I had been lead to believe my tires were bald n had a piece of metal in one, as I tried to trade it in, hence lowering the price. Since I was getting ready to travel for work in 2 days. I was in a hurry to replace the tires, for fear of a blow out or flat tire on the road. I prob should have asked before hand but I just dropped it off, when I returned to get the suv I had asked about what I had been told. He informed me that neither was true. That the tires were still in good shape and no metal. I appreciate his honesty.

Came for a simple MD State inspection for my new car and they can’t even do that properly. Was told I had to replace my headlight to pass the inspection when all it ended up needing was a new fuse so I returned the next day with a working headlight light, as all the inspector had to do from here was check off that it works, and was told that the inspector doesn’t work on the weekends and will be back on Tuesday. For one, that would have been helpful information to know during my first visit but I didn’t make an issue about it. When Tuesday came I called back to check if the inspector was in the shop before I came and was then told the inspector would be out until next week because he’s on vacation. Now I have to find another shop and pay yet again or be unable to drive my car until he comes back because my 30 day tags will expire before he returns. Complete wast of my time definitely don’t recommend.

Mat was helpful, ordered the Pirelli tires without deposit. Jovan needs a lesson in customer service he wasn’t helpful at all when I called to check on my tire order…He shouldn’t be answering the phone. It took 2 hours to install. At checkout I asked about the warranty and he (Mat) had already declined it for me🤔 without asking. Lastly, they don’t use floor mat protection. My floor mat has black scuffs that were not there before service yesterday😡

If I could give zero stars I would. Little over a year ago my wife and I went here for new tires for our van. Her being a returning customer gave me confidence in this place thus we decided to knock out two birds with one stone and have these guys to change the oil as well. This was around August 2024. I spent well over $1200 for the overall service. We noticed massive oil leakage towards the end of the year in December. We called to tell them about it yet all we got over the phone from them was "bring it in". We live in Oxon Hill, MD and the weather was a massive issue at the moment with the extreme cold temperatures and snow/ice. Afterwards life situations and finances got difficult yet it seemes like the leak started to cease. We were wrong. Ever since the end of summer my van has been hemorrhaging oil so much so that I have been constantly replenishing it every 3weeks. I don't know what these guys have done to my van last year but this was not even an issue until they touched it back in 2024. No other auto service or mechanic has touched it since. Unfortunately now the time limit for me to "bring it in" I'm sure has expired and my funds are so tight at the moment that I'm not sure if I can even afford anyone else to diagnose the problem. I can't trust to drive it due to fear of killing my engine because the van just cannot retain oil at the moment. I cannot stress how much I DO NOT recommend anyone coming here. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Preferably to a business who won't sabotage your vehicle with intentions of you returning it to spend more money with them.

I was visiting my dad Texas and noticed he had a couple bald tires on his car. Took it up to Mr. Tire and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. He ordered 2 tires for me and I came 11/8 and had the installed in under 40 minutes. Thank y’all again for all the help and hospitality.

Please start hiring managers who demonstrate actual professionalism. I called Mr. Tires the day before to schedule an appointment and was told to come in. Normally, a specific time is provided, but that did not happen. When I arrived at 9:00, I was immediately told that I did not have an appointment and that I must have called the wrong store. The manager, Matthew, repeatedly insisted that I never called to schedule anything. Only after checking the caller ID did he finally realize that I did call—yet he still offered no apology for arguing with me or accusing me of being mistaken. He reluctantly asked about my car, clearly irritated, instead of acknowledging his mistake. When I pointed out that his behavior was unprofessional and that he should not argue with customers, he became upset and refused to provide service altogether. This is unacceptable. Matthew, do better. And whoever is responsible for scheduling “ghost appointments” needs to do better as well.

I had a very disappointing experience. Even though I scheduled an appointment a day in advance and arrived on time, I ended up waiting about 2.5 to 3 hours. Despite having an appointment, there was no respect for the scheduled time. They then failed my inspection over a very minor issue related to the center seat belt lower anchor. The part was actually present between the seats and visible — it only required a simple check — but instead, they made me leave and lose an entire day. I had to return again after showing them the part was there before they finally approved it. The service was very poor, the attitude was worse, and the waiting area was dirty and not maintained at all.

On or about, Dec 31, I was traveling to Waldorf, MD to visit my sister. Along the way, my driver’s side rear tire blew. Good thing I was 2 hours from her home. I had the car towed to, NTSB, In Waldorf. Needless to say, I don’t recommend this place of business. On or about, Jan2, my sister went to Mr. Tire. She was met by the store manager, Matt. Matt was very professional and quoted a reasonable price for the repair. I ended up getting 4 brand new tires, brake pads and rotors. I purchased the car about 4 months ago. The tires were “mismatched” and rotors/pads were close to grinding. The repairs were made expeditiously. Off I went. Matt is a very knowledgeable and professional. I “Highly” recommend Matt/Mr. Tire in Waldorf, MD. No challenge is too great for, Matt. I recommend, Matt for the next position on the Mr. Tire promotion ladder. An outstanding job!!! Thanks, Matt!!

The customer service provided by JoVaughn was top notch! He patiently answered and researched my questions about various tires. He ultimately found a great tire for a decent price. He’s a very professional young man that takes his profession serious and aims to provide the best service. Additionally, and because I used the night drop off option, he contacted me first thing the following morning to confirm the work to be done and what time my car would be ready. The prompt service was greatly appreciated.
