Why in the heck do your diesel pumps pump at 1 gallon per 3 minutes, please fix this, it should not take me 30 mins to get 20gals of diesel. I've mentioned it a few times to the attendant and it doesn't seem to be getting to the proper folks.

I utilized pump 4 on 11/20/25 and the pump kept cancelling my transaction sale, prompting me to go inside of the Shell station to pay. After leaving, I received a text and e-mail from my A. Express card stating that I was being charged $200 and it had been declined. (I was only getting $45 worth of gas) I called the Shell station to tell Ms. Anita that I think that the pump may have a skimmer on it and she just brushed me off. (stating that it's a temporary hold) That's NOT true because my credit card company has never immediately texted me about a charge in 14 years. I informed her again that it's a possible skimmer on that pump and she acted like she wasn't interested in me informing her of this information, so I just said ok....have a great day and bye. I only use Shell gas in my vehicles, but I won't be going back to this Shell station ever again.

Says it opens a 5am on Google and I have to drive all the way to Baltimore figured I'd hit gas station close to home because it opens so early and it's my time to go to work but it's not so this is why you don't do local ma and pa stations and everyone goes to big corporate because of convience do better if ya want local business
