I took my rim in on Monday Oct. 23, and it was ready on Wednesday Oct. 25. Rim was bent on the inside and the outside of rim had road rash. I had the bent part of the rim repaired In Waldorf at a local shop and was not pleased with the way the repair was done bad the cost was high. National did the repairs to both sides of the rim for a 1/3 less than I paid the other company that only hammered out the dent. Very pleased with the work and turnaround. Thanks, FYI, I will be bringing the other rim in for the same repair. The bent rims happened when my wife was forced off the road and the inside of the rims hit the pavement and bent both rims on the right hand side of the car. Had no other damage other than her pride and the fact that she had to tell me what happened.

Do not take your alloy wheels here go else where, lady at the front is rude as hell with a slick mouth. Took three days to get my wheel done after she said it’ll be ready the next day, and they didn’t even grind down the weld so I don’t even know if the tire is gonna be balanced. Had to get a new tire as well which was fine but they gave me back the old one instead of disposing of it for me👎👎

They handled my vehicle with precision & care. Towed it from my home 2.5 hours away from their garage & had it done & returned in less then 36 hours. I was referred to Nationwide by Waldorf Honda. My precious Pilot was losing air in the tire and no puncture was found. Spoke to the rep Danny, very nice, he explained I would either need to leave the rim or come back as it may need to be welded. Understandably he agreed to put my spare tire and work on the rim. I returned the next evening to have my repaired rim reinstalled. Very fair price and excellent service. This has been two weeks ago and I have not needed to stop to put air in my tire. What a relief! Thank you Nationwide.

I thank Kym for keeping me posted on the progress on the work being done. I appreciate Kym accommodating me with picking up my wheel and tire. I live in Virginia, so leaving my car wasn’t an option even overnight. After getting the first rim fixed because it was bent, and cracked. I came back days later after to fix another rim. The customer service was great, and though I didn’t know who fixed both rims. Both rims were crack and dent free, and still holding air. The price was worth fixing versus buying a 600 replacement. My car feels like I’m riding on rails.

Was going to give this place a try until the lady at the front desk was rude. I saw all the reviews about her before coming here , but I always like to give a place the benefit of the doubt, but they were not lying about her rudeness.the guys there are cool we agreed on a deal , came back on the day we agreed called to ask a question but the guy was not there she was I was respectful , all I did was ask a question and she got an attitude and even hanged up on me in the middle of the call when I was trying to explain something to her. It’s sad that you can have a business and have a rude person at the front desk that ruins it for everyone. Took my car elsewhere where and people were friendly and worked on it quick.

I stopped by on Saturday to see if they were able to squeeze me in because I had curb rash on my rim. The guy was behind the counter very nice and he was able squeeze me in and within a hour and a half I was walking back out the door and they did an excellent job on repairing my rim. What a true blessing. I walked into the California office first thing in the morning and Lisa made such an impression. Not only did she compliment me her customer service skills were out fantastic. I told her what the problem was she went and spoke with Dannie Beers. He came out, looked at my vehicle and worked his magic. Truthfully it appears like the damage was never there!
