I have been going there for years this time I was there for my check engine lite. They called me back at a reasonable time and was very accurate about the situation they advised that my problems were under dealers warranty so they advised me to go to the dealer to get the vehicle fixed. Very trustworthy staff there. I would always recommend their expertise.

Got a state inspection done is less than an hour. I love that its walk-in only. The lobby/waiting area is so clean. Staff was super nice and the inspection only cost $75. Everywhere else was $125.

I was referred to Wiygul by family, I didn’t have an appointment, from waiting in the lobby, it was clean and professional looking. The representative that I met were great! I went for diagnostic, it was very detailed with pictures and narrative that described the issues at hand. I would go there again!

Failed to replicate an issue despite me driving with the rep in the vehicle showing the issue. Reported that they had fixed it, only for it to be present on the way home. Disappointing. Service was fine, but know that if they can’t figure out the issue, they won’t be upfront about that, and they would rather just charge the diag fee and say they fixed it with something unrelated. I’d recommend them for routine service, I would not recommend them for actual diagnosis services.

This is my second time taking my car here for service. Delonte is the best! He was able to squeeze me in for an oil change and the mechanics finished far before the time I was given. The customer service is fantastic and they also can uber you back home if you don’t feel like waiting. I just went across the street to the mall while waiting for my service. The prices are also unmatched! I’ve recommended them to many family members and friends.

The customer service was great. I had to travel a long distance to get excellent service. I had another chain service my car that did a terrible job . I had to go back LITERALLY 10 times. I made an appointment with Wiygul to get car fixed. My car was damaged my this Major chain along with other parts in my car that were damaged that I now have to fix. I was extremely angry at the damage done by the other company. Wiygul customer service was excellent they gently delivered the blow of all of the damage and the cost which was definitely a reasonable price. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought my husband's Chevy Silverado in for an oil change and diagnostic service for another issue that was going on. Dave gave us the diagnostic print out as well as a text that included a video of the items needing replacement and he was able to answer and explain everything in great detail. The kind young lady that checked me in is very knowledgeable as well and very professional. I am glad that we used Wiygul Automotive Clinic of Waldorf for this service and I recommend them to anyone else looking to service their automobile. I brought my car in because the brake indicators came on, so I assumed it was due to the brake repair work that I had done in November however, it wasn’t. It was the battery. This has been an wecloming experience commecing with a positive environment, excellent introduction to the company and its service capabilities. The physical workmanship was on point with the service attendant's expected actions with outstanding results to include recommendations for future work. First Appointment I received a the basic visual inspection, full synthetic oil change 5 qts, $25 off any service over $100, 4 tire installation which included 3 year of road hazard protection and free lifetime tire rotations, $40 off set of 4 Good Year tires, $25 off wheel alignment, along with an overall great price. This was just first appointment. Second Appoinment Replacement of lug nuts for 4 tires, oil leak visual inspection which included image engine aera. I will be returning for a third service appointment, to compete my auto revelation.

I stopped by to get my car checked. I’ve heard good reviews about the Wiygul automotive clinic and they told I did not have an appointment but they would work me in and it was after 12 PM or 1 PM and they worked me in. they called me in about two hours and told me what the problem was corrected the problem! The customer service was EXCELLENT and I will always give them a high rating. They also, provided service for a ride home! if you’re in the Waldorf, LaPlata, White Plains or even Brandywine areas and need car repair's go to WIYGUL Automotive Clinic. Very professional and also, provided a ride home! Thank you so much I will be returning when care is needed.

Very friendly associates, took my car back at appointment time and was done at time they said. Take pictures of the things they check out for you and go over everything, which I appreciated, didn't have anything that needed attention at this time which I was happy about, usually when I have gone somewhere for oil change they always find something that needs to be fixed or replaced. Seems to be honest and reliable business. Highly recommend.

Jason the customer service rep I dealt with was great and courteous. He was able to get my car back to me within the same day it was sent so that I wouldn’t have to miss another day of work. The pricing however was a bit much. $149 for a diagnostic fee that does not go towards the cost of repairs. Another $1,146 for a starter for parts and labor, $416 for parts and labor for a battery. By the time it was all complete I spent 1,888.00 for a starter, battery and a diagnostic test. This is way too much!!!!

I had a GREAT experience with the 8am team! At first, I was told they didn't have my spec parts due to a newer year car and to go to a Mercedes Dealership in MD. As i'm leaving, Manager came out to my car and let me know he could do my inspection! He went to talk to the inspection representative and searched the database and found out they could indeed do my inspection! Which saved me from another hour drive! Inspection took about an hour & I left! Overall, Great customer service & affordable inspection!
