What can I say?? This Southern Tire is absolutely the best!! I needed an odd size tire (205/55r17) and all of the team found me a tire and had me out the door for a great price and I was in and out 30 minutes. I went to Good Year in Waldorf for the same tire and they could not even order it for me because it was “out of stock”. If you need anything g from this store, do it and you won’t be disappointed.

Great Experience! They were able to get off my wheel locks after I lost the key, replace they tires and still put the new wheel locks on, on A different day (I came back to do so). Also got a great deal on the tires that work pretty good this far! Will have to come back on in a few months to re-analyze.

I have been to Southern Tire and Auto twice at this location. Each time Mark has been amazing! The first time I visited this location it was because I couldn’t find a tire I was looking for and had searched high and low. By the time I arrived here I really had given up. Mark was able to get it the same day! He is always kind, professional and helpful. I recommend if you need a tire to come here.

I have a question Waldorf residents...where in this world can you walk into any type of Car/Tire service center at 10:30 in the morning and be back on the road in less than 45 minutes? I'll tell ya...the only place I know is Southern Tire on Smallwood Drive!!! I walked in thinking...I'm going be here all day waiting to get my tire changed....noooooo....I was out in 36 minutes!! Mark and the team at Southern Tire run a GREAT...SMOOTH operation!! They are personable and provide GREAT customer service! This is my second time buying a new set of 4 tires from Southern at the Waldorf St Patrick location. I returned this time for 4 new tires with my beloved late Mom's car that means more to me than my newer cars. My experience the second time was just a great as the first. I had a small concerned and really learned something today about wheel balancing clips...in regards to something I question. The Assistant Manager Mark Parker was gracious and provided me with outstanding customer service. The technicians at this location are experienced and work efficiently. Additionally, the front desk team provides outstanding customer service. If you need tires or some of the other services provided by Southern Tire at this location you will be in good hands.

After waiting at the competitor next door with clearly no customers inside and 3 people working, I drove next door to Southern. I walked in Tony greeted me with a smile. I asked for a tire 🛞 rotation he came back and told me I needed three tires changed. I went to check with him and thanked him for looking out for my safety. It was clean 🧼 inside, floors clean and didn’t feel or smell greasy dirty. I’m not lying 🤥 go check it out for yourself and then walk over next door to WIYGUL — totally different atmosphere.

One of the best experiences I've had with a tire place. Mark helped me out and genuinely seemed to want to help. I initially wanted some Michelins but he suggested Continentals which turned out to be cheaper. Very clean store and easy to get to. I called to get the tires and he was able to set an appointment the next day. I dropped off my car in the morning and it was done by the end of the day. I'll be coming here for any other tire needs.

Good for basic work. Doesn't do tires with nitrogen, but doesn't mention that until you've already ordered the tire and getting it installed. Nobody ever called to tell us our tire was in...not great communication. Guy at the front desk was very condescending, speaking to me like I was a "dumb girl" even though I clearly stated I understood on more than one occasion. Saving grace was the techs that installed the new tire. They were super nice and did a great job!

This store is great. I love local owned and operated places. Tony, the manager, is super helpful and honest. They have the best prices on tires and service. The shop manager and state inspector Mike is great.I took my car to 2 other shops and never got my issue fixed.Mike fixed it right the 1st time. He is the only person who works on our cars now.All my friends and family use them also. The store is super clean and nice inside and out. I would give them 10 out of 10 stars.

Southern Tire has been the go to place for oil changes for my boyfriend and I for years. The waiting area is better than a lot of other shops nearby. 3 days after the most recent oil change, the splash guard partially fell off and dragged. It had to be replaced entirely. The car was towed to Honda and we waited 2 weeks for it to be repaired. We didn’t trust Southern Tire to fix it due to their negligence in putting the guard back on. We also reached out to Southern Tire to register a complaint and were told to email a receipt of payment from when Honda fixed the car. That was over a month ago and we still haven’t heard back since.

I highly recommend this shop. After dealing with at least 6-7 shops in the area, Tony, Mark, and the guys at Southern Tire St. Patrick's are among the best. The place is clean, everyone is friendly and professional, they do what they promise, communication is second to none, and I've always been in and out in a relatively short period of time. And while I didn't purchase tires there, I've been in the business most of my life and they offer many different brands and have the people, knowledge and equipment to do the job right.

I have been returning to Southern Tire for over five years. When it comes to working on vehicles, it can get pricey. It is hard to find a good mechanic that won’t overcharge. Employees that work at the 131 St. Patrick’s Drive, Waldorf, MD location, are friendly and very professional. Southern Tire is great company but it’s the people that are employed there that make it GREAT. Good job!!!

Super nice and helpful. I came in randomly to get my tire patched, I knew I had 2 nails and they told me the price up front. When they went to do the work there ended up being more nails than I thought. They told me straight forward what the cost would be. I agreed and they had my new tire on and I was back on the road within an hour. The gentleman at the front desk were very nice and the mechanic did a good job.

I’ve been coming here for years and the service is usually great. Except this last time, after an oil change my splash guard wasn’t properly reinstalled, several screws were missing. It fell down while driving causing about $400 worth of repair. I’d like to continue coming back but I can’t after this incident.

Top-Tier Service and Honesty I’ve had the best experience with Southern Tire and Auto Centers. Their customer service is hands down the best I’ve encountered at any auto shop. Most places aren’t this friendly. As someone who works on their own car and knows a lot about vehicles, I can confidently say these guys know what they’re doing. I came in for a wheel alignment, and instead of just taking my money, they took the time to inspect everything and explained what needed to be fixed first. That way, I wouldn’t end up paying for an alignment now and again later saving me money in the long run. It’s rare to find a shop this honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
