I have been using Raitz for many years. They are honest, responsive and provide excellent service. I have had several Lexus vehicles and taken them to Raitz as opposed to drving to the dealership. They always use Lexus parts and stay on top of maintenance of the vehicle. I give them the highest recommendation and thankful they are local (easily accesible to Concord/Kannapolis/Salsibury).

I've been a customer of Raitz for about 8 years and I would recommend them for both foreign and domestic vehicles. My first experience with them was when a dealership told me I needed $1,200 dollars of break work and another $250 for a fuel issue. Brought to Raitz and they told me the breaks were fine and the gas cap needed to be tightened! Had another shop tell me my engine in my Audi was blown after an overheat. Towed it 100 miles to Raitz Chad fixed it - the other shop put it back together wrong! We use them for our infinity, audi, BMW, Saab and delivery vans for our business. Great service and honest prices - highly recommend!

Dropped my car off waited in the lobby area and work was done very timely and what I liked most of all is that they kept me informed as to every move before doing it so there were no surprises. After the job driving home my car rode and felt like the day I drove it off the lot. I definitely recommend Raitz Automotive!

Have always done a good and fair job. Mechanics have been always been upfront and honest. Hourly rate is competitive with other repair shops. Needed a new engine in one of my vehicles and they took the time to search for a reliable used one instead of buying one. Highly recommend using them.

Raitz Automotive Service rates very high in my opinion. They went way beyond what was expected of them recently when I needed a piece "door" for the air conditioning system. They stopped making the part 10 years ago, but Bob from Raitz Automotive kept looking for someone who still carried the part and finally located it in Georgia. It was sent to Bob and it was installed in my car and I was on my way to the beach on time and in comfort. Raitz has taken care of my Cadillac for years and I am very grateful to them for their work.

If you need a car repair, and one done right, Raitz is the place to take it. They have gotten my family through at least three major repairs on different cars, and they were polite, taking the time to tell us what was needed, what the cost would be and it was never off by a penny. Bob at the front desk is efficient, doesn't waste your time and your car is always ready when they say it will be. Could not recommend Raitz more strongly to anyone who wants their car fixed right the first time, every time.

Honest mechanic shop. Not a joke. Customer service is excellent. I still think there are good people out there and I am proven right again. My first time here I walk in thinking my brakes are bad. I tell them to spend up to 1000 and you don't need my approval. I also wanted oil change and inspection. To my surprise, they called and the brakes were fine and the inspection passed. They could have easily replaced the brake pads. It is a 2004 CRV so something could at least marginally need replacing. Instead, they diagnosed, found nothing wrong, and let me know. Pure gold!

This shop offers the best customer service ever!! I first came here a couple months ago when my car stalled in the middle of the road and I needed a tow. I called countless shops and they were the only one that would be able to run a diagnostic on my car that next day. I got it towed there and they were so kind and professional! Randy is truly the best. He made me feel so comfortable, offered me something to drink and explained their process thoroughly. They reached out the next day and let me know what the issues were and gave me an estimate before purchasing parts and beginning repairs. I really appreciated them confirming the charges with me as I was on a budget. I got my car back two days later and the technician was actually there to explain everything in detail. Randy and the nice lady at the desk even gave me a list of restaurants to try as I am new in the area. I will continue to frequent this shop as they are honestly the best! 10/10 highly recommended!

I was traveling and unfamiliar with the area. Needed service and this shop was recommended by locals for my Audi. They fit me in within a day and were great at communication and explaining what they were doing/ checking and repairing and followed through. Excellent customer service for someone who is from outside the area, and not a potential repeat customer because of distance, but their service was top notch and friendly. Suzanne in the office was the best! Can't say enough good things about them--and was extremely thankful to find them. Fair pricing, did only the work that was necessary. If you need service--I highly recommend this shop for their response and professionalism. I wish we were local so this could be our "go to" shop!
