Tonight I am SO thankful for the assistance that I received from Tallon whom was getting off work and was kind enough to help me. Coming home off the interstate a large trash bag got sucked underneath my back tire area. He was so sweet to help me a remove it from my car. He didn’t have to and could have said sorry but he took the time to help. If this is how an employee treats a stranger in need. I can just imagine how well they’d treat a customer. In the future if I need any work done I will be returning. So thankful for the courtesy that was shown.

I had a 2007 G6 front fender and headlight repaired/replaced. After the repairs were completed both windshield fluid nozzles were mysteriously broken. These are 34$ each! I asked B Street to reimburse me since nobody was under the hood but them. They denied that it was their doing. Also the headlight they replaced works intermittently. They told me that I have to demonstrate that problem in their shop for them to fix it. How in the world would I do that with an intermittent wiring problem? A reputable shop would have said "Bring it in and we'll take a look at it." Not B Street. Their word and all the nice warrantee texts mean nothing. Steer clear.

Got my car towed here when I had a flat because it was late and this was the closest place while I figured my life out. They were super nice and understanding when I called and told them I would be back soon to fix the tire and get the car out of their hair. When I went to change my tire they even helped get it put on and make sure it was properly torqued. Highly recommend this place. They’re very nice, understanding, and helpful. Thank you guys at the Paul street location! Will definitely recommend yall in the future.

Went here because I don’t have time for an at home repair. Estimators lie to your face. “Maddie” said I needed to replace my entire bumper and flash cap for some slight repairs that would take the mechanic 30 minutes at top to finish. B street is the only autobody shop in the area that has told me that. They just went your money, she said something along the lines of “it wouldn’t be cost effective for us to not replace your bumper” LOL. What a joke. STAY AWAY from these greedy scammers.

Top tier customer service and communication!! I had been dealing with a water leak in my RAV4 for about 4 months. After some research, I found out this was a known issue with the roof rails and had taken it to the dealership on 3 separate occasions. On the second visit, they claimed to have fixed the issue. On the third visit, I was told my aftermarket windshield was actually the issue. B street had repaired my vehicle 2 years ago after hail damage so I reached back out to Ashley. She was so understanding of my frustration and was able to get my car in the next week. She even arranged to cover my rental car for the time they expected to have it. I was able to pick up my car today, and to my surprise, it WAS the roof rail and not the windshield at all. B street identified the problem and made the repair necessary in 1.5 days (something the dealership couldn’t do in 3 separate visits for a widely known manufacturing issue). And despite the problem having nothing at all to do with the original hail damage repairs B street did for me 2 years ago, I wasn’t charged a dime today!

They kept me informed every step of the way with constant communication and when I called they were always there in the office to answer my questions. I'm not the most knowledgeable about repairs and car issues, insurance claims, etc., but walked me through every step. I would recommend B Street for any repairs, minor to a totaled vehicle. They provided me with updates throughout the almost 2 month process as some parts were difficult to come by. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I took my car here on 8/25/23 at the recommendation of my insurance carrier. They had the car for 2 months claiming they were having difficulty procuring a part. I spent numerous hours trying to assist them in getting the part. After 2 months of searching I chose to pick up my car. When I picked up the car it was FILTHY inside. Although they lied that the car had been "detailed" and was ready for pickup. Compound was all over the inside of the vehicle. In addition they without justifiable reason, replaced 3 unaffected and functional, glass windows with aftermarket parts although I was very clear that all parts needed to be replaced with OEM parts to protect the cars Certification status. What was equally concerning is none of the windows that were replaced had anything to do with the damage. There was no reason to replace the 3 windows. I believe they damaged the windows in an attempt to repair the vehicle and replaced them with cheap alternatives to lower their expense. Now I am fighting with them to put OEM windows back in my vehicle. The car was a Mercedes certified vehicle when I gave it to B Street Collision. Due to their work, the car was not a certified vehicle when it was returned to me. Not to mention I still need to find an interior molding piece they couldn't find. AND I need to pay to have the interior of the vehicle fully detailed. I also discovered my trunk latch is now inoperable so i will also need to pay to have it repaired. I have contacted the BBB, yhe Attorney General office, and will be seeking legal counsel, regarding the work of this facility. Save yourself time and aggravation. Do not go here. You were warned!

I had a minor accident with my 2025 Subaru Outback Onyx XT (involved backing up into my garage while the tailgate open....I know I know lol) and Subaru Olathe referred me to B Street off Lenexa Dr. From the first time I made contact with them, the folks at B Street were great! Sean was super friendly (and non-judgemental lol) when I showed up to get an estimate and went through the entire process with me, which was extremely helpful. I have been driving since I was 15, so for about 33 years now, and this was my very first accident so the collision repair process was completely new to me. Sean estimated it would take 2 weeks to complete the job, but it ended up only taking 6 business days! B Street kept me well informed throughout the process, via text messages and phone calls. I can honestly say that I cannot think of anything more Sean/B Street could have done better.....everything was great. Hopefully, I will not need their services again, but if I ever get into another collision, I know where I'll be going. I will also gladly refer them to friends/family. A+++++++
