Customer service needs improvements. Processes aren't taught or planned out throughly. Replacement part arrived, but did not notify customer. Work could not be co.pleted as scheduled, customer was not notified.

You have to wait for long periods, they make appointments for 7am but mechanics don't start until 8am. They only provide you a ride home instead of waiting if you live 5 miles away no further.

Terrible customer service. They never return your phone calls. They never give you an update or status of your car. I had to show up to find out anything. They keep pushing back when your car will be done.

They had my husband's Nissan for 2 weeks and said they fixed the problem. But, we soon realized that it was not. So, I never left service with it. We had to leave it another week. There is no accountability and a lot of excuses.

This is the most unprofessional, tacky and down right worst Nissan Dealer I have ever been to. Too many bad things to say so I won’t mention them all, but I highly recommend you take your vehicle somewhere else..!!!!

As usual, worst service possible. Charged for free oil change last week and spent 4 hours 14 minutes today trying to get them fix the headlight they didn't fix last week. $80.00. Tried to say they changed high beam last week and now its the low beam. Showed them paperwork, that shows they "changed" low beam... uh uh uh...... I will never, ever go there again....Free oil changed for life ???? If you have 7 hours to waste waiting.

UPDATED with pricing and more detail! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! Don’t do it!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I bought a 2019 Nissan Armada from another dealership on May 28th. Prior to me buying the vehicle, it was inspected in Maryland and some items rectified. Fast forward, I took my vehicle to Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf for my first oil change and I was told it needed thousands of dollars worth of work and 11 of those items needed “immediate” attention. The items needing immediate attention would cost $2,365.46. I almost just paid the money, but upon viewing some of the items I realized that one was the same item I had records for being addressed before I bought the car. Prior to contacting the dealer I bought the car from, I thought, let me get another opinion. Two opinions later, I find out NONE of those items actually need to be addressed immediately and my break pads and rotors need to be addressed in the near future. Also, I was told by Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf the fluids needed to be replaced because they were discolored. My mechanic said the fluids actually looked GREAT and were not discolored at all! The mechanic at the third company that inspected my vehicles exact words were, “they tried to rip you off”. He stated that he checked over the vehicle THOROUGHLY. By the way, it was the owner himself of the third company that checked every item. He even showed me what he was looking at. Shame on you Sheehy! Shame on you for trying to take advantage of and steal money from consumers.

07/19/23 - Waited over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The week before they had me reschedule due to over booking. None of my concerns were addressed. I told them my car slides badly in the rain and U-turns feel weird. They told me to stop speeding and that's why I'm having problems. I drive the same way I did in my 2014 Nissan Versa Note and NEVER had a problem with driving in the rain! Bet. Already documented that I brought up this concern to you all. Upon completion I was almost handed the wrong set of keys and had to search the lot for my car when the right keys were handed to me. The much older guy handling my car was confused and rude. Only reason this isn't 1 star is because the woman I had before this was amazing and dealt with all of my concerns

-100. This dealer sold me a brand new car in 2022 with a LIEN from Nissan Finance. After more than TWO YEARS, I still DO NOT HAVE a car title. DO NOT BUY ANY CAR from this dealer.

Reasons I will not use Waldorf NissanService Department. Its odd how when they think they have done a good job you get 20 calls for surveys, not this time. Any time it is more than an oil change my car is there for 2 plus days. They don't bother to call with updates. Last time they said my service writer wasnt there and no one could help me. Had to ask for a manager. He advised part was ordered the day before and should be in in the afternoon, and my truck would be first in line next day. When I called to confirm the next morning I was told we just ordered part yesterday its not in yet. Again this is not my first bad experience with the service department. I will take my car to a service department that respects my time and appreciates my business. They obviously don't

this service department is the worst. I had two separate appointment which turned into three appointments. The first appointment for repairs was for a belt replacement which then turned into an A/C replacement - for this they keep my car for 5 days. The second appointment was to replace a sway bar, but around 3pm is when I find out they have to order the part. After learning this, I pick my car up and made another schedule appointment for next week. I usually drop my car off the night before and always pick an 8am time slot. Why is it when I called for a update, I was informed that my car wasn't looked at or worked on and on top of that they didn't know what repairs where needed. I informed the advisor to review the previous repair ticket and that parts for my car were order and are in. Once all this was explained, I was advised they needed to keep my car an extra day and it promise to work on it. Well the next day came and went and my car wasn't worked on at all. I spoke with the manager and wanted to know WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!! I've had so many bad experiences with this location; a few yrs ago, I go in to get two new tires, and notice my car was driving funny so I went to TIREPLUS and the tech there revealed my tires weren't new, this is when I learn the Nissan Tech put MY old tires back on my car. I go back to NISSAN and the supervisor at that time took care of me. Another time, I picked up my car and grease was every where (photos below) TERRIBLE when you have beige interior.

Bad experience with this place. Came in for maintenance which includes a tire rotation but surprisingly the tire rotation was not done, yet they claimed they did it. This is the second of such occurrence, I would not recommend. Lazy, dishonest and incompetent service techs.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Bad experience. Took vehicle for oil change - service was never done. Our vehicle was misplaced on their lot so we had to hunt it down. Two wasted hours. Complete lack of communication. Will never take our vehicle here again.
