Once again these guys score high. New brakes (pads and rotors), job done right for a reasonable price, and I can't believe how FAST they got it done! Most places I would have had to leave the car for a few days. When my brakes started making a loud scary noise, I dropped in at M&M, which is conveniently close to where I live, not really expecting that they would be able to do get me in today. That was around 11am this morning. At 1PM Melvin called and told me it was DONE! I love these guys!

My grandmother dealt with this establishment, they had her vehicle for a week. The communication was off they never reached out to her regarding any updates on her vehicle, her vehicle had minor issues .The vehicle only needed coils and a water pump. She was able to drive her vehicle to this establishment just fine, but when they were done with her vehicle, the vehicle was screwed up had to be towed to another auto shop The vehicle wouldn’t even start. They cheated her out of her money they had no idea what they were doing. They deceived her and saw an opportunity to take advantage of an elderly woman and did! Literally played in her face !

I came back into town from a funeral when I started having issues with my car. The battery light came on, which indicated my alternator went out. I called around to several places asking if they would in stall my purchased part. That was when I found M&M Auto Repai Service. See, my car had died about 8 blocks from their shop. To be honest, I didn't even notice the repair shop from the main road. I called them up and got my question answered about parts and service quickly. I managed to get my car jumped long enough to make it to the garage. When I arrived, it was about 30 mins before they closed. I provided them with the car key and brought the replacement part to them the next morning. I got there about 9 :20 in the morning with they part they gave me an alternator so I could get the core deposit back, and told me it would be ready around noon. True to their word, I got a call at 12:22 p.m., letting me know they car was ready. I was quoted 125 to 150 when the invoice was ready it was for 120. I happily gave them a tip and an 8 pack of Gatorade. My car has been running properly, and they are keeping they battery charged up for the last week with no issue. Also noticed my ac was working better. Bonus. I have already recommended this place to a few others I know and will be back for some other services in the future. Thanks for the hard work.

Recently took my vehicle in to have a rack and pinion replaced after getting it back the rack and pinion was not calibrated steering wheel was completely crooked so I had to take it back in to have him correct the problem well when I got the vehicle back the second time the steering wheel was straight but the rack and pinion was not calibrated my coolant hose coming out of the side of my motor was broke and leaking fluid all over the place that was not leaking when I took it in they didn't replace the nut to hold the lines on the top of the rack and pinion so they didn't rub on the frame the bolts to the rack and pinion itself were loose and not completely tightened I took it in to have one thing replaced and came out with more issues to be replaced or fixed which is going to cost me more money having to take it to another shop and have it done right I know most people would be saying that I should be asking for my money back but I'm not going to waste my time and I hope that anybody that reads this takes this is a positive warning to take your vehicle to someone else or you might be paying the other shop more to fix other issues that you didn't have before I would definitely not recommend to anybody don't let the positive reviews get you like they got me
