These guys know Harley and will answer any questions you have without a hesitation! If they don't have your part they will find and have it to you ASAP and at a fraction of the cost of the big box shops. They even sell used and take off parts if that is what your looking for!

Went to the other shop. The one named after the state. They had no clue, about anything. They told me that stuff I could order from J&P, does not exist. Went to Butterfield's, and they started pulling out micrometers, measuring stuff, hooking me up, in every way. Pretty sweet to have a place where the guys are knowledgeable, and take the extra step to fix you up. Didn't have an air filter for me. So they just hooked me up with a way cooler one. 5 stars.. Meh. 6 stars.

This place is amazing. The guys in here know what they are talking about and will help you as much as they can. The shop it's self is small but they stock a great selection of commonly needed parts. They also tend to have some good used parts as well. It's always worth stoping in to see what they have and just chat with the guys. We have an older bike and have had some trouble getting or finding the parts we need because Harley doesn't make them anymore. Butterfields has consistently been able to find and get the parts we need. Most of the time we had our order with in a week.

Awesome little shop!! Product availability is exceptional considering the size of the store. What isn't available in stock can be ordered and available in a timely manner. Breeze is very friendly and knowledgeable! Always attentive to each customer. Makes you feel welcome and like your family soon as you walk in the door. I've been going to Butterfield's since March of 2000. I've treated myself and my Yellow bike to many different accessories and chrome. The motorcycle & I just celebrated the 19th anniversary 3-21-2019 (easy date to remember it is a countdown 3-2 1-00) Bob for years always greeted his customers and had some bit of information whatever it may be tech, performance, handling or something cool. Breeze also has a great rapport with the customers. He used to do mechanical work on my and many other bikes. If you need or even just want something for your bike they a lot of times have it or will get it quick. If what you are trying to do won't work on your year or model they will tell you what you have to do to get it done. They give you their attention and EARN your respect. 5 stars to Butterfield's. There are a lot of safer, dependable, and way cooler motorcycles because of them. Here are some pictures of my bike. We had 2 bikes for a lot of years. She really loved the Ultra Classic Fire Fighter SE. Originally my wife would ride with me then after she could no longer ride and lost her ablity to walk (now in long term care) I converted it to a solo bike (she wouldn't want anybody else riding in her spot, me neither) Alsome and a couple of Bone Head friends.

Alongside The Black Rose Machine Shop this is one of my favorite places to go. Breeze is a straight "brainiac " when it comes to Harleys. He's like the Bill Gates to windows as he is to Harleys. You can go there during hours of operation and just stand. Because usually there's a vet or old school cat in there shooting the breeze with,you guessed it "Breeze". But here's the thing, while standing there listen. I've learned many things doing this there. And if you love Harleys as I do amd obviously Breeze then you'd feel honored to hear these conversations of wisdom. Low prices and such family orientated Breezes mom works there doing all the hard stuff as he shoots the breeze. Kidding. Tell Breeze "Joe" sent you for a $30 dollar discount on your next visit.
