THESE GUYS TAKE CARE OF THEIR PEOPLE! Without hesitation, this was one of the best experiences in customer service I have ever had. From the moment I made an initial phone call to the moment I received my vehicle back, Jasson and his team went out of their way to make me feel valued. No question of mine was too petty or insignificant. I was given guidance through each step of the insurance claim process. A transparent estimate was given. They handled all the paperwork and dealt with insurance agent, making sure that I was kept in the loop the entire time. All told, they were able to acquire the necessary parts and paint and install them in about 2 weeks. The work was excellent. It looked like nothing had ever happened to the passenger side door. They definitely left their campsite cleaner than how they found it. Interior and exterior detail were thorough, including tire rims. On their website, they say that if there is any issue with a repair job, bring it back and they will make it right. THEY MEAN WHAT THEY SAY. After I brought my vehicle home, I discovered an issue with the window. I called them and they told me to bring it in right then and there. They were ready for me upon my arrival. They fixed the window immediately and addressed another smaller issue with the seal. They even drove me home and later delivered my vehicle to me that day so I wouldn't have to wait around or call a taxi. Brought it back to me gassed up and ready to go. Phenomenal. They took care of me and my vehicle. Excellent work. Easy process. Clear and consistent communication. They care about keeping their customers. I'll be bringing all my body work needs to Caballero Collision.

I was in a terrible car accident that everyone questioned if my car was totaled or repairable. I was referred to Caballero Collision by a highly trusted individual who said they are one of the best and will take an extensive look at my car and they did exactly that! I had only liability unfortunately but thanks to my moms GREAT help in the overall financial process along with Jasson Garcia and his team of professionals I found out my car was in fact NOT totaled but just took a major hit but in the end they were able to make my baby new, restored, and whole again! Jasson and his team of mechanics totally out did themselves in repairing my daughter’s vehicle.
