They fixed my a/c. Put freon in it. It cost a little over 300. I drive an suv so it is probably cheaper for smaller cars because they charge by the once. It did take over an hour and a half just to do the a/c inspection while it only took about 10 minutes to do the freon.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Firestone. I was told by a mechanic at another store that I needed to have my brake fluid replaced. Upon inspecting my vehicle at Firestone, I was told that the service was not needed at this time, which saved me almost $100. I was also provided excellent service in selecting new tires for my car and received a second phone call telling me that I did not require a tire rotation, again saving me money, which is much appreciated. I will recommend Firestone to friends and family and use this company again because I feel like they truly care and were not trying to take advantage of me, which is not how women always feel when getting work done on their vehicles! This store and the persons in this store did a okay job for the most part...I Called to get an oil change and flat appointment made, got in and everything done at a reasonable time. However what I did not like was my oil is currently 1/2 qt above the max indicator on the dip stick. The fact that an oil change is almost 100$ for a 5.5qt system. When I can buy the same penzoil 10-30 hm oil change with a filter for 40$... I understand paying for labor 😅 but almost 60$ upcharge when firestone dosent make money off of oil changes anyway. What is firestone going to do with my over filled oil ? I didn't pay 90$ for the lack of ability/laziness... to double check the dip stick for correct level.

If I could leave zero stars that would still be too good of a review! Went in for a simple 4 tire replacement and that’s when it all went wrong. The tech over tightened every lug nut and snapped one off. Brought my jaguar back for them to fix it and they messed up my rim and put the wrong size lugnut on my car. For 3 weeks I was hesitant to drive my car in fear I wouldn't be able to change my tire if I got a flat. After 30 minutes of discussion finally got them to agree they needed to replace the rim and get me all new lugnuts since they were all stretched from being over torqued. After 20 DAYS of this I finally went in to get my rim and lugnuts (I won’t even let them install the tire on the rim) and the lugnuts are all the wrong size so now I have to go out and buy a socket and wrench to keep in my car to change my tires if I get a flat. The “new” wheel looks like someone threw sand on it and painted over it! They gave me 1/2 my money back but I had to have another long discussion for that even! They have no clue what they are doing there and the manager, Lisa does not understand what customer service is apparently! I will never go to another Firestone and hope this deters anyone else from going there!

I felt like I was being lied to. I had to get a tire fixed. I used fix a flat to get to the shop but was told because I used that they couldn’t patch it. I’ve used that before and had a place patch it no problem. I just feel like they didn’t want to deal with it. Also when I initially walked it there was no acknowledgment of my presence and I had to wait around. In addition to that they said they checked other stuff and said it was fine which I know for a fact is not true and makes me think they didn’t even do it. The effort they put in just seemed below basic.

Personally, I got all new tires for 2 vehicles within the past 6 months and planning to go back soon for another vehicle. I wont go anywhere else for tires! My company also takes all their vehicles here for oil changes and tire issues, which is multiple vehicles per week. Lisa, John, and Nick always take care of me/us and go out of their way to help out as much as possible even if we throw things at them last minute or are a hassle for them.

Got in a car crash on the way to Denver after thanksgiving and this Firestone was the only place available to see us on a holiday weekend. They gave us a more informal inspection on Sunday and then had us come back in Monday for another one. They were very clear in explaining the results and got us back on the road quickly. i had a great time at this location. they charged very fairly.i initially thought i had a hole in my tire, that was not the case. i actually had a issue with my rim that they informed me about so i didn't need new tires. they did a temporary fix on the rim for me so i could drive to my next destination. the employees were also hysterical and made my day.

Manager was extremely rude. I bought a lifetime alignment agreement and had no difficulty in the past with my jeep getting aligned. Yesterday the new manager said this shouldn’t have ever been sold as they don’t carry tools big enough to service the jeep (it’s still identical as to the day I bought it ) and that the previous manager shouldn’t have sold it. I said that’s fine but I’ve only used it once so I like a refund of the difference and she became extremely arrogant and rude saying she wouldn’t refund for another employees mess up. Luckily another Firestone said they’d take a look later this week and seemed to be well aware of how she is.
