Had my car in here a few times after being referred here by another shop that was always booked out 2 weeks. I have to say they do a better job than the previous shop and always give me a loaner so I can still cart my kids around. Good service for sure.

I say what, I didn't believe any of my military friends when they told me... but I too have experienced the ABSOLUTELY WORST service I ever had in my entire life! It is truly astonishing that while we are currently serving our great country and it's even greater citizens as an active duty Airforce member, the country has beings that walk upon it's precious soil that continue to taint it, disallowing the growth of any sort of "vegetation"...I'm referring to Greg and his staff at this particular Chevy service/maintenance dealer. They tried to over charge me for my services, 4 hours of service when the technician himself verbally announced that he only actually spent 1 and a half hour to "replace the sparks plugs" on my chevrolet corvette. Who knew it would take an act of God to complete such a task. I was soooo digusted with the customer service that these individuals attempted to provide me that it made me think long and hard on why I'm serving the citizens of this country and continue to risk putting my life on the line when they aren't even appreciative of you and try to get over on you. As a Psych major I quickly analyzed which their interactions and body language both displayed that most of the workers are careless and untrustworthy. I'm almost certain they would attempt to sabotage the mechanics of your vehicle. Especially if it's a sports car or hot-rod of some sort. Even Steven Wonder himself could see the hatred and envy that laid within these individuals. My wife who's also active duty and my father who served 33 years on active duty are my witnesses on my rather unpleasant experience. I BEG that no one ever goes to this maintenance facility EVER! There's tons of better places that I would recommend you take your car to. Please please please don't come here. GOD BLESS AMERICA.

It is unfortunate that GM no longer supports the independent dealerships as there is only a hand full left that built GM. The 5-star rating is for the service of excellence for Huber Chevrolet Cadillac, not its new corporate owner Woodhouse. It's a sad day for the consumer. Thanks, Huber for all the great days of your operations of sales and the service you provided.

About 10 minutes after I left the dealership, the check engine light came back on. Now, both turn signals for the rear don’t work. Electrical problem was not solved.

I am new to Omaha and come from a state with only 1 license plate. I was referred here by a great guy at Auto Zone to get the bracket to put on a front plate. When I asked how to get it installed, the young man in parts said I could ask service. When I went out there, the service guy was rude with me and seemed annoyed I was even asking a question. He said it would cost 'about $60-80 plus labor due to needing to pay for the parts but he couldn't get me in till next week.' I think that's extremely high and he wasn't paying any attention to what I asked, didn't seem to want to help. My father spent 32yrs on the line building Chevys and I will maintain loyalty to the brand, but this is not the customer service I expect or deserve. I will look for another GM dealership to get my parts and service in the future

I've tried using other places - NEVER again. Huber gives a concise breakdown of repairs needed and even a rating of urgency (so I can space out the expenses). Prices are very fair. Erwin has always been especially courteous and helpful.

My fiance normally gets his oil changed in Huber's service department and I decided to take a chance this morning. They were quick, made it easy to schedule an appointment ahead of time and asked if I needed a ride to work. They gave me a time frame to expect when it was going to be done and they were spot on. The best part that will keep me coming back is that they found a nail in my tire, patched it up in the same time frame, and charged me nothing. Thank you for making the dreaded service extremely easy.

Kudos to the body shop and namely Dave Finke, manager. Recently encountered a small issue with a body shop repair that was promptly handled and with the upmost in professionalism. Mr. Finke went out of his way to remedy the issue and I couldn't be happier. Truck looks amazing. Thanks Dave!

Have had mixed experiences here in the past. Called to make an appointment for service and to also have sales take a look at my Silverado to give an estimate on trading it in to buy a new vehicle. Was told they could not provide a loaner vehicle for the day while work is done (even though they have provided vehicles in the past). I’ll look at buying a new vehicle (and getting service done) elsewhere.

My wife brought our truck in for an oil change. First time coming to this Woodhouse location. She was treated well and no one tried to sell her on anything unnecessary. That means a lot, will be coming back for future service on my Chevy.

They were great. When my truck might need to stay overnight, they were more than willing to arrange a loaner car for me. Lucky enough my truck was fixed that day. Provided a shuttle for me as well. Steve in service was awesome. Paul the shuttle driver was great too. Friendly service.

Took my car in for a wheel bearing repair. Told them that there was a noise coming from the camshaft and they said I was 2 quarts low on oil, but they were wrong and overfilled my car with oil which has made the noise worse. They also said that my battery needed to be replaced but after taking it in and testing it for the warranty they said it’s still good. Also after they repaired my wheel bearing they did not do an alignment nor did they tell me they did or not. Now my car has too much oil in it and I will have to get an alignment.

Spenser helped me pick out tires for my truck and was so thoughtful in how he treated me through the whole process. A genuinely nice guy who I'm sure is a great asset to the dealership. Can't wait to see him again at my next service visit.

i bought a warranty for reassurance if anything happened to my truck it would be taken care of but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my truck and then when i get my truck back i have a new dent on the front passenger side and my seat is tore up and they put 200 miles on it like they we’re joyriding my truck and i try to get in contact with someone and no one will answer a text or call. worse business ever.

First of all this happened earlier in the month than the 27th. I had a problem with my air conditioner and the problem was obviously difficult to diagnose. Procurement for the part needed seemed to take a long time. I'm not really sure if the original problem cited was what was fixed but the problem was fixed. Originally I was not given a car to drive but as time went on the service department called and gave me a loaner, which I appreciated. The air conditioner is working now and it is obvious that the problem dated back to when we received the car.

I dropped off my car at the scheduled day and time. After two days of not hearing back, I called on the third day and was informed that the EV tech was unavailable but would be in the following day. On the fourth day, I was told they could not duplicate my issue. This lack of communication and the delay in diagnosing the problem is unacceptable. Furthermore, upon picking up my car after hours (5 days after I gave it to them), the issue I brought it in for was immediately and clearly present as I drove out of the lot, leading me to believe the car was never driven. The quality of service has significantly declined since Woodhouse took over from Huber.
