Great, honest, and helpful shop. I broke down in Omaha traveling from Denver to Chicago. The towing company recommended Auto Station and the reviews on google were positive. I was met with nothing but hospitality. My car was seen to quickly and an honest diagnosis was given and better yet they steered me in the right direction for some good food and a beer while I waited. I wish there were more stars to give these guys, I highly recommend them!

This place is great. I recently bought a Ford Focus, and before purchasing it, took it to them for a pre-purchase inspection. They were honest, genuine, and thorough with their inspection. It was my first experience at the Auto Station. They told me everything that needed to be done to the car, when it would need to be done, and how much it would cost. The inspection only cost $50, and they made me much more comfortable in purchasing the car by providing me the assurance that it was a nice, clean car in great shape. I would definitely go back for their services.

I took my Camry in for an overall checkup. They got it in right on time and thoroughly went through everything. They were polite and completely honest. Told me what was starting to wear but still had a lot of life left. They could have charged for unnecessary repairs but didn't! I left feeling completely safe driving away. I will most certainly be bringing my car back here whenever I have the need. I have no reservations in referring this shop!

Lance and his team are great. I have gone there for many years. I had a problem with my car and had it towed to Auto Station. And Lance recommended to have it towed to Kia. He could have given me a big bill. But I got a new engine under warranty. I bought this car used and I didn't know it was under warranty. You can trust Lance to do the right thing for you

Had some squeaking from my front brakes. Went in expecting to need new front pads, possibly more. Everyone was professional and friendly. They showed me that my brake pads were fine and they ended up just cleaning everything and greasing some spots. The noise appears to have gone away. There was *zero* pressure to do any work that did not need to be done at the time. Excellent service. The price was very reasonable and fair. Will be recommending Auto Station to friends and I will definitely be back for any future work that needs to be done. Thanks, guys!

My wife's car was foaming at the power steering reservoir and whinny very bad. Although they didn't have time available, Lance said bring it down and I'll get the air out for you real quick. He is a man of his word. He told me to bring it by Saturday so we can find the leak and I plan to do so. I have 4 cars in my family and I know where to go for help. He said it will be good for a few days. Auto Station was the only service center that understood my urgency! And MUCH appreciated. No more whining. I know other places would have said you need a new power steering pump and charged up the ying yang for it. Trust is important and honored, thank YOU Lance! In and out in 23 minutes. Your a lifesaver my friend. Thank you.

I was in Omaha from out of town and my Honda Odyssey had a problem and the engine light came on. These guys fixed the car the same day! Amazing service. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have been going to Autostation for several years now. Typically I do my own maintenance, however if there is a procedure too complex, or I just don't have the time, Rob and Dillon take good care of me. Their customer service is perfect and the quality of their work is second to none. They are willing to negotiate on price. They give me free advice any time I need it. They genuinely care. I don't feel like I'm a number. I used to work at a Dairy Queen here in town. One day I went to pick my car up on my way to work, and I left my hat there. Rob drove to 3 different Dairy Queen locations to bring me my hat. That level of customer service really doesn't exist anymore. So I just wanted to say thank you to Rob, Dillon, and Lance and all the guys over there. You guys are the best!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The shop was 1.5 days behind when the vehicle was dropped off. Snowstorm hit, then it was a week behind, ended up being TWO weeks behind. Zero communication from the shop without us having to reach out, sometimes several times a day. Part not ordered on time. Part not put on truck the day it arrived or the day after it arrived. They didn't replace the part until they knew we were coming to get the truck repaired or not. Made some song and dance about the vehicle not being driveable. As far as we can tell, the engine was never engaged during the 2 weeks they had it. I do not know how they came to that decision without an attempt to drive it. Truck was dead when we went to get it. My husband spoke to the owner the day after we picked it up. He had no knowledge of any of the issues we had, nor was he aware that the interlock device was used at all, which confirmed that they never started it to decide whether or not it was driveable. Truck needed a jump to get off the site. Doubted it was started at any point while it was on their property. Truck wasn't driveable to get the 150 feet to their garage but apparently it was completely driveable for my husband to drive it home. Husband barely made it a mile down the road and he parked it. It was towed to a different shop the next morning. Worst customer service experience at a mechanics shop ever. Save your money and your time and do not go there.

I was an out of state customer (Maryland), who had just bought a car from a car auction but encountered some issues with the car. I was going to drive for over 18hrs, so I needed the car to be fixed properly and quickly. At auto station, once the car was towed there, a diagnostic testing was done and they found a whole lot of issues. I asked them to fix the serious ones and issues that could stop the car while driving. They went to work and were giving me periodic updates until all was done. I'm particularly appreciative because they could have taken advantage of the fact that I was out of state but that wasn't the case. Major issues were resolved perfectly, timely and within reasonable cost. I drove for over 18hrs with no issues or any resemblance of issues. They did a great job, to which, I'm grateful. Thanks guys!

There isn't a better place to take your vehicle to if you want honest clear and committed service. I locked my keys in my car with it running this morning across the street from him and I'd called two or three different locksmiths and they told me I was going to take two or three hours so I had the idea to call Auto station since I was across the street and the owner said I'll be right there he was there in less than 5 minutes he popped it open my truck and told me if I ever needed anything just to reach out we appreciate you being a good customer. So did you considering this place I would highly highly recommended and I will continue to recommend them to anyone that has any auto needs

I brought a car in (that I was considering purchasing) for an inspection and was very impressed with Auto Station. The front desk service was outstanding (friendly, thorough, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, genuine). They made us feel right at-home and provided a high-quality inspection at a great price. They also provided detailed paperwork on the inspection. I was extremely impressed by the service we received and although I don’t live in Omaha, I would absolutely do business at Auto Station if the need should arise again. The young man behind the counter was exceptionally personable, genuine, and knew his stuff. To the Auto Station staff: Thank you for the wonderful service, it did not go unnoticed!

I want to thank them for being an amazing business!!! Family owned business and you can tell by their level of service to their clients! My Dad has used them for years, however when I drove from Arkansas to Omaha for the Holiday I was loosing air in my tire and kept having to pull over and fill it up. Concerned with it being the Holiday and having to drive back a few days later we called and they said they would get us in on Christmas Eve. They not only looked at the tire with the concern but all 4. They couldn't find anything causing the issue and told me to bring it back the day after Christmas if the the issue continued. I had no issues after taking the car to them and they did not charge me for their time. Above and beyond and highly recommend them!

My husband and I have brought our vehicles here on numerous occasions and they're always friendly, honest and helpful. They give information about potential maintenance or future concerns without selling you anything you don't need. It seems like they genuinely care and are well- liked by clients and other related businesses (my tow truck driver loves Auto Station, too).

I've been to many places throughout the years. I've also lived abroad, in some of the most dangerous countries in the world. I’ve been to some of the most awesome places, yet also some of the most messed up places that this world has to offer. Enough about my background. Anyway, back when I was in Beirut, my apartment complex's handyman was a retired mechanic and automobile assembler. He was a native Arabic speaker, and he spoke fluent German. He barely spoke English. He worked for Volkswagen's Wolfsburg plant in Germany. I realized at one point that I need to borrow or rent someone’s car to do my job. My former landlord had a 1982 Volkswagen Mk1 GTI. Abdul Rahman was always eager to make sure that the GTI was always working at its best. Abdul Rahman was a friend. I’d invite him over to my apartment, and I’d offer him some of my German beer stash. I invited him sometimes, because after a long day of my journalism work, I didn’t feel like inviting any of my other friends, and I was too tired to go to the pubs. So, I invited him. He was always around, because he lived nearby. We talked about politics, cars, etc... He enjoyed the conversation so much that he noticed I was driving an old GTI, he came running to me whenever he seen me in the car or around the car. He would say “How are you? Can I take a look at it to make sure the car is running fine?” I said, "ok". This guy was always fixing things on this car. I didn’t pay him anything. He would call someone for a part, and they came on a scooter. They brought the proper oil, the proper oil filter, the proper gasket, belt, etc. Then, he would wrench away, and the car never skipped a beat. He just did this since appreciated the company of a bloke like me, to invite him over for a chat, and who offered him good beer. I know you can't recreate an original or recreate an Abdul Rahman in this world, but there's always the next best thing. Auto Station is the next best thing. Auto Station is the next best thing in terms of sincerity, honesty, and loyalty. On the various cars I needed work done to, they gave me an honest answer, and they never tried to sell me things that I didn’t need. They also did identify issues another shop, which will remain nameless, screwed up on. If that’s not enough, I took my BMW 3er to get looked at by Auto Station. Lance, the owner of Auto Station, personally came out of the shop, looked at the struts and shocks, while I turned the wheel so he could get a better look of the struts. Anyway, the struts were almost shot on the car. Please name another shop in Omaha, where the owner, will come out and identify the issues of the car in front of his own shop (and I'm a New Yorker)? Did I mention that Lance sent me a fully detailed, personal text message to price the repair of the struts, new springs, and shocks? Finally, the point that really matters is that Lance and Dylan… as well as the rest of the crew at Auto Station is the closest thing to Abdul Rahman that I will get. Their service, their care, and their no frills... no bullshitting is the closest thing to Abdul Rahman I will get to. I value this. I cannot stand some of the bilking and frauds other shops and dealerships do . The automotive world is a bang your head against the wall industry… it’s market is evil, and the person and customer often doesn’t benefit. You cannot make investments unless you own some old, barely driven, unmolested version of a legendary car. The auto industry has roots to the oil wars of the Middle East, which I’m very familiar with, especially in terms of gas mileage. It has some of the stingiest sellers and buyers… it has some of the world’s most corruption. Many of the nicest cars are mechanical failures and mechanical nightmares. When it comes to autos, you just have to understand what you’re buying, and what’s the best way to fix it. A place like Auto Station makes that possible… in the best possible way. Alas, I attached a personal photo from Beirut that shows some of the chaos that resides ,or should I say reigns, in their automotive world.

I've been having a hard time finding a reliable place to get my cars serviced/fixed until I found them thanks to a friend. Great service, very fair prices and they don't try to sell you a bunch of unnecessary stuff, I'm not very knowledgeable about cars or mechanics but I definitely feel like I can trust them and they won't take advantage as most places I've been. Definitely recommend them.

Once again, I am beyond impressed with the service I received at Auto Station! From start to finish, Lance, Dylan, Jessica and their entire team went above and beyond to resolve my car issue. They worked tirelessly, paying attention to every detail, and did so with such honesty and integrity—traits that are hard to come by these days. It's clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I couldn't be more grateful for and appreciative of their dedication and transparency throughout the entire process. A true gem of a shop honoring high quality, superb service and fair pricing. We've been coming here for 30 years and will definitely keep returning for our future car needs. Y'all truly are one in a million! Highly recommended!! Chris & Angela Flott

Had an excellent experience here! The team was super polite, honest, and upfront from the start. I had been getting the runaround from another auto shop, so I decided to come here for a second opinion. They took great care of my car, did quality work, and charged a fair price. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism—definitely my go-to shop from now on. Highly recommend!
