Basically one of the employees destroyed my wiper thinking they could fix it! They at least went out to look for another part but of course no one had one. My advice is to the techs if YOU DONT HAVE THE SKILL OR SUPPLY DO NOT IMPROVISE!!! I am being reimbursed for what I have to pay for a new wiper luckily. Other than that the employees are super nice!

They have caught issues while inspecting under the hood that I wasn’t even aware of and saved me from being stranded for catching those issues. The transmission in my vehicle (Toyota Camry 2024) was originally replaced by Grease Monkey, and unfortunately it was later damaged due to unforeseen reasons. Thankfully, it was covered under their 36-month / 36,000-mile Peace of Mind warranty. The team handled everything professionally and without any hassle, honoring the warranty and replacing the transmission with a new one. Their honesty, support, and commitment to standing behind their work really gave me peace of mind. NOT GOOD I don’t normally write reviews, but after multiple frustrating experiences, I feel compelled to share mine. First, I want to say that the staff at Grease Monkey are extremely friendly and professional. I have nothing negative to say about the team personally or the condition of the shop. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been polite and courteous. However, the quality of work has been very disappointing. Most recently, I brought my vehicle in for an alignment. After inspection, I was told my tires were too worn and needed to be replaced before the alignment could be completed safely. That was fair — the tires were worn — so I agreed to move forward with new tires. After getting the vehicle back, it immediately still felt off and was pulling just as hard as before. I drove it for a few days to be sure, then brought it back to have it checked again. That’s when I was told, “Sorry, it looks like it was never done.” So the alignment I originally came in for was never completed, despite me purchasing new tires based on that recommendation. They corrected it at that point and provided the alignment numbers. I specifically asked for the printout to verify the work was completed properly. I am including those alignment numbers here with this review to support my experience and show that even after the correction, the vehicle still did not feel right. Despite the report showing adjustments were made, the driving issue was not resolved. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable having additional work done there and decided to take it to another shop for inspection. This unfortunately wasn’t my first issue. During a previous transmission service, the drain plug was not fully tightened. I discovered transmission fluid leaking across my garage floor. I had an upcoming trip and couldn’t immediately return to the shop, and I was dangerously close to running low on fluid. When I brought it back in, they fixed it and simply said it “wasn’t fully tightened all the way.” Again, more time, stress, and energy spent correcting something that should have been done properly the first time. I truly like the staff and appreciate how friendly they are. For simple oil changes, I’ve had no issues. But based on my experiences, I cannot confidently recommend them for more complex services. At this point, I would sincerely appreciate some form of reimbursement or refund for the time, money, and inconvenience these situations have caused. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, reviews the documentation I’ve provided, and reaches out to make this right.

I waited over 20 minutes and the tech waved me to be next in line. Went for Oil change, and tire rotation. They let me know my Transmission fluid needed changing per mileage & required maintenance. They used the higher quality fluid. The techs are polite & efficient. As a customer I felt valued & well informed. I have not had that at other auto shops.

BEWARE I took my vehicle to Grease Monkey to have them look at my oil pressure sensor that was going out and oil leaks, after getting it back, MY ENGINE WENT OUT! After they worked on my car, within one day, my engine started knocking, which it had never done before. I had just paid $1006 to have my oil pressure sensor replaced and oil leaks fixed. It drove fine for one day and on the 2nd day the engine was knocking so loud and hard right when turning the key in the ignition. They had it towed back to the shop to look at it. I was told they did nothing wrong and now (suddenly) they recommend I replace my vehicle’s engine! This was going to cost $8000 or more. It was days before Christmas, and as a single parent this turned my world upside down! Now I cant get across town to work and I’m walking my daughter to school in the middle of January. I can’t afford to fix it or buy a new vehicle. I can’t believe that the original diagnosis showed zero engine problems and then within one day of driving, my engine was knocking so hard like it was not getting oil at all. And the kicker is IT STILL LEAKS OIL! I recently had it towed to a different mechanic to get a 2nd opinion because this just is not right!
