I was so grateful for the help and services I received at this location and how easy they made it. Even though my insurance was a nightmare, they were willing to make calls for me and help me through the whole process. Originally they said I could not get in until 5/6, however after reviewing my car and damages they said there were many safety concerns, so were able to start 5 weeks early. It did take 4 weeks for my car to be completed due to the damages, BUT they fixed everything like my accident never happened, cleaned the inside and out of my car, did my oil and filter changes for me, AND offered me a special deal on an additional piece I had been missing due to a different incident. The piece I had been missing was the final piece in making sure all my safety systems (lane change, backup camera, blind spot alert etc) were back up and running. They cared about making sure my vehicle left their shop better than it was before I even got in my accident, and I think that says a lot about the way they operate ! Everyone was kind and helpful, and I could not be happier with the services provided and the end result. I would highly recommend them to anyone, any day!

I did a lot of searching for a place to take my car after pretty much every panel got hit with hail. I chose Dingman’s because of other reviews and they were close to my work. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Big shoutout to Dan who helped me through the whole process. He took care of any communication and supplement requests with my insurance company. He also kept me contacted me to give regular updates (not too much) when things were taking a little longer than initially expected. Highly recommend Dingman’s.

I have gone to this company for years for vehicle repairs. I am so disturbed. I received a call the day before telling me that my vehicle was ready for pick up and they would wash it. I arrived early the next morning to learn that my vehicle wasn’t actually ready for pick up as it was still marked up with red marks. I let my rental car go back because they said it was ready. I am now late for work waiting on my vehicle to be cleaned. Never call a customer until the work is actually completed in its entirety!!! Your lack of consideration for other’s time is awful. Not happy with your company.

Excellent customer service, timely and thorough care provided by Dingman’s. We got an estimate within a week of our initial call (part of the delay was our schedule). The work was completed a few days later. When we picked up our vehicle, the bill was less than estimated as they had anticipated replacing a part, but found it wasn’t necessary. I had a great customer service experience here. I had to bring my vehicle in to get it repaired and Seth went above and beyond with amazing customer experience! He recommended me a great resource to get my vehicle serviced after repairs had been done. And also went above and beyond by making sure they worked on some small cosmetic things they noticed. After recently being sideswiped by a young driver, i took my car to 3 local collision centers to get repair estimates. My family had always trusted dave's auto body for such needs and had never been disappointed. However, with Dave's now permanently closed, I was left to explore other options. To my surprise, the first 2 collision centers provided estimates that were significantly higher than I expected. Both locations stated they would need my car for 1-2 weeks, and each quoted over $4600 in repairs. I honestly didn't think the damage to my car looked at severe, which made the quotes feel excessive and concerning. My final stop was Dingman's off 120th and Maple, where l met a man named Dan Brake. Dan came out to inspect the damage and ask whether I had received estimates elsewhere. Before proceeding with his own evaluation, he asked if he could try something first. I agreed, and what happened next completely changed my perception. Dan immediately began addressing the visible damage and managed to remove most of it on the spot! He was transparent and honest about what actually needed to be repaired, and it was far less than what the other shops had suggested. Not only has dingman's earned my respect and future business, but they also gained the appreciation of the mother of the young driver who hit my car. Because of Dan's honesty and expertise, she was able to cover the repairs out a pocket, saving thousands and avoiding a costly increase in her insurance premiums. I am grateful for the professionalism and honesty that I experience at Dingman's and will recommend them moving forward.

My drivers side door latch was not working correctly and would not allow door to close. Drove into their parking lot holding my door shut. Mechanic did not hesitate and came out and fixed the problem. With no charge. He also showed me how to fix it myself if should happen again. They are great

We have used Dingman's countless times over the 16 years we have lived in Omaha and have been thrilled with our service every time. Most recently I dropped a sharp object on my brand new Toyota Tacoma truck which caused a large puncture in the center of the hood that caused damage to the hood and the paint. Dingman's got the truck in right away and back to me in 2 days and there is no trace of the puncture, it was like magic, truly. I will never go anywhere else in Omaha. They are simply the best.

Have used Dingman's in the past and was very happy with both the work done and the people I interacted with. Stopped by the other day because I put a large scratch on my wife's on week old car. Ricky came out to give me an estimate, however rather than write an estimate he gathered a buffer and some materials and removed the scratch right there in the parking lot. Fantastic service from Ricky - real nice guy!

I chose Dingman’s on 120/W Maple after being rear ended to get my first estimate. Seth K did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle. I later went to a place on my insurance’s list- but felt the inspection info I was given on sight wasn’t as detailed- so I wasn’t sure the scope or time estimate window would be close to correct and when you are dealing with not having a car, it is important. I got my car back yesterday from Dingmans. Seth stayed late on a Friday & did another thorough job with pictures of the items they had to replace or fix. He was also good at working with our insurance company, which was also appreciated.

I ran over an object in the road that popped 3 of my tires. All 4 tires needed to be replaced, a new rim/wheel was needed, and an alignment was done. Todd and Jake were both very helpful and communicative during the repairs of my vehicle, and the price was very reasonable. There were some delays out of their control but they did a great job keeping me informed. My car feels better on the road now than it did before the accident! I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future for repairs (though I'm hoping it won't be for some time). Thank you Dingman's!

recommend Dan and his team at Dingman’s Collision—they did an excellent job! A week ago, I accidentally popped a few fasteners on the right and left moldings of my car while trying to lift it on a car lift. This left the moldings looking uneven and buckled. I received an estimate from another company quoting anywhere from $394 to $1,300 for the total repair (depending on what they found when they took it apart). Seeking a second opinion, I stopped by Dingman’s Collision near 120th and Blondo. Despite not having an appointment (I recommend scheduling one), they were able to fit me in for an estimate. Technician Dan Brake was honest, professional and knowledgeable, in confirming what I had already suspected. To ensure accuracy, he took my vehicle into the shop to investigate further. After removing the moldings, they identified the issue firsthand and provided me with an estimate that was $300 less than my previous repair shop. They even offered to complete the repair on the spot. I couldn’t be happier! Within 45 minutes of walking through their door, my car was repaired at a reasonable and affordable price.

From the start, they took the time to get to know me, even introducing me to the technician who would personally be handling my vehicle. And the person orchestrating all of this was Seth. Seth wasn’t just helpful—he was exceptional.
