Professional and quick diagnosis. The most professional and friendly auto shop I have ever been to in Las Vegas. Had some spark plug work done at a fair price much better than dealer. They did an excellent job and done right on time as quoted. I would not hesitate to use them again. They were also very patient and kind explaining the problem with my 89 year old father. Thank you!

Busy Buggy was referred to me a few years back, I would never take my VW Bug anywhere else . They are great mechanics and the services is wonderful Everyone is so nice and are so honest on what needs to be done. There is no push to do things that are not needed. Give them a try and you will not be sorry.

Honest people and great prices! I took my car to Marco and Carlos at Busy Buggy after other chain and dealerships gave me a laundry list of things wrong with my car for thousands of dollars. They inspected my car, told me what really needed to be done and it cost much less than the dealership. I didn’t need an appointment and I felt well taken care of here. I would highly recommend you bring your vehicle here first for everything from an oil change to major repairs. Fair, honest, dependable people.

I had such a great experience with Busy Buggy Auto Repair today! The business was honest, reliable, and super transparent. Carlos (Manager) was very considerate, while the staff made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Even though it’s first come, first serve, they did everything they could to get my car done in a jiffy! I’m so thankful for the amazing service and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Busy Buggy Auto Repair!

Fixed my AC quickly at a good price. Also got a quote from Tire Works on blue diamond and Durango to fix my leaking oil pan, wanted $2k. Came to Busy Buggy and they quoted me $950. Great mechanics, honest and friendly people. Always recommend

As a licensed car dealer, I rely on reputable services for inspections, and my experience at this establishment was beyond disappointing. One of my customers opted for a random mechanic inspection, which I fully supported. However, what followed was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, nobody attended to the car for a staggering 40 minutes. When I investigated, I witnessed an employee driving the car without my consent, engaging in reckless street racing well beyond the speed limit. This behavior endangered not only my business but also put lives at risk, as the car was still registered under my dealership. Upon return, they proceeded to mishandle the vehicle, attempting to force a cheap OBD tool into the port, ultimately damaging it beyond repair. The local "boss" showed no remorse or willingness to rectify the situation, instead opting to dismiss me from the property. Despite presenting evidence of a recent smog check and a fully functioning OBD port, they refused to cooperate or issue refunds for the inspection. To make matters worse, they misled my customers, spreading false claims about the vehicle's condition to sabotage the deal. This level of unprofessionalism is unparalleled, and the disregard for responsibility is appalling. My time, effort, and financial losses due to this ordeal are unacceptable. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment for any services or inspections. They not only fail to uphold basic standards of professionalism but also actively work to sabotage deals and ruin your day. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Busy Buggy has consistently provided great service since 2016 to my family. Never overcharging or upselling. My 20 year old just had her first car mal function and in the end it was an overdue oil change! The peace of mind to send a young woman to the mechanic without worrying about overcharged- PRICELESS. Didn’t even charge us for diagnostic!!!

Brought a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection and they found several small issues, but missed the fact the AC was only blowing cold on the passenger side (a potentially big issue, especially living in Vegas), they missed the washer fluid wasn't being dispensed on the front windshield (a safety issue), and they missed a torn boot on an inner tie rod. To be honest, I don't know what they check on a pre purchase inspection, but I believe AC, suspension, and washer fluid dispenser should be on the list. I gave two stars for their customer service and the other issues they found. I'll attach photos for the bad boot on the tie rod and proof the AC doesn't work on the driver's side.

As a former auto sales specialist I know a great shop when I find one. This shop is great! While waiting for my oil change. I over heard them telling a customer that what they were concerned about is fine doesn’t need fixing. Very few shops are this honest. Most will do unnecessary repairs. Not these guys. My dealer said I needed new brakes. Had them check the brakes. And he said I have at least 10,000 miles more left. He said wait until my brake warning light comes on. ( high end vehicle with brake pad sensors) they could have totally sold me brakes. But didn’t. Super rare. Super honest! If you need any car care go to these guys. You, like me will be very glad you did!

As a response to the owner or to whomever responded to my review if you had read the message I said I was told if it was a issue involving the pressure regulator that you guys would pay, if it was an issue different I would pay and was quoted $80 to which I agreed to. Upon arriving and I had explained to Carlos that my financial situation and was prepared to give the $80 THAT I WAS QUOTED, and when arriving now I get told that it’s $120, now you should at least have the courtesy to still quote a price that was mistakenly quoted on your end because in reality I was only ready to pay $80. I understand that this business does not hold accountability on their end whatsoever and only take the word of THEIR technicians so no matter what it’ll always be a losing situation. To that point yes I do agree that we will part ways. Also not even a call back to explain what had happened that is very noble of you guys and shows the care you have for your clients.

Carlos was a genuinely great person to find. I knew I could trust him almost immediately. They do clean work here, they’re trust worthy, and do not try to pry every penny they can out of a client. I’m glad to have found someone I can take both of our vehicles to for service. Also, their waiting room is awesome!! Free goodies, man a good soda sucked me in LOL

i have to say after multiple interactions coming to this shop, they take such good care of their customers. I don't trust ANY shop with my car other than the dealership and i have to say this shop definitely is trust worthy, take will take care of your car as their own it has became my new go to for any car issues i encounter rather than the dealership where i get ripped off and they hold my car for days/week rather than same day turn around. They accept first come first serve, the earlier you come in the faster you get your car back! Prices are extremely reasonable and trust worthy, would highly recommend!

Place is fantastic and will not scam you. I had come in from another mechanic who originally tried to rob me out of $2800 to do a wheel bearing replacements on my front tires. I told them off and came here. They quoted me $1000 and it was done the same day. Great services and understanding people.

The best honest company anyone could ask for . We always come here. We just brought our son's car here and they got it in right away and had everything fixed at such a reasonable price. I love how nice they are. And they have treats while you wait which is just an added touch for customer service ❤️

The waiting area was spotless and they even had free drinks and free ice cream which was such a nice touch. The staff was super knowledgeable and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

This was really an unexpected pleasure and positive experience. The staff was constantly contacting me with updates and requiring my approval for price on repairs. Pleasantly surprised by the comfortable waiting area stocked with enjoyable snacks and beverages that make you forget your waiting and spoil your dinner. I have two other cars I will trust them to repair so I can have a carefree summer.

Finally, an honest mechanic! Busy Buggy is the real deal. Forget the dealerships. Busy Buggy is now my go-to for car service. They provide amazing service without the usual stress. The team is transparent, the work is top-notch, and the prices are fair and honest. It is so rare to find a business that lives up to the phrase "honest work at honest prices," but they truly do. Thanks for the great experience!

Finally, a mechanic with integrity! Carlos and his team did a fantastic job repairing the brakes, front-end suspension, and electrical issue on my 2010 4x4 2500 Silverado. This wasn’t the first time they’ve worked on my truck and once again came through for me. I’ll keep coming back as long as I’m in Vegas. Before going to Busy Buggy, I got an estimate from a different, sunny mechanic down the street and nearly got ripped off. Thanks to Carlos, I saved well over $1,300.

It sucks to be making one of these but this experience was just dreadful. On November 4th my car stalled so I took my car to busy buggy and thy had diagnosed it as the fuel pressure regulator being the issue and got it repaired. The next day on the 5th I go to pick up my car and take it to work and the first red flag was I was getting asked if I was ever having issues with the fuel gauge to which I responded no there was never an issue I could always read my gas, they respond "oh well your car can't read your gas anymore" me being concerned they did say they ordered the part and since I needed to go back to work they let me take the car and just informed me to bring it tomorrow because that is supposedly when the part to read my fuel was going to come in. I make it to work and then going home my car stalls again, I call busy buggy and they send out a tow and I thinking wow I thought my car was supposed to be fixed was concerned why it still stalled called busy buggy again and they sent out a tow telling me if it's an issue on our end then we'll pay for it but if it's an issue separate then I have to pay $80 for the tow. I also just want to add that when talking to the tow driver he did try to jump my battery and he specifically had told me "your battery is fine this is a fuel issue." I get a call again with Carlos and get told it's a high pressure regulator issue, and then I get told I have to pay the tow and along with that he wasn't even aware that there were fuel sensors ordered to fix the issue reading my fuel to my car. Now he tells me that the next day I will get an update, I call again the next day on the 6th of November now and get told by Carlos again that it's a low pressure fuel issue and that the low pressure issue could fix the high pressure issue and that I'd basically gamble to see if the low pressure being fixed can fix the high pressure issue, I say no and just ask about my car being fixed with the fuel sensors and they still said it has not came in yet. Now it's Saturday, I call in and this time Pamela picks up the phone and ask if my car is ready to be picked up and she says yes, I arrive to busy buggy to Carlos telling me that my battery is now dead his technicians tried jumping my car and nothing was working. I want to also add when coming in Carlos telling me it was $80 and I was prepared to only pay $80 obviously since I have other expenses I then get told that it was actually $120 and instead of accommodating the $80 I was told that I was going to pay he still applied the $120 and luckily I had enough to pay that. I look in the back where my car is and try to turn it on and now I start to hear fuel spilling from somewhere and yes looking in the back there was a giant leak and it smelled like gas. I call in a tow and he has to take my car back to my apartment and I call another mechanic to get a second opinion on what was going on and not even 5 minutes into looking at the car he immediately found the issue and it was the fact that the fuel pump was unplugged and he just plugged it back in. I call Carlos and just want an explanation as I kept getting all these diagnosis's when it was simply just because my system was unplugged and asking for any accountability because with me trying to turn on the car and with the amount of gas leaking could've created a dangerous hazard and he just chuckled and kind of dismissed the issue, he also tells me that he would speak to his technicians and call me back on Monday and it is now Friday and am still yet to receive a callback. Not only that when Pamela told me that the fuel sensors were fixed and my car was ready to be picked up that was a lie and my fuel system still can't read my gas. So now it leads me to think why they even have my car for 3 days then? This was definitely the worst experience I ever had with a mechanic and all I wanted was accountability for what had happened and the inconvenience I had to endure while my car was having these supposed issues when all it was was that the system was unplugged.
