I called to schedule a brake repair and asked for a round estimate. The person on the phone said it'll be $140 plus tax. That price seemed low but I needed a reliable service shop, so I proceeded to schedule the repair. After their initial inspection, they said it would be $550, which was much higher. Yet, after checking around, that price was in line with other shops. I can say that they did a good job as my brakes work great in Charlotte traffic...lol.

Always something with this dealership my last service was 10/24/25 first they failed to call me to let me know my car was ready I waited 4 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment scheduled. The did an inspection and oil change on my vehicle and said everything checked out green the next day my car would not start the battery was dead. Unsure how this was missed. My car has been leaking oil on my driveway from this same service date. I called to see if they could tell me who worked on my car so I can make sure he doesn’t do the same for my next oil change. They would not tell me and said to bring it back. As someone who works full time with kids this is difficult to have to do and very inconvenient. They never apologize for the inconveniences they cause and this is not the first bad experience I have had. If you want to avoid multiple visits to a dealership I suggest going elsewhere.
