I wouldn't recommend this dealership ! Got a truck from there about a year ago and been having major problems ever since . The buying and financial process was pretty smooth but the overall experience of my truck and the major maintenance probelms I don't recommend ! If so please take a mechanic with you . I know a couple of people that have purchased from this dealer and same thing car ended up having major problems !

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE THEY WILL SALE YOU A LUXURY LEMON. DO NOT BUY YOUR LOVED ONE A CAR FROM HERE FOR XMAS unless you like unreliable investments and unethical management. They sale the cars in a so so condition so you’ll have to bring it back for repairs. That’s how the service team makes money. My transmission blew 90 days after purchase. Gabrielle lied to me about my warranty so I was stuck to pay thousands and couldn’t drive the car for 8 months. I had to purchase another vehicle while being financially responsible for a car I can’t drive. She ran from me for months then by the time she was ready to have a meeting, months later she conveniently didn’t recall our conversation about the warranty. I was prepared to pay for an extended warranty but she insisted that I didn’t need it because I had 100k miles in bumper to bumper coverage which was a complete lie. I called this place over 50 times literally, it was and still is a nightmare. This place needs to be investigated as I purchased my vehicle under false pretenses.

I had been working with Miss Debra all week to purchase a 2023 Mercedes EQE. After a busy week, I returned to the dealership with check in hand, ready to finalize the purchase. My wife and I did a final walk-through of the vehicle, and as I came back inside to return the keys, I witnessed something that completely changed my decision. The store manager was loudly reprimanding Miss Debra about the deal we had worked out, telling her she should not be advocating for us as customers and that her priority should be the dealership’s best interest. At that moment, I knew I did not want to continue doing business there. To make matters worse, the price I was originally quoted was suddenly marked up by $2,000 before taxes. When I pointed this out, the dealership then attempted to “offer” me a $2,000 discount, which only brought the price back to what I was first told. This kind of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. I returned the keys and, less than an hour later, purchased a Mercedes GLE with the AMG package from another dealership just up the street

$4990. Not what I paid for the 2014 Dodge Journey I bought from this den of vipers (for $4500), but what I ended up having to pay to make it safe to drive after owning it less than a month,despite an egreement to provide a 1000mi,30 day power train warranty The day after driving off of the lot, the check engine light came on and it developed "lifter tick". Returning it to the dealership for promised service, they replaced the oil filter housing with an aftermarket part and dumped a heavier weight oil in it to quiet the noise. Reset the CEL and returned the car to me. Drive it home, the next day the CEL is back on, tick back loud as ever, ECM codes indicate a fuel/air mix issue. Take the car back, now they refuse to honor their commitment. Wife really likes the car so we keep pursuing repair. Take the car to bonafied mechanic who informs me that I have engine problems that should have rendered the car unsellable much less failed any careful inspection. Download data from the ECM shows multiple clearing of engine codes just before I bought the car. There is no way that NAW could have not known that there were serious problems with this automobile and there's plenty of evidence that they actively tried to disguise it. Trying to get anyone from NAW to return phone calls in a timely manner is impossible once they have your money. So, I recommend you just say, "No thank you" to NAW, and take your business to Carmax (just down the street, who actually stand behind their promises to their customers. I wouldn't trust these people to change the caps on my valve stems, much less provide a reliable automobile.

Honest Salesperson, But Very Dishonest Dealership Practices My husband and I both purchased trucks from this dealership, and while Danic was extremely nice, honest, and helpful, the rest of the experience was a complete nightmare. I went in believing they were taking my old truck as a trade-in, only to find out after I had already paid and signed paperwork for the new truck that they did not take it in at all. There was zero communication about this, leaving me stuck with two car notes. On top of that, after both of us put down down payments, they called us back asking for more money for tags and title after the deal was supposedly closed. How does that even happen? Then, less than 10 days after driving my new truck off the lot, they called me to bring it back in because the front wheel bearings needed to be replaced. Now, not even a month later, I’m getting alerts saying “service the suspension”—which was already making noise when I bought it. When I took it back, they had the nerve to say I must’ve hit something! Absolutely not. I’ve had the truck for less than 30 days. To make matters worse, I honestly believe they are committing shady, possibly fraudulent practices just to get people in cars. If you value honesty and transparency, be extremely careful doing business here. Danic deserves better than to work for a dealership that treats customers like this.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The original plan was to stop to only browse the available inventory; however, the staff was very helpful without being overbearing or harassing. The dealership's inventory was extremely diverse, every-single-car (or truck) I inspected it was of the highest standard. That is, the vehicle's interiors and exteriors were well maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly, honest, trustworthy. Reggie's and Danic's honesty was a breath of fresh air so-much-so that I drove off with a new car (something I certainly was not considering when I arrived, LOL)! When I came to the dealership, the staff was really friendly, and although I was skeptical due to my own credit issues, they reassured me that the deal will be done on a particular vehicle that I picked. It took about an hour and a half, but eventually the deal got done that was since that I am very pleased with the GM Regie as he is a man of his word as well as the other sales men! You won’t be disappointed.
