Had a flat tire that I dropped off to be repaired. It was not repairable. They made an excellent recommendation for a replacement and had me back on the road in a short period of time. This was my second experience with Jensen Tire, two different locations, I would not ever consider another tire shop Jensen is the best reliable and reasonable. Had a low pressure light on a different car. The shop was quick to respond and had me on the road in short order. Jensen is one of the best tire shops I have ever used in multiple areas

Both the phone call and in person customer service was top notch! 5 🌟 Setting the scene: One of my tire pressure sensors (tps) is not working properly, and my tires were on the lower side for winter. 🛞🚘 I called the closest tire place (Jensen) to ask if they did free air checks, and they do! They told me to pull up to door one, and someone will be with you shortly... That is exactly what happened. The gentleman was very respectful, came out right away, and helped take care of my low tire pressure and got me a spare cap for the one I had missing. Will recommend and be back in the future. 🙏🏻

Not so good. Needed battery and or alternator. After 5 hours they 'recommended' a new battery. Didn't replace it. Was going to take home and have to jump it again to get to shop next day. Went to another shop and they just fixed it! Told me that transmission fluid was dirty and low.... again, didn't fix so had the new shop flush system, change fluid and it's fixed. If they would have called , would have been nice but I told them if it's broke, just fix it!!

I have had multiple 5-star experiences at this location. Many automobile-related businesses treat women with less professionalism and this has not been my experience here at all. The respectful manner in which I have been treated has made me a repeat customer. Plus, they have taught me some useful things about maintaining my car I did not know. Jensen management, if you are reading this, know that treating women without a condescending tone matters ... a LOT.
