I’m absolutely stunned! After driving for Uber for 11 years, I’ve grown accustomed to the annual car inspection process. Typically, I’ve only ever paid around $25 for this service. I completely understand that prices have been rising and that we’re living in challenging economic times. However, I cannot believe that this particular inspection place is charging a staggering $167! That’s an outrageous amount that feels like outright robbery! I had to inquire three times just to confirm the price—it’s simply unheard of!

US tire center and auto repair on West Sahara is amazing. They went above and beyond the grade. They were paid for it to just change my tire they help me with my room. They’re good loving, helpful. People generosity goes a long way, especially when you’re not even expecting it I would recommend this place for anybody. I would bypass 10 tire places to come here. This pls is a ripoff. on October 13, 2025 at 12:02 PM. I took my car for smog the guy who called himself a manager to smog my car. At first he said the computer socket in your car is n the original I am afraid to plug it and burn my computer therefore I hav to fail the test , I told him I have Smoked this car for 3 times already and there’s nothing wrong with it, the he changed his words and said my car is tampered and he didn’t give me the print of the test and they changed me for doing smog, I took the same car to DMV and there was nothing wrong with that.and they passed the Smog test for me, Please do yourself a favor and don’t take your car to this place.

This place really sucks. I have a Groupon and they won't take it. Says because my truck is a heavy duty. So the are charging me 40+ dollars. Doesn't say anywhere on Groupon about this. It says all vehicles. Plus the guy is a rude person. Do your self a favor avoid this place at all costs. They are a rip off!! Groupon asked fir the person's name and they won't tell me. Taking to another customer in here. He also thinks this place sucks.

My wife brought in her Mazda 3 for an oil change on 2/20. My wife used a Groupon discount so only paid a small charge. Thought all was good until I came back into town and realized the engine oil cap was not returned in its proper place. Pretty much, the cap was not tightened after the mechanics changed the oil. Oil ended spewing everywhere because the mechanics did not do their job correctly. Now, my wife's car engine oil would need to be replaced again due to possible contamination. I fear to think what the oil filter might look like. I really don't appreciate how car repair shops can exploit women because they assume women don't know anything about cars. Well, I will gladly step in and ensure those people who scam others will get the treatment they deserve. UPDATE: A week after this post, the 'manager' called my spouse to speak with me and have me change this review. They would gift my spouse a free oil change. Wow! The audacity! No business should ever call their customer for purposes outside the original business transaction, let alone calling them to have another party, who is not a customer, change the Google review.

We’ve been using Groupon here for YEARS. The girl in the front had an attitude when we showed the Groupon and said this was the last time we can use it. Then don’t sell a damn Groupon if you have an attitude and don’t want to honor it. So what now I can’t ever use the Groupon here?

I’ve been bringing my car to VIP Auto Service for years and trusted them to take care of it properly. Unfortunately, I just found out they’ve been using the wrong oil (5W-30) in my vehicle for several years, even though it clearly requires a different grade. When I brought this issue up, they completely refused to take responsibility or offer any help to resolve it. To make matters worse, when I tried to discuss it calmly, they brushed me off and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. That’s unacceptable for a business that’s supposed to be “professional.” I’m extremely disappointed — not only because of the mistake, but because of how poorly it was handled. If you care about your car and honest service, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Please DO NOT depend on this business for your auto care needs. My family and I were visiting from California and our engine light came on. We were referred to this location by a local and decided to run a diagnostic test, on a Friday, only to find out that the transmission needed to be replaced. We were told the transmission would arrive 5 days later and the truck would be done the following day. That next Monday morning we decided to leave some luggage IN OUR TRUCK because we didn't want to haul it around everywhere, thinking it would be safe. We received a call Wednesday morning stating, the transmission had not arrived and they assured it would arrive by Friday, 1 week later, because they claimed to have paid an "extra fee" to expedite the part. Friday morning, the transmission had still not arrived. Our vacation time was coming to an end and after bouncing from hotel to hotel, we were tired of waiting and decided to come home. As we were heading out, we had to rent a car and decided to pick up the luggage we had previously left in the truck, WHICH WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! Our luggage was completely gone, my dad's tools were gone and some other items. Staff had NO EXPLANATION as to who, what, when, where or why our things were gone. We were referred to the manager, in regards to our things, who politely excused himself and stated they would be going over video footage of the property to give us answers. He also stated his district manager would also reach out to us. 1 week after leaving, the transmission had finally arrived, BUT they had issues with a module and had to wait for a programmer, who wasn't due to arrive until the next week. On week 3, the programmer finally arrived on a Wednesday to work on the module. Friday morning, we received a call that the water pump needed to be replaced because it was reported to be leaking. Long story short, we just picked up the truck yesterday, 25 days later, because they had finally completed the job over the weekend. We never received a call from the district manager in regards to our things and the subject was not brought up by the technician when we retrieved our keys. Please stay far away from this place as possible and please do not refer anyone, especially visitors, to this shop. They do not keep their promises, they ARE NOT reliable and they are IRRESPONSIBLE with other people's property.

Went in for a simple oil change and ended up paying for over 3k of more work. Let me explain: I already knew there was a leak, but had no idea how bad it actually was. They were concerned for my safety while driving and weren't comfortable letting me go any longer without repairs. My Highlander ended being in the shop for about 3 working days and they stayed in touch with me to let me know what was going on. I finally picked up my car and everything sounds and runs so well! Bonus points because they said I smelled nice 😅 Thank you VIP!!! You're getting all my business and I'm definitely recommending you to everyone that even thinks about a car part! Don't listen to crazy rantings of an angry person... this place is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The service was competent, fast and reasonable. If you are from out of town and are struggling with someone you can trust, look no further. They made sure we were comfortable and we'll taken care of. Truly, I cant thank them enough. They fixed our problem (power steering pump died) and had us back on the road in 4 hours.

⭐ Updated Review Be AWARE! VERY HOSTILE CUSTOMER SERVICE! As my mechanic said the speed sensor connector was off on the same day I took my car to this shop, I called the next day to speak with the manager and ask if they would have any reason to do that in the middle of the oil change, maybe forgetting to reconnect it. He said his guys didn’t do it and that I could go to the shop to watch the footage of the service. Sure thing, I came back to the shop to watch — and not even two minutes into the footage (on the manager’s phone, with poor lighting and filmed from far away), the man began insulting my mechanic, calling him an “idiot.” When I asked if I could just watch the footage peacefully without comments or interruptions, the man became combative, yelling: “Get out of my shop, I don’t have to show you anything!” He said I had “lost my opportunity,” as if he didn’t want his phone back to be able to do other things. He (the person in charge, apparently the manager) spoke very rudely and harshly. Women — don’t go there alone! He totally dismissed my concerns and prevented me from watching the footage until the end. Instead of showing basic customer service, he showed impatience, sarcasm, and hostility. Correction/Apology: At the time, under my mechanic’s conclusions, I believed someone at the shop might have disconnected the connector intentionally or by mistake. After further inspections, including a third mechanic, I now know the cord in question does not actually connect to any sensor in my car — it’s just part of the wiring harness from another car model and is unused. If I had known this earlier, I would not have followed my mechanic’s advice to return and review the footage. For that mistaken assumption, I sincerely apologize. But my complaint is even stronger now. During my visit, the manager not only insulted my mechanic, but also falsely told me my power steering sensor was “melted” and even tried to sell me an extra repair service for it. That was completely untrue — other shops (including Sun Auto in Las Vegas) confirmed there was no melted sensor and provided their own explanation and solution. I refused any additional service from V.I.P Auto Service, yet the manager later claimed through other channel that I had returned requesting service. This is false. I solely went back to the business to watch the footage I was invited to, nothing more. This business is untrustworthy. I left the shop feeling insulted, intimidated, and extremely uncomfortable. They lack even the most basic communication and professionalism. If someone gives you a Groupon gift from this place, avoid the experience and don’t pass it forward — you wouldn’t wish this on anyone else.
