I went to this dealer for an oil change and to check if any of the other fluids needed to be serviced as they are the car’s life blood and haven’t had them checked recently. I waited at dealer’s service lobby where I helped myself to coffee and a snack. After a while, Cory, my service manager, told me that only the brake fluid needed to be changed. Since this service was unplanned and late in the day, I was given a loaner car of my choice. I returned the next day to pick up my car. Cory went over what was done to my car. In addition to the oil and brake fluid work, Cory went over a detailed bumper to bumper inspection of my car. It was a good report. I left the dealership feeling pretty good about the condition of my car,. I’ve been taking my car to this dealer for over 20 years. I always felt that they were as much concerned about the condition of my car as I was. I have nearly 200,000 miles on my car and with the continued excellent service at the dealership I hope to get another 200,000 miles. Thank you Cory and the excellent service team for taking care of my car for 20 years.

Also, that I have additional free maintenance coming, that I didn’t know about. I have purchased both new and certified pre-owned Lexuses at this place. I really can’t imagine taking my vehicles elsewhere for maintenance.

My realtor Robert Anthony actually recommended I test drive a Lexus RX 350 as I was looking to trade up.I am absolutely astonished with the experience with Lexus of Omaha I received.Colin Schwartz was the most cool & calm sales manager I have ever dealt with & the whole process took about an hour…was relaxed & comfortable throughout the purchase and the service department is just as dialed in…..Jessie was the most cool & calm service advisor I have ever met & made me feel completely comfortable & informed throughout the visit & was a complete respectful gentleman.
