I brought my vehicle in after discovering the gasket replaced at Woodhouse Blair wasn’t done correctly and oil was still leaking. I had also been told during an oil change at Midas that the rear brakes are leaking fluid due to a piston needing replacement. The gasket was replaced again at this service center and the vehicle was inspected, I was reassured the brakes are fine and there is no leak and nothing needing repair. That was at the start of the year but as the brakes went out this week, and it’s been confirmed repairs are needed, either there is a lack of experience among employees here or dishonesty. I took Midas employees as being dishonest when Woodhouse Service Center said there’s nothing wrong with the brakes or brake lines, but I will gladly be returning to Midas. Unfortunately doing business with Woodhouse hasn’t been a positive experience and not something I will opt for again.

I went to this place after my truck was repaired at a different body shop about the quality of my new front bumper. And I talked to the parts manager, and he quickly took care of my issues. Thank you, Perry .

The mechanics are reliable but the Service "Team" is more motivated to pass the buck as opposed to owning their mistakes. Check your repair invoices closely folks!!

Walk-ins take priority over appointments and service was severely slow. Will not be returning.

Better off using a local mechanic if you can! Probably the worst service center I have ever taken my vehicles too. There is never anyone from the service department available to speak to about your vehicle and the issues they report. Seems to be a huge disconnect in this office with information. We took the car in on a Wednesday for knocking sounds. Got a call Friday morning it was completely empty of oil. It needed an oil change and they would call when it’s ready that day and it would be $75. No call. We went an entire weekend without the vehicle. The 3rd attempt Monday and we finally got someone to answer only to go back and forth confused, then confirm the car is done and ready for pick up. We get there and now it’s $151 not $75 because there is $90 in labor, and once again no mechanic or manager to speak to to actually discuss the issues with the car and why all of a sudden it’s $151 and not $75. We spent $2,400 to replace the alternator and brakes 4 weeks prior. They stated there was an oil leak but it wasn’t anything we needed to spend another $3,000 on right now. We had plenty of time to worry about it. 4 weeks later the oil is bone dry, you charge us $151 for an oil change with no notes or service support regarding a leak?!?! We have questions and not a single person can help us. We asked for a call from the service manager as soon as they are available but not holding our breath! We will go elsewhere.

Had my 1 year check up on my 2023 Maverick. Oil Change, tires rotated, checkup as listed in the owners manual. I only had 3090 miles on it, but have had it a year. Great service, they even helped me get up the small steps to the waiting room with my walker. Only took them about an hour. Very satisfied with my Truck purchase last year and with the service I have received from Woodhouse. On another note. I got there early at 6:30 am on 11/5/2024 and watched their Custodian working cleaning the Service Entry Bay, later the restrooms. I was a Head Custodian Engineer at OPS for 36 years. All I can say is your guy is a hard and good worker and I would have put him on my cleaning crew if I was still working. Make sure you take care of this guy, he's a keeper!

I had a warranty recall that expired the day I came in. Service counter guy made an appointment for the next day and assured me it wouldn't be a problem. When I came in they said because the invoice hadn't been created that day, I was out of luck. Pointless waste of time not just on my part, but also my family as we'd all gotten up early so my wife could take me to work while they were working on my car. I feel lied to, bait and switch.

Had my vehicle worked on there, told them what the issue was and that there was a recall for a part on my vehicle that was causing the issue. They called by saying they fixed the issue but didn’t change the recall instead they found “other issues” and charged $700. My vehicle ran fine for a week then the issues persisted. Called them back told them they didn’t fix anything and that they needed to replace the recall. Dropped the vehicle off again, they tried charging us a ridiculous amount again. I asked if they could guarantee the issue was fixed. They couldn’t they also did not fix the recall. They just wanted to continue wasting my time and money. Car still has the same issue, they still won’t replace the recall. They just wanted to charge you and not fix the issue with your vehicle. Worst experience with a mechanic I’ve ever had.

Jake and Jake in the service department were great. Was initially disappointed when Atchley ford changed to Woodhouse but for no reason. This is still the best place to take your Ford for service in the Omaha metro area
