Loved my experience at Irongate Auto repair! Good, professional staff, who give honest estimates. The technician, I think his name is Jon, even came out and changed my license plate light without me mentioning it to him. Definitely coming back.

This shop has had my car since March 4. Prior to dropping off, I asked the mechanic for a time frame on how long he will have my car and he said no more than a week or two to fix only my transmission. I call the mechanic for updates and he does not answer the phone. I have called him numerous times at different times of day during business hours. Never get a call back. I call any other number and they don't answer the phone either. I just simply want effective communication regarding my car and they're not even professional enough to give a decent update. I contacted the warranty department for my car and they also said they are waiting to hear back from him. This is very frustrating to deal with.
