Thank you Caliber Collision for your excellent and beautifully detailed work as you restored our RAV4’s body. Wow to your wonderful customer service - Linda, Rex, and Sean. And Sean thank you for waiting 30 minutes to close on a Friday when I was stuck in traffic. You were so kind and understanding with my being late which made me feel at ease. And then you even returned my rental to Enterprise for me! It was so nice to not have to wait until Monday to get my car back. I’m still so positively blown away with the great care of Caliber Collision! THANK YOU!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Caliber. This was my first time going through the process. They were professional and personable and called each week (sometimes daily) with any updates they had. The work they did was great, and I'd highly recommend Caliber to anyone looking to feel informed through the entire process. Great experience.

Big shout out to Jeff and the rest of the shop at Caliber on G Street. I brought my truck in and got a quote on work needing done and Jeff had the parts within a couple of days. Great customer service and was treated well! Highly recommend this shop for work needed. Thank you again for taking care of my truck reasonably and quickly!

The team here goes above and beyond for their customers. I didn't have rental set up while my car was in the shop and the manager came down and picked me up when my car was ready. I had never experienced such caring customer service from a repair shop before. The receptionist, tech, and manager were all super friendly. I highly reccommend giving these folks your time and trusting them with your vehicle.

Received an email to refer my friends and family here if they needed help.. I got rear ended in December of 2024, my vehicle was in and out of this shop for months. There are parts popping out constantly. Trunk has to be slammed multiple times to be properly latched. Why would I refer my friends and family somewhere that can’t seem to fix the same issue I brought it back in over and over again..

I was recently in a fender bender in which the liability fell to the other driver. Once contacted by their insurance carrier, I was asked which collision center I’d prefer to work with. Having worked with Caliber twice in the past, I requested them. Though their communication has always been lacking, they do offer superior craftsmanship which is backed by a warranty. For me, as frustrating as it is to be kept in the dark, their results were worth the extra effort on our end. Unfortunately, this most recent experience was so disappointing on so many levels that I cannot in good faith recommend them nor will I ever again utilize their services. I own a 2008 Lincoln MKX. It has low miles for an older SUV, and we’ve recently put a new transmission into it. Mechanically, it runs well, and is pretty clean. Unfortunately, a concaved rear fender and scratched bumper resulted in nearly a $7k estimate from Caliber which totaled out the vehicle. As salvage titles aren’t placed on NE vehicles over 12yrs old, we elected to keep it and have it repaired with the insurance claim money. That said, because the rental car was no longer covered by insurance, before we could schedule repairs, we needed to resume possession of my vehicle and return the rental. As I mentioned previously, communication is practically nonexistent. Calls and emails aren’t returned but with determined patience your call will eventually be transferred to the estimator. Having experienced this in the past, I called Caliber to confirm the information provided by the insurance company. I was advised on Friday that the SUV was ready to go and could be picked up anytime on Monday. Come Monday afternoon around 2PM, my car was nowhere in sight. We waited nearly 20min in the office for it to be brought up from another building only to find it had grease on the interior seats and carpet, the vinyl paperwork pocket was still hanging from the passenger seat, and green paint was drawn around the various damage points and back window. In past visits, Caliber had the exterior washed, interior wiped down and carpet vacuumed. Not this time. After asking how to get the paint off, the service tech left to get a rag and glass cleaner. When he returned, we ended up removing their identification packets, wiping down the interior and removing the neon paint. Even more infuriating was the little baggie of screws they left in my cup holder. They couldn’t even be bothered to secure my bumper back to the vehicle. Upon further inspection, the singular concaved dent is now convex and wavey, paint was chipped off and the vehicle has begun to rust. The final drop in the bucket, however, came later that day when we took our girls to soccer practice. Once on the interstate and up to speed, the hood bounced up. Caliber for some reason had popped the hood and didn’t even properly close it. Thank goodness the safety latch didn’t fail because I can only imagine the implications if it had completely opened. We pulled off onto the shoulder and in rush hour traffic my husband hopped out to adequately shut the hood. I mean, the damage to the vehicle was the passenger rear quarter panel and bumper. Why they looked at anything under the hood is beyond me. I don’t presume to know what an inspection entails however I never assumed that my vehicle would be returned to me in worse condition than when I left it. I can only speculate that Caliber’s actions were an attempt to mitigate their losses during the estimating process assuming that as the insurance company totaled the vehicle, they wouldn’t get the job. Non-existent communication aside, had they provided at minimum a neutral customer service experience, they would have maintained our patronage. Regrettably, Caliber’s utter disrespect for the care of my vehicle and complete lack of concern for our safety are the reasons for my substandard review. Perhaps one of their other locations provides a more positive customer experience but I would caution anyone from utilizing their services in the future.

Had an insurance claim and they chose the shop so this was my first experience with them but have to say these guys are awesome! Not one thing has gone smoothly with my insurance claim with the exception of this repair shop. They always answer the phone (unlike my claims reps 🙄) they for sure stayed on top of communication. I was trying to get my car in before it rained over Labor Day weekend and they were doing everything they could to get me in…at 5 o’clock…on a Friday…over a holiday weekend! So I would say they definitely go above and beyond as far as customer service goes. The insurance company ended up not having the rental car ready for me so I couldn’t drop it off and the guy was even nice enough to tell me how to wrap my car up enough so that rain wouldn’t get in. Their front desk receptionist is absolutely wonderful. I completely would recommend this shop and trust them for any repairs needed.

I had my infiniti repaired to perfection here. The customer service was exceptional. The manager Scott kept me informed of the progress and made sure everything was done perfectly including a spoiler that needed a clear coat that I forgot to mention. The paint work was done exactly right on this very hard to match metallic with a purple undertone black. Thanks Scott and the crew at Caliber for exceeding all of my expectations.

Generally, I found the service convenient and the staff nice and responsive, but they didn't adequately warn me about the difficulty of obtaining repairs after a car is totaled. My car received a technical total, was still operational, but repair costs exceeded the insurance payout. I now understand why. First, most shops they recommended refused to work on it because it was totaled, citing that insurance estimates are much lower than retail. Second, the retail cost was significantly higher; the final repair cost was $1500 more than Caliber's estimate. Knowing this beforehand would have likely led to a different decision. So, be cautious if you deviate from their directed paths; it could cost you.

Would like to start by thanking both Mrs, Linda and Operation Manager Sean for their business integrity and commitment on making sure customers satisfaction was met when repairing my vehicle body damage. My vehicle came out of their shop as when it was bought from the dealership. Thank you, both for meeting all of my expectations when choosing Caliber Collision to repair my 2024 Nissan Frontier.

Was told my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up. They left buffing compound on the car so I took it to get it washed on my way home. When I was drying it off I noticed the rocker panel was still cracked and had a gash underneath (pictured below). I called the shop and brought the car back. The guy tried to blame me for the damage not being repaired (mind you, I was told that a full inspection of the car would be completed before repairs started). When I challenged him on this he then chalked it up to a “communication error.” They also called multiple times and pushed the completion date back. They did do a really good job on the panels that they did complete. It just took too long, I was very annoyed I had to bring the car back after returning my rental car. If you bring your car here I would suggest doing your own inspection of damages before and after. Update: owner commented on my review telling me to email him to get things sorted…and never replied to my email.
