Exclusive auto is a great place to have your Honda or Acura serviced or repaired! -I’ve taken all 3 of my most recently owned Hondas there for various things; and have always had a great experience. Last week, I took my car to the dealership (Bellevue Honda), because of a power train issue, that I thought was the fuel pump. The dealership diagnosed it as a blown head gasket, and wanted to charge me $3100- $3600; but I took it to Exclusive Auto, and they found that the car just needed needed new fuel injectors, spark plugs, a new serpentine belt, and an oil change! After the work was done the car drove perfectly; no engine or dash lights! -AND not only did the work cost $2000 less than what Honda quoted me, Exclusive even gave me a loaner while they did the work! -It’s now been a week, and the car feels and drives great! -The techs at Exclusive are awesome! They do a great job, and they’re HONEST!

Had a whining noise from my water pump, and they fixed it in less then 5 minutes due to their knowledge. The other shop i took it to before, wasnt able to properly diagnose the issue. They also did this repair for no charge, it was a simple o ring. Thanks for the great service.

I trust Exclusive with my can because I have never felt overcharged or conned into service I don’t need like other repair shops. When I had my car looked at, they noticed the battery was dead on the remote and replaced it free of charge. They charged me less than what they quoted me for my front struts! Not sure if this ever happens! Thanks for being a place I can trust. And there’s more! They have an EXCELLENT waiting area-a variety of beverages, newspaper, TV and comfortable seating options as well as a clean bathroom and toys and suckers for kids. Simply the best!

I needed a trustworthy Honda mechanic in Omaha. My daughter is a nurse in Omaha and she is from Lincoln. My brother inlaw has used this business and highly recommended them. Communication was prompt. Service was excellent. They let me know what was wrong and also found some other issues that will need attention down the road. Very clear and informative. Very honest and would highly recommend. Exclusive Repair is exactly how their name states it .I will from now on be a faithful customer of theirs they diagnosed my loss of power to my transmission on my 2003 CRV which I just replaced the motor in and was at a standstill with no transmission and a new motor. I dropped my car off at 10:00am and by 2:30pm that same day they had my problem fixed and they were honest and very quick and they impressed me with their extremely professional communication and also their convenient text message option . They are a role model for how service and the way you as a customer should be treated. I recommend them absolutely first over the dealerships.

Took our 2002 Honda Accord EX, that sat in our garage for the past 15years, to Exclusive. It was a pretty big job but they got her up to par and running smoothly. NOTE to self..Don’t ever leave a car that long not running. These guys are very knowledgeable and fairly priced! They even went above and beyond and fixed my side mirror, for free.99. I’m always a little nervous about car repairs since I know so little about cars, but Exclusive Repair has been straightforward and honest every time. Over the past two years, they’ve worked on both my Pilot and CR-V and consistently provided clear explanations and fair pricing. They’ve helped diagnose issues with the A/C, auto idle start, and keyless remote, and even pointed me toward warranty or recall coverage through Honda when applicable. I’ll stick with Hondas in the future just so I can keep coming back to this shop!

These guys are awesome. My 2003 civic had been sitting for a little over 2 years and the kind of work it needed had me thinking that I was going to be walking for a while or that I would be buying a bicycle, but the guys at Exclusive worked with me and got the car in safe drivable condition, and they went above and beyond with the services performed and did extra things that I didnt even expect them to do and didn't charge me for it. I spoke with "Nate" and was great with customer service and coordinating with me...he didnt push anything on me once and my finances and my safety were his top priorities. The mechanical team is top notch. I used to work in the industry and this is the kind of service we all dream of when dealing with the stress of unwanted expenses and taking a vehicle in to get worked on. This is the first time I’ve been to Exclusive Repair after finding a recommendation online. Took my 2015 Honda crv here for the first time. I was having noises and a little bounce in the front end. First of all, the place is so clean inside the garage, you could eat off the floor. Lol second they send a text with the inspections they did along with photos!!! They do recommendations of what should be done and make notes on if its a must fix or can wait or even if its a safety issue or not. I have never had a shop tell me not to get something repaired if I didnt want to. I highly recommend Exclusive Repair. They were kind, efficient and sooo honest. Being a woman, thats so hard to trust a mechanic not to screw us over. I trusted them from the start. I will definitely be going back, even for just oil changes. Which is a very reasonable price of $60 with a full inspection.
