I recently had my Camaro’s brake calipers painted by Gary, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had previously gone to someone else who did a terrible job, and I was really disappointed with how they turned out. Thankfully, Gary was able to correct the mess and completely turn things around—he did an outstanding job. His attention to detail was incredible—he hand-painted each caliper himself and made sure everything was done to last, not just look good. Gary kept me updated throughout the entire process, even sending pictures along the way, which I really appreciated. He had my car back to me quickly, and the whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Wanted to ensure that my 2016 Bentley received the best in ceramic coating. Did my research and found Gary. It was 10:30 at night when I submitted an estimate request via email and Gary immediately replied. We spoke that evening and scheduled the appointment. Gary explained the entire process, displayed the various equipment and gave a time for completion. I dropped the car off and Gary even gave me a ride back home. Outstanding customer service with high-quality products is what you receive when you choose to protect your vehicle with Gary Best, also known as "Dr. G," at Pro Ceramic – Best Auto Salon. Gary has been protecting my motor vehicle investments since September 2022, with the most recent service completed in mid-September. For this latest service, Gary applied clear PPF to the front end, mirror backs, and door cups. Because my vehicle is black, I chose red for my calipers. He then finished the job with a ceramic coating for the windows, body, wheels, and interior. I drove the car directly from the dealership to his shop on a Monday afternoon and picked it up on Saturday morning—a flawless experience. I should also mention that Gary is respected and well-connected within his industry, both locally and across the nation. His network of partnerships enabled me to have a Ceramic IR window tint applied while my vehicle was already in the shop. Of course, the window tint was flawless and met Gary's high standards. He would never expose a client to anything less than what he uses or pays for himself. This level of quality, work ethic, and meticulousness is rare, but it is the standard at Pro Ceramic – Best Auto Salon. I can’t say enough good things about Gary Best at Best Auto Salon. He absolutely saved my BMW X7 after another detailer left it covered in swirls and haze. My black Lexus which I was proud of got lots of water spot and rag scratches on it. So I needed to find someone to get them out of the paint. So I asked my phone ( HEY Google tell me someone in Waldorf that gets water spots and scratches out of car paint ) It took me to PRO CERAMIC Website I called. Then I went to see GARY, he was very knowledgeable about my situation. My attention was on a truck he was working on it looked so Amazingly good. The only thing I knew was that I wanted my car to look like that pickup. When I took my car to GARY I had a up beat attitude about having my car worked on. I’ve known Gary Best for the last 20+ years and I have to say that the quality of work was great back then and even better now. His technique and skill is like a fine wine…only gets better with time. Thank you for doing an amazing job on my truck. I can’t express how great it looks. He’s 100% correct when he says that the pictures do no justice. Also this truck looks better than any new vehicle. The shine will blind you. Gary will always have my respect for the quality of work he does and his work ethic. When Gary tells you something about your vehicle, take it as gospel. He will not steer you wrong. Can’t say enough about how great of a job he did. The only reason it isn’t home with me today is because was pouring when i went to get it, so tomorrow she comes home. I bought my car in April of 2023 brand new. It was a monumental moment for me being able to buy a brand new car on my own. Hadn't done that since I bought my only other brand new car, a Pontiac Bonneville in 1988. I named my 2023 Peaches because I bought her in Savannah and everyone knows Georgia is The Peach State 😁 Living in an apt I really didn't have the abilities to hand wash my car and face it, laziness and convenience was added factor so I did what so many of us do, I ran my car thru car wash daily. In fact I had a monthly pass both there and when I moved back here to Maryland because I like my car clean and working at a bus lot in both states the dust is something you can't escape. Then I started noticing things about my car that I was unhappy about. The water spots that would not wipe out, the swirl scratches in the paint was incredible. So I did alittle research and reached out to Gary Best at Pro Ceramic - Best Auto Salon. We've spent hours going over what my visions/hopes are for my car. Anyone that knows me knows my favorite colors are purple and black. My favorite place to be is the beach. Soooooo I'm making my car to reflect ME while fixing the damage done by using even the best car washes. Gary got the water stains out of the paint and chrome, he corrected paint damages/flaws, he painted my brake calipers "plum cray cray purple" 😜 and he completely ceramic coated my car, plastic, windows and wheels!!! Words cannot describe how excited and happy I am about how awesome my car looks and feels. The paint looks brand new, slick as glass and mirror finish!! And those calipers are beautiful in purple!!! The compete ceramic coat has a 5 year warranty with Gary too!! Thank you Gary for having the immense patience with me and my crazy ideas!! Purple calipers is just the beginning my friends 😜 Phase two...... working on scheduling that now but phase two..... it's gonna be EPIC and make my car one of a kind and ALL ABOUT ME!! I treat my car very well and was blown away the damage a car wash does. I have ordered the water filter system to put on my hose to filter all the bad out of the water here so the spots won't come back. Peaches has seen her last car wash!! I'm going back old school washing it by hand and Gary showed me the best way to do that using the two bucket method. The ceramic coating will not only protect it but will make the car so much easier to wash. It really does make complete sense!! I can highly recommend him and the services he offers. His attention to detail is incredible. He has expanded knowledge of paint and all the facets of it because he painted cars for years!! It's a cost that is worth every dollar. Think about how much freaking money we pay for our cars yet we don't protect them like we should to keep them in good shape and long lasting. I will say this, when I'm all done, my car will be 💯 a reflection of me!! I have known of Gary Best and his talent for some years, but never really owned anything i felt was worthy of his skills. Fast forward to now, I was lucky enough to find a low mileage well kept Scat Pack that i thought looked pretty great. I made an appointment with Gary and we talked about just how ceramic coating worked and what i could expect. Well, I got much more than i expected. I dropped off a car that already had a nice shine. Gary Best is incredible and the work he does is worth every penny you invest. His passion and dedication to what he does is evident the minute you speak with him. I recently had the calipers painted lime green on my Acura Integra and the turnaround time was only 24 hours.
