Took my jeep to have the freon service done. Left the vehicle with them. Within 20 mins I was called and told they could not recharge the system because the compressor wouldn't turn on. The whole reason I brought it in becasue I knew the freon was low and that it needed to have freon added then it would be fine. I've never heard of a service center refusing to even hook a vehicle up to the machine if the compressor wouldnt turn on. I had the compressor relays and fuses all checked prior to taking it anywhere to have this service done so the system was fine it just needed freon. So once they refused to even add the freon I said I would pick it up I did not authorize them to mess with anything else. I then took it to jiffy lube to have the ac serviced. They had no problem servicing the system. It only had 15 oz in it. It holds 34. The threshold for it was 20 oz then the compressor would no longer engage. Plus he found that someone had unplugged the compressor and pushed the plug behind it out of sight. Now I can't say for sure quick lane unplugged it but I do know I just had a mechanic check the compressor a week ago and I t was plugged in then. All in all quick lane had horrendous customer service but refusing to recharge an ac because the compressor would not turn on Is ridiculous. Most compressors won't engage if the freon is low. It's sad seeing as how we deal with the woodhouse dealer for new vehicles that after this ridiculous experience we will never allow quick lane near another one of our vehicles. It was a simple case of needing freon. They just screwed themselves out of an easy 150.00 quick repair. Maybe they need to have some of their tech retrained. As far as the compressor plug I'd advise anyone allowing this shop to do any repairs to check that everything is in fact still connected prior to allowing them to replace any high dollar parts. Horrible shop. Horrible customer service. Clueless techs. Avoid at all costs.

Came in late in the day, needing a battery checked, after I had it jumped after work. The gentleman in QuickLane were so kind and made sure I was taken care of. So appreciate their extra attention, even though they could have turned me away due to the time of day. Thank you, Woodhouse!

Michael is a rock star! An older lady came in while I was waiting for my oil change. She was having a challenging day with her car issues and was clearly frustrated. Michael was patient and kind in helping her. Plus, he helped her sort out an issue she was having with her smartphone when she asked for his help. WOW‼️ Not even remotely related to the job he was there to do. The world needs more people like Michael. Woodhouse Ford, you are so fortunate he chooses to work for you.

Unfortunately the sales rep we worked with was very pushy and rude. Kept trying to talk us into a $700/month payment for a car when we told him it was out of our budget at the moment. When he finally stopped pushing a sale on us, he walked us to our car and told us "good luck" because he wasn't sure how we would find something cheaper than he showed us.

They said they checked my air filter but obviously did not and I only get my trucks serviced at this place. So who knows how long it needed replaced. Restricted was so bad bent a part in my turbo and messed up parts inside of it. So needed a complete replacement and they refused to own up or pay for the repair. My air filter weighed about 12 lbs the repair was 5 grand all their fault.

Last two times this year my escape after oil change had engine guard fall and drag. After second time had so called bolts installed for $65.00 and found out they put in normal screws. And just recently having my show mustang after moving from storage found to have a loose oil filter..after oil change causing issues.

The entire office smells like mold, to the point my nose started running the second we stepped inside. No fewer than 3 techs were all huddled around one of the service advisor desks in the office screwing around on a phone, and at one point they mysteriously vanished when a customer entered the door. I asked specifically if they'd topped up the washer fluid reservoir (since my car warns me when I turn it on that it's low) and specifically was told that they had; they did not do this. Additionally, the oil change sticker was not replaced to indicate the next oil change date/mileage. Wish I could give 0/5 stars, and definitely won't be back.

Quick lane did good work on my truck, it runs great and the issue is fixed. I'm not going to detract a star for this, but I asked them to refill my windshield wiper fluid and they said they would but they must have forgotten. I also got an oil change but didn't get a sticker with mileage/ time reminder. Again, I recommend this place and give it 5 stars, despite the very minor above stated imperfections.

Went on a sat at about 1pm for an oil change. Dropped off my car and went to do some errands. Got a call back about an hour later. Quick, fast, and respectable. Only downside is, the oil change was 84.00. Like what?!? Guess I'm going to start doing it myself again. All in all, not a bad experience.

Good service! I'd give it 5 stars, but one thing bugs me about this place. They give you a "free" car wash with every oil change, but their car wash is never actually working. It's worse than the McDonald's ice cream machine. I'd rather they just take the $9 off the price of my oil change because I now have a stack of car wash codes that I can never use.

Never ending problems and terrible management! I’ve been coming here for years and the service has just gone downhill! Came in to get new tires, oil change and cabin filter. Now I’m aware that trucks have wear parts and things need to be replaced. However after spending 2300$ the tires weren’t even inflated to spec, and there was a grinding noise when I turned on the ac. Literally when I picked it up. Walked back in and asked if anyone had checked their own work? They apologized and blew out the motor and said all was good. A few days later the noise was back. When I brought (4the trip) it back to have them fix the noise I was informed that there were leaves and the motor needed to be replaced soon. How they got in there I’m not sure but I’ve never had this issue before. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I said the noise hadn’t been present when I dropped it off originally and that I had never had that issue before. He rudely raised his voice and said well it’s seven years old ant that parts wear out. I will not be returning here for any future business and would suggest others not as well.

Above beyond service. Was really in a tough bind after having had car serviced, oil change and tire rotation. Picked up a nail on the way home and could not get tire off. The torque required for the Edge is a lot and I am 69 and don’t have the strength anymore. They offered to send mobile service guy out to put my spare on. By the way I live 50 minutes from there. Like I said above and beyond great service. I will never go anywhere else.

Bought Mastercraft brakes there with their special they regularly run. Left and within a few days they were squealing at every stop. Went back and they said it was some other part that I had to see the dealer about. Went there, they said it couldn't possibly be that, but they looked at it. Sent me back to Woodhouse Quicklane who said they can't do anything, and I mention it to them every visit as a problem. Apparently brakes squealing constantly is normal, and not able to be covered with the warranty that comes with them. If you want your brakes to squeal for a couple years and get no help, get the Mastercraft deal here.

Went there with a battery issue. Checked in around 1230. 330 still hadn't determined that my 2024 f150 with only 12000 miles battery was bad. 400 ish it was proven yes a less than 1 year old trucks battery was bad. I definitely will be glad to return this truck at the end of my lease. I definitely do not recommend a Ford f150 at all.

Went in today to have my CV assembly replaced. My car had been shaking violently and other mechanics were saying I needed a whole new tranny. I wasn't going to accept that. I did a CV joint test sure enough my CV joint was bad. I took my car in to Chris cuz he's the suspension guy and I left without having to get an alignment and my horsepower is back. I'm so beyond happy and the front desk was honest they didn't lie they didn't overcharged me for anything I will definitely stop here again in the future for any major repairs. I'm beyond happy I can't begin to explain! I can finally drive my car without worrying about crashing. By the way I am also a mechanic maybe not as in depth as Chris but I've done a lot of hard jobs and I'm very weary on mechanics so definitely come to Chris

Took my truck in for an oil change and asked the service tech to check my transmission fluid level as well as there was a slight leak. Was told that the fluid was extremely low and would recommend not driving it without getting it serviced. I asked if they could top it off and was told they could not because the system needed to be pressurized to fill it back up (which is 100% inaccurate). I left and took it to another shop who was able to check the level and add less than 1 qt of fluid to bring it back up to the full level. When dealerships try to sell other services just to make a buck is when people lose all faith into trusting a company to do the job right and be honest about it. I have lost all faith in taking my car back to Woodhouse after this encounter.
