After being rejected by Clinton Mr. Tire, I drove all the way to the Waldorf location. The gentleman behind the counter was very eager to help. He offered great advise that saved me money. His customer service was go old school service, impeccable. Even gave my pup water. And plenty of good conversation. I wish I could remember his name. Kiddos to the Waldorf location. I live in Virginia, but he gets all my business in the future.

Purchased a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. The manager's initial comment was he didn't like servicing these coupons. But I preceded to get the oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car my tires had not been rotated. I left my wheel lock pouch on my seat with the tool inside a lock. I also had a scratch on the driver side rim and that same tire was in the same place. I let the manager know that my tires had not been rotated. He decided it was better to argue with me that his employees are not liars. I can't attest to his employees characters, but I did know my tires hadn't been rotated. In the end I had to bring my car back for them to rotate the tires, but it shouldn't have resulted in a back and forth exchange. Not a great experience in customer service.

I love this location for Mr. Tire. I always get good consistent service. It is the same gentleman at the font counter everytime I go in there. I don't know his name but I don't forget faces. He is honest, gives you what you need and isn't trying to sell stuff not needed. You even get some extra conversation every now and again if you like that. The pricing for tires is fair. I never feel like I overpaid and if I donlt quite know what I want, I trust their recommendations. I haven't been steered wrong yet. If you need tires or any other car service, government Mr. Tire a try. If they cannot help you, they will tell you instead of doing something, charging you and then your issue is still unresolved. We definitely need more service like this in the vehicle industry.

Outstanding Service at Mr. Tire, Crain Highway! I had a fantastic experience at Mr. Tire on Crain Highway! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Joe, the manager, was friendly, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly. John, the technician, worked on my car and did an excellent job with both the oil change and tire rotation. They were efficient, honest, and treated me with respect, which is not always easy to find in an auto shop these days. I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. The Mr. Tire Waldorf location (2225 Robert S Crain Hwy) has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The front desk guy (older white man with a gray mohawk) was rude, nasty, and completely unprofessional. While I was standing right at the desk, he ignored me to help someone else, then started yelling and arguing at me when I spoke up. He also told both me and my boyfriend to “go to another location” instead of doing his job and answering questions. The whole time he kept complaining about being busy and being the only one there instead of helping customers. He cuts people off, raises his voice, and treats you like you’re a problem for even being there. This man should not be dealing with the public — absolutely unacceptable experience.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would!! I spent approximately $1900 at this Mr. Tire, and what I experienced was dangerous negligence!! After purchasing new tires, I discovered that the shop failed to properly tighten and torque the lug nuts—not once, but twice. My family and I were in the truck when I noticed the wheel wobbling, which immediately raised alarm and confirmed something was seriously wrong. The wheels had been left loose, creating a severe safety hazard that could have resulted in a catastrophic accident. Even after this issue was brought to their attention, the same mistake was repeated. This is a basic, non-negotiable safety requirement, and failing to perform it correctly puts customers’ lives at risk. I have zero trust in this shop and would never return. I am posting this review to warn others—please take your business elsewhere and choose a shop that takes vehicle safety seriously.

Took my Toyota in on a Saturday morning for a wheel alignment (yes, I had a Groupon and could tell they've had issues with them in the past). This business seems 'old school' meaning they're more concerned about getting the job done right and that's fine with me! Joe and the mechanic got me back on the road sooner than expected. I'm going back next month for an oil change.

The customer service at the 301 Waldorf location is extremely poor at best. I was in a pinch and needed air. I pulled into the parking lot and the service manager was outside. It was approximately 6pm and they did not close until 7. He ran inside as I approached. I told him my issue. All I needed was some air. He advised that the techs were gone and turned the air off for the day. This was 1 hour before close of business. That is unexceptionable. The service manager stated “you can go across the street”. All I needed was some air. This is the second time this location did this to me. The last time was about 30 minutes before closing I choose Mr. Tire because I was familiar with the company. Over the years Mr. Tire has gotten a lot of my money not this location but the company. I will not be doing any kind of business with Mr Tire future.
