Copart has the worse costumer service... every time I call always answers someone with a bad actitud, advise for these bad mood people, search another job and stop giving your frustration to costumers, we call because we need help, no because we want to deal with your problems, so bad experience calling to this yard ... is so frustrating and after 5 days calling they haven't solve my problem yet... such a disgusting experience...

Very poor service, I’m on my third day trying to get a truck picked up cause they have to get a wrecker in to move another small pickup in front of mine when all they’d have to do is pick it up with there forklifts but refuse to do so….. and then there’s no guarantee that they’ll even touch mine because they say they don’t move pickups even though I have bought trucks from other locations and they’ve loaded them NP!!

Horrible. If I could give the rating a zero, I would. This company was contacted by a charity because I was donating my car to charity. Copart called to say the car would be picked up the next day (Wednesday) but it wasn't. Two days later I called to find out the problem. It was the driver. He claimed not to have known he could take the car without me there. The hole in his claim? The email said to leave the keys in the car and I didn't need to be there for pickup. Also, no one knew he'd come by but not taken the car because he didn't leave me a note or call, and the company didn't know I still had the car or that he'd come by until I called. When I called (this had to be done twice several hours apart), he said he'd come by Friday, but he didn't. I canceled the donation Friday night (11pm) after I got home and still saw my car because of the unprofessionalism of the driver as a rep of the company and the investigation on the charity I chose. Monday morning I received a call from the company. At some point between Sunday night after 7p.m. and Monday morning before 8a.m., the driver came and took my car to the yard. He brought it back Monday afternoon. The company's gift to me? I now, courtesy of him, have a driver's door with no door handle because they broke it. And it gets better. When I called about the broken door handle, he claimed not to have broken it and his manager claims it was like that when he saw it. So of course, it's my fault. If you use this company, take pictures of the vehicle with time stamps, wait for the driver, get his/her name, take pictures of the vehicle with the driver in it with time stamps. Then in the event he shows up then later claims it wasn't his fault, you have proof.

Only 1 star since 0 is not allowed, scheduled pick up for vehicle that needed to be removed asap before fines from the city started coming they called day before set up for 6 that night never showed up or called then set up for next day and still never called or showed up thankfully another crew was able to come out NOT recommended if you have a deadline to meet. Customer service is key in most businesses and they obviously lack that.

I would never again donate to a charity that uses Copart. I was scheduled for a donation car pickup on Thursday, November 30, 2017. They never called me to say they would not be able to make it that day. I had to call in and ask why they didn't make the pickup. The young lady ,in dispatch, who answered the phone put me on hold twice to get what I considered basic information from some other person. Finally, she said they would be out today between 1--5 PM. I called back in the AM this date to talk to Christopher P., the manager. I was told he had gone to dispatch to get information; he never came to the phone and I was given to Holly. She was very apologetic and said I would be prioritized for an earlier delivery. The car was picked up today while I was at work, as agreed upon. However, the tow truck driver did not leave a pickup receipt as promised! Contrary to their nice sounding ads on the phone while you wait, in my opinion they do not care about giving good customer service--they have no incentive to do so. I should have used Melwood as the donation charity as I did many years ago---never a problem.

Theft of items from my vehicle. Stay away from this company as my items that were in it were stolen. I have reached out several times to their GM however they do not answer. Over $900 worth of items that I can confirm was in my vehicle when they took possession of it. Be leary with this company. I have tried to resolve this with no such luck.

Disrespectful, incompetent company. I find it astounding that even a simple response to a question warrants a sarcastic, snide comment. Especially when you have been calling the wrong phone number and failed to locate my vehicle. If you can avoid dealing with CoPart, do so.

Great deals. Customer service could be better. The app didn't work for me to make an appointment. They still wanted me to go back outside to make an appointment even though I was the only one there. The appointment process when I did get it to work on the third time was cumbersome and asked for a lot of info. Kind of beyond frustrating. Their policy for payments on pickup is kind of silly. Only can pay $400 by cash a day....and you have to have it approved to pay by card which for some reason for us we couldn't get it to work. Had to go back off site and get a money order. Still waiting here for the car even though there isn't anyone in front of me and the staff is hanging out chatting in their rigs.

They mis-placed my license plates when they were repairing my car after it was stolen. When I was able to find out that they lost my plates, they told me that I need to call my adjuster because they were going to charge my insurance company to mail them if I didn’t want to drive two hours to get my plates. Absolutely abhorrent service and completely predatory.

A little slow in the front office, but that's not unusual for Copart. Loaders are excellent. Extremely helpful.

I have been a loyal buyer of many cars from Copart, but this recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Since the beginning of November, I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with a missing car title. Despite sending multiple emails, including to General Manager Bryce Mitchell, I have received no response. Copart has failed to comply with their arbitration policy and refuses to respond to my requests to take the car back after they lost the title. It’s clear that nobody is taking responsibility or doing anything to resolve this matter. As a result, I will be dropping the car off at my local Copart location and billing them for transport to Florida and back to the nearest lot. Additionally, I am now considering taking legal action to address their failure to resolve this issue. This lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is completely unacceptable, especially from a company I have done significant business with over the years.

Before I drove I was call the customer services and they didn't let me go to see the vehicles. They told me to come back tomorrow and I drove two hours to check the vehicle before the auction and they didn't let me go inside to see it just because they didn't want to. I called in the morning to make sure I could go in and now they are telling me I can't. Im a premier member.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and welcoming. The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond—he was not only helpful but also made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I stopped by to retrieve some personal belongings from my vehicle, and I was impressed by how organized and accommodating they were. It’s always refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect. Thank you, Copart.

They didn’t work with me on when they were coming told me they could only call an hour before when they give a 48 hr window and then were late when they did call. I would NEVER recommend them and will be in touch with GEICO about them.

Other day I cam one hour early from my appointment time and these loaders didn’t want to load me and kept loading others. I asked them why. They said that I was early. I had to wait 2 hours. Today I came at my appointment time. But today is different rules. Today each loader chooses who they load. Don’t matter what’s your appointment schedule. These latino guy has just showed up and that latino lady started to load him. And other guy showed up second ago and he is being loaded too. I don’t understand. Do we have to pay or something???? What’s going on here.
