I went to ask how much would be to get new tires, oil and filter change. The guy asked me the whole information of the tire. Where is the customer service here? I don't know anything about tires and they have a system which can provide help. Another thing, he stated that I can make an appointment for changing the tires but not for the oil change. Does that means that, even when having my car in already, you can't complete the rest? I have to come in 2 times for auto service? What? The guy didn't really seen willing to help more. Customer service like this is the type of service that pushes people away. You should really work on this area. It's not the first time I've been asking for autoservice and NEVER get the assistance required. 👎🏾

I don't know if it was just a really bad day or if it's normal BUT I waited over 3 hours to get a new tire put on my rim. Mind you, for those 3 hrs my husband was on the side of I80 waiting for us to get it. And it's not like they had to take it off my car and put it back on either. Then to top it off the price posted up on the wall was not the price I was charged. Not a good experience.

With the exception of only 1 mechanic working it took a bit longer than expected to get 4 new tires and a wiper blade installed, but I didn't have to wait too long for him to get started. I went in before 8am and left around 9:35 or so. David at the counter was helpful in double checking that the tires I ordered were the ones received.

This place is terrible. I arrived here to get a tire repaired or replaced. The guy looked at it and said it must be replaced. Okay..he looked up the tire to see if it was in stock. He said there was none there and it was my responsibility to call all the other Walmarts to see if they had a match. No thank you. Worst customer service. I already don’t change my oil here because of how poorly this place is managed and now I can’t come here for tires either. What is the purpose of keeping this place open?

Took my car to Walmart, 68137 for oil change. Had guy from India with very poor customer service. Told him to top off my fluids, especially brake fluid, he said they don’t do that, transmission fluid, he said they don’t do that either. When I read my bill, said brake fluid and transmission fluid was declined by me! I realize my car is pretty old. Driving home, my brakes went to the floor, shifting hard if at all, Hail Mary got me home

I feel bad for the employees here. They have a staff shortage which caused them to have very limited hours in the auto center. I went there today and had an appointment, but it was cancelled due to staffing shortages. They did not open until noon and do a first come, first serve service. However, that being said, the employees did a great job of installing my new tires in a very quick time and made sure I was updates on the status of my tires. Overall 5 stars to the employees, but 1 star to Wal-Mart for not addressing concerns and issues to their auto service center. It's too bad more focus isn't on that because the tire prices and installation cost are quite a bit lower than all other tire centers.

Scheduled an appointment for the moment they opened. Got everything ready and grabbed me when everything was ready. Very professional and patient. Assisted in helping me even find the special tool need to remove my tires. Best pricing I’ve seen in Omaha and second oil change I’ve had from them. Will be back.

We have new tires that I bought at this location (about two months ago)and we have a road hazard warranty on the tires. I took my car in because my rear passanger tire had a screw in the tire (I checked before I took it to Walmart). The tire technician said it was not repairable. The tire technician stated that the screw was on the side of the tire. I drive my car down the street to the Tuffy tire and auto service on the 137th and they fix it in about 15 minutes no issues. Costs $22 dollars. My wife has the Walmart membership, the tire warranty comes with the purchase of the tires for free. But for those who do purchase this warranty out of pocket 😒. For me it was a waist of my time and money.

On Sunday, I had a very low tire. I stopped by Walmart on 128th and L St. and Dillon was absolutely wonderful in helping me. Even though it was Sunday at 6:15 PM and they closed in 45 minutes, he took the time to put air in my tires and also helped me pick out and replaced my windshield wipers. He is truly an asset to your automotive department!

Took a tire in there that I was having to fill on a daily basis to get repaired and was told that it was unrepairable and was asked if I wanted a new tire. I was sceptical so I said no and they told me there was a nail in the sidewall. Seemed like not even a minute later they basically kicked me out without discussing it any further. So I took my tire to Discount Tire on 120th and Dodge St. and they showed me where the nail was and told me that they don't know why Walmart said it was unrepairable and fixed it for free! Also they stole the center cover of my rim!

Worst visit ever, took around 7 people. 3 managers, none trained to handle an exchange for a battery, bought it at 120th l street omaha, bought battery less than a year ago at that store and they looked up serial # and told me they couldn't give me a new one. Didn't even last one year, 2 year battery! Horrible service. 3 managers talked openly about how their fellow employees are worthless and always quit soon after being hired. Wasted 3 hours with no battery in and, leaving it up to me to contact maker of battery never been so disappointed and mad at a store ever in my life, all apparently from lack of training. 👎👎👎No Stars 0000000!!!!!!!! Actually 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without tapping a star. 3 managers in pic didn't know what to tell me!

I came here for an oil change and they didn’t put my dipstick in properly causing oil to go all over the engine, and put the sticker right in the way! Supervisor tried saying the tech just spilled a little oil like I didn’t see the dipstick jiggling around when I looked under the hood due to the constant smell of burning oil!!! It also took over 20min of being on hold to speak to anybody about the issue. The first person who answered the phone laughed about it too!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

Good tires and facilities are adequate, however, keeping with Walmart protocol they hire just the minimal staffing to keep it going. Plan to leave your car or spend 2-3 hours shopping while you wait. Painful at times to watch the crew

Worst place in the whole city my appt was at noon my car didn’t get inside until1:20. Had the world’s slowest person working on it. Others were there an hour longer than me for an oil change. Mismanaged place I couldn’t give a zero

We were here an hour before they closed. The manager was at lunch and refused to come speak with us. Tried to go to customer service, they wouldn't help. Just said we would have to speak to manager if she came back. Our tire losing air. We live 2 hours away. They would not repair, but took a order for 4 tire change after us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND whatsoever. I now understand why they have so many 1 star reviews.

Got 4 new tires. Then one kept loosing air. Couldn't find the issue. I finally on .you third trip back and the 4th employee, they realize it's the valve stem. Get a new one which meant a new TPMS sensor. They didn't program the dang sensor. So ANOTHER trip back and they try to reprogram them and say drive it for 20 minutes. Nope. I lost faith in them. Went to a different walmart and they fixed the tpms in 2 seconds. Now I have a nail in a tire. Despite having the warranty and it only being 6 weeks old, I have to order the new tire myself and then get refunded when it's put on!!!! Never trusting walmart again!! Update: just went in again just to have the TPMS reprogrammed. 4 employees working, no cars in bays, and they don't have any employees that can work on cars!!! What's the point?? This is the WORST TLE ever! Useless!!!

My battery died four times within a week so I went in to get the warranty on it. At first they said they tested the battery and it was fine, so they weren’t going to replace it. They kept saying it was the alternator, they were very condescending, and refused to listen to me and my wife, just kept trying to tell me it was the alternator. I asked them to test the alternator and they said they don’t do that. Five minutes later they came back and said they actually CAN do that and when they tried to start my car to test the alternator, it was dead again. They decided to put a new battery in it under warranty and lo and behold it started. They tested the alternator, alternator was good. They then come back, tell us that when they tested the battery out of the car it was dead and that “some batteries do that”. They then tell us they couldn’t find the serial number on the dead battery and charged us for the new one. Today I tried to start my car and it’s dead again. Either it’s a dud battery or something else, I don’t care. They were rude and condescending, and I am never going back.

I had an appointment at 1:30 even showed up early like 1:10 it's 2:30 and they haven't even begun the services. Don't bring your car here they aren't very personable and lack knowledge on oil information which is alarming. Don't bring your car here go to a different location!!
