I was recommended Buchanan’s by a friend and am so glad I found them! I needed brakes and rotors according to another shop in town. Buchanan’s resurfaced my rotors saving me $ because replacement was NOT necessary at this time! Pricing is beyond fair! They were prompt and communicative. Mechanics available 7 days a week and had someone available until 11pm for me to pick my vehicle up! We will absolutely be using Buchanan’s in the future for all of our automobile needs!

Buchanan's was recommended to me by another business that services cars, not a mechanic. They were wonderful flushed the radiator installed a battery well below other places and washed the car also in just a few hours, They Were Great, the owner is also very nice, l would use them again and further recommend them.

I've never taken my Mercedes to anywhere but the dealership. But I've been stoppin by this place for years whenever i need air in my tire and I always see these guys working hard so I trusted them. Bob and Buchanan service center did a great job on my brakes/rotors and oil change. Fast friendly service and saved me a lot of money. Definitely would recommend.

I blew out my front tire on my car going down dodge st not too far from Buchanan’s shop, pulled in with completely flat tire- much to my surprise an attendant came right out and offered to get my car in and fixed- no wait , had a replacement tire there at garage. They got me in and out in 45 minutes at a reasonable price. Good service still exists out there- thanks Buchanan’s!

With the weather cold and nasty, the gentleman still arrived in just a few minutes to jump start my car. We followed him to the station where we were offered a place to sit while they checked out the battery. That was super nice as I was just 3 weeks post op back surgery. The electrical system was checked and a new battery installed in a very timely manner and at a very fair price! They even vacuumed the car afterward! A free car wash was offered but, hey it was snowing and a just plain nasty day so we opted not to do that. With the weather, a clean car would only last 5 minutes! The offer was greatly appreciated though and I would have done it if it had been a nice day! Everyone was so kind, friendly and professional! I highly recommend this business for your vehicle needs!

Superb professional service with quick turnaround even with short notice, has been my experience. I'm 30 minutes from Lincoln and 1.25 hours from the Buchanan service center; they are worth the drive. They have serviced three of my vehicles at various times over many years. Their prices are well under what dealerships charge, and I have never been disappointed with any repairs they have made. All my encounters here have been very positive.

Muffler came loose from my car, causing a great deal of noise among other issues. Buchanan’s fit me in on a Saturday and managed to refit one the same day. Which was a relief that I didn’t have to worry about further damage when I drove. However, I did notice a rattling problem that never quite resolved. So after a couple of weeks, I went back in. They made some adjustments in less than 20 minutes that so far seem to hold and did not charge, owning the initial service they provided. It was a positive experience thanks to this follow through on their part.

Excellent shop, these guys really know their stuff. For a reasonable price they gave me an assessment of my car's suspension issues, two issues were obvious, the other two were not. They took my Sienna for a short run, then had it up on the hoist, had the wheels turning at speed, while inspecting the rims, bearings, struts and arms. I'm very grateful for the honest, quality analytical work they did in this regard.
