I had a local shop in Salisbury reccomend Burris garage for my wiring and electrical issue on my 17 Ford F150. Took it over to him and needless to say he was more than helpful in running diagnostics, and checking out the wiring under the steering column for issues. Friendly and on the spot check, is not something you come across all the time. I would reccomend indefinitely. Thanks again to Burris garage for handling the issue and the great experience!

My father was a long-time customer & a friend of Doug's late father who used to own the garage. The owner Doug and his assistant Noah where great helpers to my issue with my car. My girlfriend and I got stuck in Kannapolis for a whole 24hrs because my car broke down on the way back to Charlotte. He was an angel sent down to help me and her because man was I stressed out that whole time. He actually told me what was wrong with my car versus just doing a job and he explained everything to me so that way I could understand everything. I ended up getting a new battery, an alternator, a tensioner, and a serpentine belt put in the vehicle. But was crazy is I just got my alternator replaced in November and the mechanic that did it then messed up my radiator and Doug let me know what that person did. I’m really so blessed that Doug and Noah both helped me and my girlfriend that day. They really are a blessing in disguise. If you need anything done on your car and are in the Kannapolis area go to Burris Garage. Definitely will be back for any other problems that I may have with the car.

Wonderful, just a wonderful experience. As a widow - trust, honesty and dependability are key in any business relationship I develop. Only living in the area for 3 1/2 years, I had to rely on reviews and word-of-mouth. I stopped by last week with a concern and a question of cost to do some work on my car. I was given an honest and fair assessment. The owner clearly takes pride in how he conducts business within the very community he lives in. My bill actually came in lower than expected which was an unexpected blessing. I just left an actual car repair experience smiling as I knew I could trust Burris Garage in what was done.
