They did a shady work with changing my timing belt, didn't honor their own warranty which caused me to do the repair in Honda dealership for $2000. In the Honda dealership they identified and wrote that the reason for the repair is improper installation of the timing belt. I will never go back to Bushey's and won't recommend it to others!

Im a huge fan & believer of a good reputation and this place has always had one in my eyes. A reputable business deserves a loyal customer, vice versa. This shop has been a "go-to" for my family for YEARS. Years ago the business was called Colonial Towing & Service. We had great rapport with the owner and employees. I was kinda skeptical when I found out they were going under a new name and management but the customer service bar is still high. My cars for the past few years have all been under dealer warranty so I have not had a dire need to come here in recent years but I had to stop in today for a MSI (Maryland State Inspection). You see a ton of shops by the Waldorf MVA offering MSI and some even state they will perform it while you wait. I couldnt find any place (even the place that advertises they will do it while you wait) that could have me in and out in a few hours. I did not have somebody that could pick me up and drop me back off so waiting was a must. Bushey's quoted me 2 hours and it took 3 (which wasnt bad, 1 hour was everyone's lunch break.. plus I was a walk-in on a Friday). They apologized for the "delay", I was just glad that they were able to accomodate my needs and time frame. I would definitely recommend them due to their customer service and pricing. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

This is the worst place to take your vehicle for repairs, I do not recommend it at all. I took my vehicle for an electrical repair, they fixed it and they charged me for the work but 2 days later the same electrical issues in my vehicle started happening again so I took my vehicle back to be fixed thinking it was still under warranty but I was wrong they charged me the same amount as the first time and they didn't even fixed it correctly. I told them this should have been under warranty but they denied it and I had to pay for the same repairs I paid the first time. this is the worst place I have ever taken my vehicle for repairs, don't take your vehicle there for repairs. Also their prices are very expensive for the bad services they provide.

I was traveling out of state on business and my car broke down. I looked up this shop and had my car towed there. Even though they were busy they took a minute out of their day to make sure that my car could be fixed and to try to sum up what the problem was. They told me they would have to order some parts in in order to fix my car and I explained to them that I had been traveling out of town and was in a very bad situation. The owner himself went out of his way to find me the correct Parts fix my car within an hour and I am happy to say I am now on my way and back at my place of business. These people know what they're doing they will not overcharge you they are experts and they go above and beyond to help the customer. Highly recommend

Where are all the positive reviews come from I don't know but this place is by far one of the worst in waldorf to add to the list of others, literary dropped the car off for repairs which should have taken 2 days max, they claim mechanic is sick, part is wrong have to order another, gonna be 1700 more on top of original quoted price, they've had the car now for days 5 to be exact with no end in sight for simple repairs other places would have done by now and yet they still can't get it right. I would not recommend anyone to take their car here due to all their so called problems fixing it. Unless you lime being without a car for over a week. This place shouldn't even be open anymore cause they sure don't know how to run a business.

We have used Bushey's automotive on multiple occasions now, and we LOVE them. It's so hard to find mechanics you can trust, so I'm always hesitant and hesitant to review too early; however, they always exceed our expectations. They are honest, up front, no frills, and they are actually personable. We aren't super car savvy, but they don't take advantage of that. They explain what is needed and give recommendations even if that means outsourcing the work to The Gear Box. Best in the area as far as we are concerned (after trying other top rated places). They follow up with their work, too! They even sent personalized Christmas cards, which were incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend them!

I recently had a frustrating experience at this auto shop. I left my car with them for almost two weeks, only to find it sitting untouched each time I visited. Initially, I was quoted $100 for a diagnostic test, but when they finally got back to me, they had no clear direction on repairs and suggested following a costly manufacturer's flow chart that could run into thousands. When I declined their proposal, they claimed to have spent over five hours on my vehicle, but couldn't provide any documentation or details about what they actually did during that time. To my surprise, they then tried to charge me $500 for services I felt were nonexistent. Overall, this has been a terrible experience with no transparency or accountability. I believe I deserve a refund for the lack of service and would not recommend this shop to anyone.
