I knew I needed a break job, so I did some research and found Guaranteed Breaks. Neil brought me in and did a quick inspection in about 10 minutes. I was surprised when he brought me directly into the garage where my car was and showed me the issues my car had. I really appreciated the fact that he was so transparent with the issues my car was having, especially in the auto industry where it seems that there are so many dishonest people. He even showed me how to change my oil after the car was fixed! What a great guy and a great company! Thank you!

I am so happy with the work that was done on my Ford Escape. Dan was very friendly, honest and upfront. Going to see him really made me wonder... how many times have other places convinced me to pay for unnecessary work? Dan even wrote a "thank you" note. I needed an alignment and they got me in the next day which was awesome. Beyond that though, the service and professionalism was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced with a mechanic. Whoever was behind the desk was nice, helped me out and really genuinely cared about taking care of my car and fixing what was wrong. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I won’t use any other mechanic in the future except this place.

For almost a week my car was squealing horrible and I thought the worst of the worst for my little work car. I called this business near my house to get a quote on breaks and the quote was unbeatable. They were also able to get me in first thing on a Saturday morning. They had my vehicle ready within a couple hours and so personable to work with. I have never felt so good from picking up my vehicle from a mechanic shop. This is my go to and my recommendation for anyone else needing any services really!! John was super friendly, extremely understanding, and definitely a great asset to this business! My car's brakes have been screeching hard for a week or so. I could not find time to get my car in to get replacements, but I lucked out! I called on Friday, and the gentleman said I could get my car in early Saturday morning then he could get it back to me that afternoon. I dropped my car off, and the gentleman already had notes! About an hour later, I got a call, and he said only my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced, and he had a REALLY good price. I was super happy. My brakes came with a lifetime warranty, so I would just need to pay for rotor pads going forward. I was super pleased. We even chatted it up a bit in the shop. He told me about all the car services he has worked out with neighboring shops. It was a pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be going back. I'll be recommending this spot to all my friends. Car washes are generally included, and I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT! Sure, it's a small thing, but it's definitely the extra mile. I can't remember the gent's name, but it's on my receipt. My car is too far away from me right now to go grab it. I'll update you later on.

I had a very upsetting experience involving one of your employees. While I was at Vintage Barbershop next door, your employee walked over to get food ant BP gas station and on his way back interrupted my haircut to make an assumption about me based on a flag decal on my vehicle. This was racial profiling, and it left me embarrassed in front of other customers. Especially since he took the time to walk into the barbershop, ask whose truck was parked out front and ask what I do for work, I replied with landscaping. His response to his buddy was: “See I told you, landscaping and construction same thing.” This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It reflects poorly on your business when employees choose to single out community members in this way. I hope management addresses this issue so that others don’t experience the same disrespect.
