I can’t say enough good things about Westgate High Tech Auto Care. My 2014 Chevy Cruze had a window stuck down and I stopped in hoping for a quick solution. They diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly and even though I wasn’t having the full repair done that day, they still got the window back up safely for me — exactly what I needed in the moment. They didn’t push unnecessary repairs and genuinely just helped me out. Truly great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future repairs!

Brought in my wife's vehicle when it wasn't running quiet right. Was able to book the appointment online and drop the car off after hours so it was there for the appointment the next day. They were able to get to the car earlier than the scheduled appointment, texted and emailed over an estimate before they called to walk through the issues. Very reliable shop, I can't believe it took me forever to find this great of a place.

Both Nikki and Bud are absolutely fantastic at their jobs and make sure to keep you well informed about any work happening on your vehicle why providing plenty of pay over time options for those who may be in a less fortunate situation. Everyone here is nothing short of a miracle worker. They DID NOT try to influence me into any service that was not necessary and they even recommended that I take a service off that I did not need. They have a hugely beneficial payment plan that works for everyone under the sun and they get it done for you. This is also THE most communicative service provider that I have ever dealt with. Vince and Nikki and everyone else at this shop are absolute sweethearts and some of the best customer service ive ever received. My car had issues and even though i decided to completely ditch the car in favor of buying a new one, the team at Westgate were an absolute pleasure throughout the process of examining my old vehicle and were more than willing to walk me through exactly what had gone on in my vehicle, and showed me very clearly every piece of the car they had examined through photos and up close. Vince even offered me a ride back to my apartment down the road when my cat was in a non-driveable state. Absolutely will be coming back if my new car needs any work done. 😁

A week ago today I was on my way to a doctors appointment that was at 10 am. I ran over a bolt. I was recommended this place by a gas station attendant at Bakers. It was9:15, I asked if they could repair it and how fast as I had this dr appointment. They were so kind and understanding. They asked for my keys and took my car right in. I was on the road by 9:35am and made it to my dr appointment on time!! That is what I call great customer service and appreciate all they did so I didn’t have to reschedule my appointment.

Wonderful experience here, I was worried about a skipping feeling I had while using my cruise control on a long windy trip- they put the car on the lift and checked all fluids and did a system check and explained what I probably felt, said everything checked out and said no charge it was a courtesy check- I couldn’t believe it and I was ecstatic- they are so kind and helpful- I came back and had my oil changed the next day and it was awesome! I highly recommend them- they are honest, trustworthy and professional and the best in my opinion!!! And their doggie in the lobby is so adorable ❣️

I had a unique problem with my car, it's an old car . Many shops in Omaha couldn't help me with the problem. I spoke with Bud on the phone. He was upfront with the prices and told me they would take a look at it and see what they could do. They had the car for a total of 4 days. The car went in with a check engine light and some issues, but they were all resolved and the car is running better than ever now. I highly recommend them; they're awesome people, not like other shops I've been to. Westgate has a customer for life. It's hard to find an establishment that actually knows how to diagnose a vehicle without throwing a bunch of parts at it and hoping it works. Thank you so much

Had some transmission issues on our '06 Mercedes Benz SLK 280. We definitely didn't want to go to the dealer due to high cost to fix it. I luckily found Westgate High Tech Auto Care. Had it towed there and in a few days had it back!!! (They had to order parts) Great quality work, great warranty and Veteran friendly!! Highly recommend them!!
