They were able to get me in right away. That convenience was a huge plus for me. Got a great deal on the oil change. Austin did discuss the need for a couple new tires in the near future but didn't try to hard sell those to me at this visit. He gave me quotes for 2 tire options. Overall great customer service, my car is happy and I am as well.

Stopped by Tires Plus for a oil change and that's all I got.They didn't check anything to my knowledge like trans. fluid, washer, brake or coolant.The salesman was polite and apologized for the long wait time.

I drove an hour and a half to get here, excited that they had the size I needed. I wanted to make an appointment so I could get in and out but they said just come whenever and didn’t book an appointment. When I got there there was two others ahead of me and he said it was gunna take 2 hours max to get my 4 tires on. I sat there very patiently. They came in to tell me at about 2 hours in, they broke off all my sensors on accident with all the tires and were going to replace them no charge, I waited 2 more hours for them to finish. A total of FOUR hours waiting for 4 tires to be mounted and balanced. Then when they got done he offered a 50% off coupon for an oil change which I declined and took about 20 more minutes to input everything that was already printed into the computer, paid $1250 and when I asked for a receipt, he printed something and continued to type and when I asked if I could have the paper he printed he said no. I was already running late and left. I 10/10 would never go back here. When I got in none of my tires were even equal with air one has 36, one 33, one 39 and one 38 and it’s supposed to be 36 psi. Least they could’ve done was make sure they all had equal air in them.

If I could leave a 0 star I would DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE WITH YOUR CAR IN WORSE CONDITION YOU TOOK IT TO THEM IN!!!!! Eathan and his team are absolutely HORRIBLE. he sold me and my husband 4 tires in 2022 THAT WERE RECALLED OVER A YEAR PRIOR! not to mention that they broke the key for my locking lug nuts not once but twice the second time it wasn't even the correct key causing damage to the locking lug nuts. Use of power tools on the key for the lugs is beyond words stupidity, top it all off THE TIRE BLEW IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING DOWN THE INTERSTATE!!!!! Tried to change the tire on my own just to learn they ALSO Stripped the regular lug nuts. When i got it back from them (news flash NOT FIXED cause they "have to break the lug nuts and locking lugs off" due to them being stripped) i notice the car is busted up my rims are now BEYOND messed up and im missing all but one stem cover when it went in with all 4 (all existing damage documented before going there as it was towed by AAA) including damage that we found from the blow out, but before getting it back they decided to make the damage WORSE, But want me to pay for damages they did to the car! My husband called at 8 am and they said they didn't touch it but they'd have answers by 1pm come 350pm I called AND THEY STILL HADNT TOUCHED IT per their words but their "inspection" showed otherwise as it included a picture. Let's talk about how we apparently need all new tires as they are "at end of life" when the tires that are on there are a 10 year 70,000 mile tire. We have driven MAYBE 30k miles but they went ahead and forged documents and changing invoices from a different date (WHOLE DIFFERENT YEAR) trying to say that our mileage was 80k On 8/13 but then looking back another invoice to 8/8 the mileage is 89k and then back 4 more invoices to 6/8/22 somehow it shows our mileage at 116k (not even our mileage as it currently sits) Let's not even talk about how they went through the car and stole stuff out of it and messed with our personal belongings that they had no reason to touch. Acting like we wouldn't notice or something. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE.

I was told my parts would not be in until Tuesday. But they worked hard to get my axle parts and got my car back the same day. They cleaned the spilled oil off my tires and stayed opened after 6pm so I could get my car. I will definitely be back because they care about the customer. Which is hard to find trustworthy mechanics now a days. Thank you so much for your friendliness, hard work and putting customers first. ❤️

Awful place to be at even if it's for a simple flat tire. I went to get a tires fixed because there was a leak somewhere. I was told by the employees they can't fix the tire because there were two nails within 16 inches of each other then proceeded to sell me the most expensive tires the town has. I then left, and went to another tire shop that only found one nail and fixed it within 10 minutes. They are just trying to scam people by telling false information to their customers.

I recently had a very negative interaction from the start when we mentioned we had a vehicle under warranty and needed the alignment looked at because it has a hard pull to the right the lady immediately gave me the impression she didn't want to deal with it and went on to explain that the warranty companies won't pay and they would hold the car till they can confirm pay then another manager or worker took over the interaction and reached out to warranty company and got it authorized 4 hours later they call for us to pick up . When we get there they hand us a paper chart showing how it changed and is all in the green but when we left the lot I could feel that there was no change in the the pull to the right so o turned around to inform them in hopes to reconciled the lady again in her snarky attitude explaining the alignment was good and that something else could be playing a factor on why the vehicle is pulling to the right and if I wanted it looked we have to schedule a different appointment that is just ridiculous poor service poor attitude poor rating

The service absolutely SUCKS at this location. When calling to make appointments they don’t listen to your needs or request. This is the THIRD time I have arrived for an appointment and have been told “we need to schedule you for another day” DARLENE needs to work on her listening skills!! I will NEVER use this location again.

Austin and Ben are absolutely the best! Amazing customer service skills, great at multitasking, as well as very quick at their job! I was able to call them at 6:25 and ask them for a Tire Change before they closed at 7! They had all the tools they needed to fit my custom locks for my tire and more! I recommend 100% to come here with your tire problems, for these are the guys you need especially when in a pinch!
