I need a new serpentine belt so I took it in to come find out that the belt was way too big and Tim one of the owners he replaced it with the correct belt and cars been running fine ever since praise the Lord hopefully it'll continue to run good I would recommend this shop to anyone I give it a four-star rating

Called to get a price on a simple oil change as I had driven by and couldn’t remember the exact price I had seen on the sign outside. I asked if the sign said $19.95 and the man on the phone rudely said no it’s not. Instead of replying with the correct price ($28.95) as if he was offended over it. It’s a simple misunderstanding but no need to be rude and not want to even give a quote for an oil change. Lighten up!

Guys are a bunch of hacks. Strip bolts out. Use parts from different vehicles. Can't diagnose correct problems. Use self tappers, when machine bolts should be used. Would never bring my vehicle here again.

I had a vehicular emergency and this was the closest shop. The mechanics could have taken advantage but they didn’t. The gentleman working that day gave me several options and recommended the most sensible one even though it wasn’t the most expensive. In the end, he identified both my main problem and a secondary problem that had been bothering me, and fixed them both for under my anticipated costs in a timely manner.

Dropped my car off this morning for a brake line repair and was told it would be done by the end of the day. After many attempts to find out what was going on with my car we stopped in. When my husband tried to explain where it was leaking brake fluid the guy freaked out and kicked us out. Took my car off the lift and said we were trying to tell him how to do his job. We literally just wanted to show him where we saw the leak and were trying to be helpful. I don't know what his issue is but you don't talk to people like that. 20 years in customer service and my mind was blown.
