. Carlos cashed me out at the register, and we got to talking all things camping / fishing in the area. He seems like a great hang! Would recommend the shop 10/10.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I was clearly told the repair would cost $480, but when I came to pick up my car, they suddenly charged me $550 without any explanation. On top of that, the staff were rude and unprofessional during the entire interaction. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quickest repair ever - took 30 minutes to complete with parts in stock and two service technicians to repair stripped lug nuts. Staff was a bit hard to find initially (busy), and I had to ask for my car’s lug nut key back (staff forgot to give it back), but it happens. No complaints. Owner was friendly.
